I had a window shatter on my RV while driving down the freeway. When I got home, I called the Glass Brokerage and took my motor home there on Monday morning. They were able to take the broken window out and will cut a new piece of glass and send it out to get it tempered. They said it would be ready in a couple of weeks.Very professional shop!

We previously used this company for windows in a different home and had good service. We reached out to them to get new windows installed in our new to us home. We started this process at the beginning of September 2020. The guys who came out to give us an estimate told us our windows were normal sizes that they keep in stock. We called the company the following week to schedule an install. We were then told they dont keep windows in stock and would have to order them and it would be 6-8 weeks. At the 8 week mark, October 29th we called to check the status of our windows. We were told that the windows were on the delivery truck arriving the following day and the company would call us the next week to install. Never did receive a call that week. Now, almost 2 months later on Christmas Eve they are calling to schedule an install. Not sure what what to believe with this company anymore! Totally unreliable and unprofessional. Would not recommend and will look for another company to meet our future window needs. Very disappointed.

Im impressed. Got 2018 off to a bad start when the back window of my parents RAV4 mysteriously shattered Jan 1. Got in contact with the Glass Brokerage Jan 2. They got the car in early Jan 3 and when I told them I was trying to figure out how to get the vehicle to them they gave my a courtesy vehicle. I think it only took them an hour or so. The woman I talked to on the phone was very nice.

My Mother is in Community Hospital and this company, THE GLASS BROKERAGE, said they have an opening for me at 2pm and the Technician would call me when he arrived in the parking lot of Community Hospital to put my new windshield in. I told them I needed it done here at the hospital while we wait for my mom to be discharged. Because as soon as she is discharged we are driving to Rangely Colorado and did not want the new Crack to interfere with my driving. The technician was 40 minutes late and the technician did not call on arrival for 2pm appointment. I called THE GLASS BROKERAGE and they stated they do not go on location in the afternoon it is to hot! They said I was supposed to be at their shop at 2pm. That is not was discussed at all. They then said if I can be at their shop in 15 minutes they can do it. I cannot be there we are waiting for my mother to be discharged. They totally screwed us. We didnt even receive a phone call from these people. I would not depend on this company to show up for your scheduled appointment at all. BEWARE!!!!

Don’t use this place. I have never done a review before but this place was something else. They came three time and never finished the job. The worst thing is they didn’t care and flat out lied to me. I spent two days fixing there lack of work. I’m no carpenter but I made there unfinished job looks okay.

I broke my bathroom window that sits next to my front door, need a replacement piece of glass asap. Tanya made sure that happened. She was so kind and accepting of my issue. I will definitely be a costomer again! Thank you again Tanya, you are stellar!!!!!

Even though I missed the voicemail notifying me that my appointment had to be postponed a week, they still got my windshield replaced when I showed up (a week early) and gave me a ride home and back to the shop afterwards. Also, the cheapest in town. Highly recommend.

Needed a windshield replaced after a branch went though mine. They were very pleasant on the phone and when they came for my appt, they were actually early but called me before showing up. They were very quick and efficient with the whole process and helped clean as much of the glass out as possible. This is the first time Ive ever been in this kind of situation and if I ever need glass repaired/replaced again, I will be contacting them first!

They got me in fast, did a great job, and worked with another shop so I didn’t have to come back to town just to get it from their shop to the other one. Nice group!

Had my windshield repaired this afternoon. Took about 15 minutes. The staff were friendly and competent, and helped me with insurance billing. Great place for glass!

I made my first trip to the Glass Brokerage in the early 1990s and heres why I keep going back: You get a big discount for paying out of pocket instead of using your insurance. And theyre fast, professional and friendly.

I was referred to Glass Brokerage by my insurance company for windshield replacement but it was not available for my new car. A fellow (KL) and I elected to have him do a temporary repair until I got back to Arizona. He spent over an hour as he skillfully created several adhesive/bonding sights along the crack of 14 inches.I was very impressed and so was my insurance claim representative when he saw the repair, several days later. He called the temporary repair,A work of Art.These days, it is rare to find this kind of quality and skill and I would highly recommend KL and The Glass Brokerage!! Dr. Walker

This place is first class. They helped me out by providing me quick service as needed. I was visiting my parents and live out of the state and needed to go home.

Poor customer service, got snapped at when I asked questions. Window was hit by disc frisbee. Window brought in 9 am. Was told window was ready near closing, drove there and was told they put wrong glass in. Left without window. Was told ready near closing next day, brought home and there was gooey silicone badly done on edge and a big section globbed on window pane and white face of edge. Had to bring in again even the next day, guy snarls at me that it shouldnt have been taken until it was dry. Wasnt my fault! Got call it was ready, looked clean like it should have been the first time. Hope the silicone wasnt compromised. Mentioned that work person should be careful about scratching the inner decorative crosshatches. Wish Id have taken pics before bringing in. After being snapped at a few times by desk person, just took the window, did a quick thanks and hope to not have to go back to them again!
