I always buy parts at Appliance Parts + if they have the parts. They are helpful, respectful and kind. I recommend them to you.

Do Not Use This Company. The top part of our microwave handle broke when I opened it. Since this was covered by insurance- they sent this company out to replace the handle. Before the technician even looked at it I asked him what could cause this to break- his answer was “abuse” and even tho he agreed that the handle and parts were “cheap plastic” he wrote up his report that the handle broke due to “abuse” - therefore the insurance wouldn’t cover . And they wanted to charge $103.00 plus the $60.00 I already gave them to fix this cheap part. My husband bought the part for $10.00 on Amazon— what CROOKS. And — when we looked up reviews on this microwave many of them said that the handle had broken just by using it— the diagnosis of “abuse” was absolutely wrong. I would never use this company again

My oven was not working and we arranged for them to come out. It took a week and a half to get the technician out. The technician didnt have the greatest people skills and he was a little rude to my wife, but whatever. Anyways, he fixed it and left but it the issues was not fixed. I called the company back and they were like well we can get someone back out there in two weeks. I very polity asked them to prioritize my appointment--considering the fact that I had already waited for 2 weeks and the guy didnt do his job. The man was like, nope, back of the line or go somewhere else. So I did. Found another guy to come out the next day.

Appliance Parts Plus is a fabulous repair service! My husband and I always count on Chris & Jeremy because of their pride, commitment and dedication in top notch repairs! Id foolishly taken my 25 yr old gas fireplace valve to a named fireplace shop who after 2 weeks kept telling me it was ordered & be here soon. Twice I went to pick it up only to find it was obviously the wrong valve.Stopped off at AP+ & they had the exact same model # Robertshaw valve in stock ( & at half the price quoted from the other store).Excellent professional service. I cant thank you guys enough! Jeff, Chris and I cannot remember the other guys name, but they are always so unbelievable friendly and helpful. They can take my horrible descriptions and make sense of them, and so far, have always had the parts I have needed. As far as prices go, not only do they have the parts in stock, they are very competitive with online retailers, so you cant go wrong! It is getting harder and harder to find this kind of local shop in town, so again, thank you all and keep it up!

I have gone there three or four times (Bought parts twice) and the older guy behind the counter always acts like its a big inconvenience having to help me. Ill make it easy for you. The guys across the street dont act like that so they will be getting my money from now on.

I called Appliance Parts Plus because they were an authorized LG service center. My wife and I bought a house in Grand Junction a couple of months ago and the 2016 LG refrigerator failed.The technician advised that the linear compressor had failed and that it would need replacement.Michael advised that we should call LG and get a work order to replace the compressor under the LG 10 year warranty.After calling LG I had a work order number within 10 minutes.LG shipped the new compressor to Appliance Parts Plus and authorized the repair including labor costs.Michael showed up to replace the compressor and I had workers in the house tearing out tile flooring with air jacks. Michael put on some headphones and methodically replaced the compressor without a hint of a complaint about the noise.The refrigerator is working again thanks to a professional organization and a reputable company (LG) that honors their warranties as stated.I have no reason to look any further than Appliance Parts Plus for all my future appliance repair and parts needs.Youve gota customer for life.

I needed a belt for my dryer. Lowe’s had 2 different bigger sizes for $7.I needed the smaller one. Home Depot didn’t have any. So I found this place and what a BIG MISTAKE! The older man was RUDE. Not only that he charged me $18. I said that I read you were the cheapest. He then told me that inches were expensive and I wasn’t going to find it for cheaper. It sucks that I had to buy it anyways. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

The folks at appliance parts plus are very professional and eager to help. Had my HVAC blower motor go out and they were able to locate me a suitable replacement in town that day.They also appear to be very active in the community and dedicated to Grand Junction.I will not be shopping anywhere else for my appliance repair needs.

Went in for an igniter for my furnace. Older guy behind the counter sold me one and said it would fit. Got it ready to install and it was a tad too big and the element broke. So i wasted 40 odd dollars because i had to splice the connector on and have a broken element...so no exchange. Wont buy from them again.

I do not recommend this place. We have tried them twice now. This time after talking to 3 different people who talked down to us, we walked out. Does not give an option to rate less than a star. Unfriendly, unprofessional and rude. Go across the street to Double D Services. Double D Services is friendly, professional and has the best prices!Saved us more than 1/2 price at Double D and we had EXCELLENT service.

Will not take back anything they sell even after 15 min of the purchase. Best bet is to go to a big store.

Purchased refrigerator water filter. The same refrigerator needed a new compressor and the technician and other people helped were knowledgeable and very helpful. The warranty was through Sears and will ask for a technician from this company for any other warranty work.

Great experience my furnace wouldn’t work brought the thermocoupler in, they took it apart and cleaned out a spider nest no charge and had me on my way in 5 minutesHighly recommend they could of easily sold me a whole new part for $125 very honest!

1-17-17I like to try and shop local - went to this place ( Appliance Parts Plus ) to get a flame sensor for my furnace. - Im not that handy, and I didnt do any research. I trusted these guys would do right. They didnt. They sold me a $17.00 part for $43.00.RHEEM 62-23543-01 Flame Sensor - I looked it up from Walmart to Sears. The price ranged from $9.00 to $19.00. Nowhere, nowhere did I find this part for $43.00.They ripped me off and theyll do the same to you.I will never shop at Appliance Parts Plus again - and I will let anybody I know - how they treated me - charging me a more than 300% mark-up.I cannot afford to shop local - when they smile, rip you off and think somehow thats okay.I work hard for my money.
