Been looking for a new lawn tractor. Since the Holland John Deere dealership didnt seem too enthusiastic to help us, we stopped by VIP to maybe see about a Husky. Jordan helped us and told us about Simplicity. He was very knowledgeable about the tractor and brand, very helpful. The JD sales man didnt even know answers to simple questions. I settled on a model but unfortunately they did not have it in stock and it would be months or more if I ordered it. Next few days Jordan called around and managed to locate the one I wanted, they only had one at a dealer in Byron Center. I did have to buy it from the other dealer, but I owe a big thanks to Jordan for finding it. Without his help I would not have gotten the one I was set on and I probably would not have known how good Simplicity is. So incredibly happy with the new tractor! Even though I couldnt buy it from them, VIP will be the place I go for everything lawn and garden. These folks really know their stuff and are so helpful. Can not say enough good about them.

So I live about 80 miles north, and have a Husqvarna dealer approximately 15 miles from my house (the same dealer I bought the mower from) well went to get belts for it, and they sold me multiple belts that were longer than the ones that were 5 years old, nothing wrong with the old just stretched and old.Well had a work run next door to VIP and decided to stop. Met with Curt and he found the correct belt for my rider the first try. In and out.Super thrilled! Didn’t know general maintenance would turn into a nightmare.

I have always enjoyed working with the VIP crew. Last week I was in to buy a chain since the Stihl dealer in Ravenna closed. Today I called to get a price and availability for a bar since it is 40 minutes one way. The character on the phone didnt want to use the PC next to him to tell me the price he said yeah we have them in stock between $50 & $70, just bring your saw in with you I know what funking saw I own and NO ONE else had one in stock yet. Ill keep going to VIP, and hopefully they stop letting the after school kids answer the phone.

I ended upgrading my chainsaw (was already leaning that way) rather than having my poor purchase last year from home depot worked on. Will definitely be back.

Showed up at 11:45 today and was there until 12:20. They close at noon. Never once did I feel I was rushed out of there as I was looking at up grading my chainsaw. Great service! Always go here.

OutstandingHad a 1 year old mower that was not running well. They told me they were at least 2 weeks out to even look at it. Brought it in, got a call back in a week and a half that it was done, and theyd tested it by cutting tall grass for an extended period of time. Brought it home and its running like a champ. Oh, and it cost me MUCH less than I would have expected! Great service all the way around, friendly guys, didnt try to over-sell me. Highly recommended.

Two weeks to fix a carburetor, and finally get it back only to start it, and my deck belt goes out. I call them and tell them what just happened and what are they going to do about it. The person on the phone could have cared less. Also, they charge $65 just to pick up your lawn mower.
