DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I contracted with owner Mark to liquidate my parents home. He made me lots of promises and honored very few. The people he hired took everything of value and left what they didnt want on the floor or in the yard. They left the doors to the house and storage shed open when they left with things strewn about the yard including mattresses. And we never saw a penny from the sale of everything. Mark claimed he didnt make any money and only covered his expenses. When I asked for an accounting of what was sold and for how much, his expenses, etc., I never received it. The only time he contacted me was when he wanted something. All in all, it was a disaster that I hope no one else ever has to go through.

Mark and his crew from Reliable did an amazing job on our estate buyout/cleanout. It was a pleasure to work with Mark. He was professional, prompt, and fair. Kept us updated on progress, and met all our needs. We had my mothers home of 50+ years, a two car garage, and a full storage shed. They were left empty, clean and swept. If you are dealing with a lot, the loss of a loved one, moving, or just generally need help with an estate, LOOK NO FURTHER! This is the place. Seriously, Mark and his team are very good at what they do.My father passed away, I’m the youngest of 7, and was left in charge of the estate. I had no idea where to start. My fathers house is nearly 5000 sq ft, with a shed full of storage, and a 3 car pole barn with a lot of additional storage. It’s located in Cedaredge, CO so you can imagine the limited number of companies to pick from when it comes estate sales. My father had a lot of things, mostly old and out dated. I figured I’d have to make countless trips to a landfill and spend days or weeks working to clean out the home and spend extra money to do so. I was also worried about the emotional connection to some of these “old and outdated things” and how I’d throw them away.My family and I went through the home and saved momentos that had cherished memories attached to them, and then let extended family do the same. All of my family from my dads family live out of state so once they left after the funeral I had a large list of work to do.I heard about estate sales and figured this would be the easiest way to clean out a majority of the home and then I could better manage what was left. We had a company come by and say they would do it but we would likely pay more than we would get out of the deal. Most companies asked on the phone if there were cars and guns and when I would tell them no they would say they weren’t interested. My wife found Mark and he had an ace up his sleeve.Mark told me about their estate buyout program. Basically he comes to the home and looks through it. If there are valuable items he said they can do an estate sale and if not they would possibly do the estate buyout program. The idea is they buy the whole estate for a determined price and then they clear out everything, including trash, and leave the home “broom swept” and ready to sale.I met Mark there (he was early which was promising) and we walked through the home and he took pictures. He told me most everything seemed pretty outdated (it was) but told me he’d offer a straight across $0.00 buyout. Meaning he would take everything including all the trash and leave the home empty and ready to list for sale. My family and I were happy with that. Especially for being such a large home and property in a remote area, it was going to save me a ton of time, labor, and money.Later that day he sent me a contract and we set a date one week out. Mark and his team did what they said. They came with trucks and trailers and loaded everything up. They coordinated with the local trash company to have a construction dumpster there for them to use and I believe ended up using multiple. I don’t think they realized how big of a job it was until they had to schedule another 2 days to come back before they could finish. During the process I had a concern about some items not being taken and Mark sent more guys and another truck for a part that was missed. When all was said and done, my family and I were very pleased. Their work made a stressful and challenging time more bearable. It is never easy to lose a loved one and being from out of town, I was overwhelmed with needing help to clean out our family property, mostly which was a large shop full of tools and also some vehicles. Mark was extremely helpful in documenting all the items that were of value, and also listing and selling them at a fair price. He even got a few things running that hadnt been run in a long time to help get them sold. He was very sensitive to family items I wanted to keep and made sure it was all handled professionally. He was communicative and responsive with texts and calls which made my experience very good considering I couldnt be there and I felt like I was. We even face-timed and sent pics back and forth to discuss items and clarify what to be done with them.
