Actually wouldnt know because they were either closed due to lack of employees or never picked up when I called.

I came in today for an oil change and tire rotation. I waited an hour and made my way back to the desk to make payment. They tell me they couldn’t change my oil because the drain bolt was “rounded” and they couldn’t get it off. Wow. I thought I was at an auto shop. I drove to the Quick Lube and they had me in and out in 15 minutes and said the drain bolt was fine. They even showed me. Price, Quality, Service. Can’t have it all. The older I get, the more I appreciate quality and service.

After waiting almost an hour for our new tires to be put on our truck we were told that they couldnt do it. Since the tires we had werent stock (what the truck came off the line in) they couldnt do it. Even though the tires currently on the truck were the same size and our truck wasnt stock( lifted). The manager couldnt even come out to talk to us instead he had one of his employees do it for him. This place is a joke and a huge time waster. Then once we got the truck home our center caps were about to fall off because they didnt bother to tighten then down. Avoid this place at all costs!

As of now. Id have to give these guys 5 stars. I read a lot of bad reviews. But they were very friendly. I had my two front tires changed and got new ones. And my car seems to ride much better and seems just fine. Thank you guys because you also explained any questions I had.

Staff was friendly. Prices are good. But I question the competence of automotive/tire techs that work here so I have to leave 2 stars. I bought a set of tires here and after they installed them, the tires were badly out of balance. Wobble wobble, holy vibration! After returning for a re-balance one of my TPMS sensors got broken, which they fixed at no charge. But- the tires still were not balanced correctly! So, I went back a third time to give them one last chance to balance my brand new tires correctly... and they failed to do so. After three attempts at getting my new tires balanced at this location, they could not do it. I gave them a fair shot and they couldnt do the job; a tire place that cannot balance a tire. I ended up going to another local tire shop and paying for a tire balance (again, since i had already paid Walmart for installation), and the local tire shop got it right on the first try, no more wobble and vibration.

Very very slow. No sense of customer service or professionalism. I dont know how this service department stays in business.

Absolutely horrible. Waited over 30 minutes before I was even acknowledged. Save yourself some time and go to a dealershipUpdate. Its been 3 hours. All I asked for was a tire rotation. 3 HOURS. Looking to have a word with management.

This was hands down the best walmart ive ever been to. So clean, even the restrooms. All the staff were very friendly and accommodating, particularly Ben in the automotive center who changed our tire in no time. We were so lucky our tire blew out in such a safe and lovely town as Grand Haven. Would 10/10 return to the walmart automotive center if we ever have a flat in the future.

Jonathan and team had me wait 40 minutes this morning before telling me they couldnt change the oil on my 2016 Mazda CX-5 because they didnt have the right size torque wrench. How an oil change garage doesnt have the torque wrench for a popular vehicle under 5 years old is baffling. Dont waste your time with incompetent people who dont invest enough in their business to even own the right wrench.

Grand Haven location is awful they dont know the difference on a swollen lug nut and a regular lug nut. Rim was not bent upon arrival but indicated it was.. Will jave comme ts removed from work order.

Dont waste your time these idiots i went there for two tires .... They told me my gfs truck was awd...two service techs a woman at the counter and the manager .....its clealy a rwd truck i couldnt believe it so i left and went and got tires at a different location incompetent employees fighting with me over my gfs vehicle i drive all the time.

I called a head and was told that I could get in right away for an oil change. I get there and told it was going to be an hour wait. 2 hours later my car is still not done! Very very poor customer service!!!

These idiots literally put the wrong oil filter on my Jeep Wrangler. Oil changes are very easy and they couldnt get that right I wouldnt trust them with your life on tires.

The store itself is okay, but the auto service center is really shady and terrible at what they do, every time I went in for a oil change(3x) they managed to spill oil all over and I had to deal with what I thought was the engine burning oil, also on one occasion they had me sign a shady note saying that my dipstick was dry(was not) have had friends tell me the same and at multiple locations as well. The actual oil change process takes them usually an hour and does not include any other sort of inspection or service(top off fluids, tire pressure, etc.)

Horrible service was very disappointed! Won’t go back here ! Had 2 new front tires placed, they placed a one size bigger tire than my back tires . Makes noise now when I turn my wheel.

Ruined the tpms sensors on my wifes Honda Odysseus with no record of it...convenient. 312 dollars of damage. Lets see if they have the sense to make this right...I dont think all are this bad but this one is. I had to wait many many times because tgey didnt knoe what tgey were doing. Plus the 5 star ratings on this site may be by the employees at the center. I know one is. So thus place is definitely worse than the 2.6 stars it has. Trust me.

Opened at 7am but no one there until 710am. However, caught my swollen lug nuts and replaced them.😊

Great cheap place to have your oil done. If you have an expensive oil filter, you can even bring your own from another store and they will install it.

Poor customer service with anyone customer service reps screwing up menial tasks. Process change from one order take to another work no explanation. GO Somewhere else!

They do a good job, when theyre available. But there is hardly anyone available at the counter at this place, severely understaffed department, workers are always frustrated and recommending to bring your vehicle in another day.

Currently at a tire shop having two tires installed onto my truck. Why? Because after the wallmart auto techs and clerk AND MANAGER tried to argue with me and my boyfriend that my truck was an all wheel drive and not a 2w drive and that I would need 4 new tires and not 2, we left. Ive also sent an email to corporate and will file a complaint with the BBB for attempting to rip us off. If I could Id give ZERO stars.

I tried to call the shop and I was on hold for over 30 mins! An employee would come on every 10 minutes and say they would page,or walk back the call,bit I never received any body.There loss as I will take my business elsewhere!

Long wait, and it seemed like the employees just didnt want to work.

They ordered tires, never called when they arrived, couldn’t find them when I came in to get them mounted, then in the end they had ordered the wrong tires. Incompetent at every turn.

Oil changes are priced just right, oil changes are super speedy, go somewhere else if you are someone who is super needy! Drop off your car to get some new tires, and have them clean away those dirty headlights too, and then go shopping for some candy or how about some chicken cordon bleu!
