I found a listing on Facebook market place for chairs that specifically said you had to pay for in store. I drove two hours to pick up the chairs to find that they accepted payment over the phone. The woman in the store was not remorseful whatsoever and honestly quite rude. I am beyond inconvenienced by their lack of customer service, follow through on THEIR OWN directions and how they conduct business for a charitable cause. Do not waste your time here.

Small but nice and clean. Kind staff. A selection of womens clothing, Jewelry, purses, home decor, childrens, small selection of mens, toys.

I love this little resale shop! Their staff is so friendly, and they always have an abundance of quality items at good prices! And they support a great cause (Grand Haven Christian School).

The previous reviewer wasnt kidding about the lack of Covid-19 protocol here. Just walked out because there were multiple customers without masks in this tiny store and the lady behind the counter had her mask near her chin.

I did like the old location a bit more, but its nice to see the shop didnt vanish but just moved. Lots of nice furniture in the front, and tons of fun little kitchen stuff, jewelery, and home decorations all around.

This thrift store chooses not to enforce recognized precautions for protection against Covid 19 spread, and allows exposure of its clientele, often senior ladies who fall into the high risk category, to those who come in without masks. I appreciate that the store doesnt want to loose customers that dont want to wear masks, but it is willing to loose, and has lost me as a customer because of its unwillingness to provide a minimum yet reasonable level of protection.

Fun little store

I have shopped here for three years. The staff has always been helpful and the manager has been good at providing me a good price. I encourage anyone who needs quality furniture at a great price to buy here. I will be back. Oh, this store is 66 miles from my home.
