I came in today to discuss my phone plan and upgrade wanting someone to sit down with and explain things to me. Felt welcomed and got answers to all of my questions along with a new phone. The staff was patient with me and happily helped me. Definitely my go-to.

I came in and Ben was excited to help and empathetic over my issue with my phone. He gave me the direct line to tech support, but then tried a couple of things and was able to get my phone working. Will be back to see him in the future.

I had a great experience going to Verizon in Grand Haven. My phone had been damaged and Ben was able to hook me up with a brand new phone while also letting me trade my old phone in. Not only was he super helpful with my new phone, he let me come back in the next day to retrieve my vacation pics from my old phone that hadn’t been backed up! I will always support any business that has customer service like that and I highly recommend seeing him when shopping for a new phone! :)

This store does what EVERYONE WANTS A WIRELESS CARRIER TO DO. Especially When you need something done right now as far as getting a brand new phone with the wine and payment that you want. I also was able to trade in another phone and got my girls a tablet, all cellular enabled devices, and a dope Bluetooth speaker. 👌 otterboxes for them as well, they couldnt have made it easier and more efficient when I brought a 4 and 7 year old with me!

John helped us sort out a billing issue and a hot-spot issue. He was cheerful, kind, down-to-earth and extremely helpful. He was courteous and thorough. He went above and beyond. We appreciated his excellent customer service.

John at the Grand Haven location was absolutely amazing!! He spent over two hours trying to navigate the best plan and phones for our family! He went above and beyond helping us switch our old plans and find passwords and codes from other sites! We spent the entire morning together and would have taken him out to lunch! Very impressed with his ability to make a harrowing job so smooth and effortless!

John at the Grand Haven location was the best! I made the big switch from android to an iPhone and was nervous about switching everything over myself and John made it so easy! He helped me get everything switched over, put on a new screen protector and case and got my new phone set up and ready for use. He even let me know about loyalty perks that I didnt know about and now I have a new iWatch to match my phone! So happy to have Johns help. This is why I will forever be a Verizon customer. I have been in the Grand Haven Verizon store twice in the last month. I was able to upgrade 3 phones at a killer deal with Erins guidance. We were all happy. A few weeks later, I worked with Ben when my fancy case broke. He helped me get my ducks in a row to get it replaced. It sometimes canne a bit of a wait at the store, but the customer service it more than worth it.

Erin and Bailey provided outstanding customer service today, even though there was no benefit to them as I have a prepay service. Unfortunately, they were unable to help me, but at least Bailey figured out why, unlike the Verizon on Harvey St. in Muskegon. That person, Craig, just blew me off and told me to fix my phone myself. I will definitely shop at the Grand Haven Verizon going forward.

I ran into the store this morning to grab the iPhone 12 pro Max, and Jesse was such a huge help!!! Not only did help me super fast so I could get into work on time, but he was such a champ talking with my brother beforehand to get things all situated for me to stop in. He really went above and beyond to make sure everything was the way I wanted!! He also helped me pick and install a great screen protector (lets be honest, we all hate putting them one and not having them be perfect but I didnt have to worry about it because Jesse did it wonderfully for me!). I would HIGHLY recommend shopping at this store! Fun staff, good atmosphere, great service!!

Thank you for saving my 4th of July weekend, Ben Stafford!I waited for almost 2 hours at the Muskegon location after breaking my phone before giving up and calling TCC. Ben answered and told me to come in and he would fix me up. Let me tell you, he had the patience of a Saint with me and my two kiddos and got me into a new phone and ended up saving me a ton of money.Im 100% sure I would not have gotten the same kind of treatment at the Verizon store Ive been to in the past. Any question i had he was able to answer and more, very knowledgeable guy.
