Jonathan is great to deal with. This visit we didnt get him, we got Danielle but she was out of the office while we were at the shop which caused some minor issues with communications. We did timing belt and a couple other preventive maintenance items. Overall we spent $2100 which I think was over budget. The van rides awesome now, the communication was sub par and the out the door price it was $400 over what I was expecting; we got the van delivered to us after a 1 day and a half which was acceptable to us. I did not get a call with pricing (I went by what I would see online when I scheduled the job) and I failed to ask pricing for spark plug replacement and added items. My wife picked up the van and she did not go over the invoice. THe scheduling took 4 weeks or so but I know that in times of covid, everything is taking a lot longer. We usually like this service center and they usually are on top. THis visit was more of a 3 star but I am giving them 4 as I am taking into consideration successful past experiences.
My Honda is under warranty. Today 6 different warning service lights suddenly came on. The car is cutting out while driving. The service advisor said it would be 3 weeks before they could schedule an appointment, or I could drop it off and perhaps it could be seen within 3 weeks. This is the most apathetic Honda service department I have ever dealt with. The national Honda Consumer Department told suggested to have it towed in under warranty. Unfortunately the Honda Roadside Service was busy when called and suggested I try to text the vehicle information. I have little cell reception at my location. This is maddening. Service is virtually non existent.
I have 19k on my vehicle in 8 months. Driving like a fool over 8 states. This has been the Least Attentive group of service advisors I have ever experienced. Oh, by the way they didnt document all my requests.
Always a great experience. In & out quickly due to the appointment times vs. No Appointment Needed concept of other places. Plus the waiting area is clean & pleasant with comfy chairs & a TV to watch if you want.
Fuoco Honda is a great dealership with fast and efficient service. Mark is the salesmen who worked with me to get a great deal on a lease. Only dealership in town that I trust.
Bought a new CRV a few months ago. Mark, Sales guy was awesome to work with. No pressure, let me test drive different cars, explained everything re new car. Definitely recommend this dealership.
Sales department was great and just what we were looking for. Informative but not pushy. The service department is terrible. Our two experiences are after buying our truck, the check engine light IMMEDIATELY (like the next day) came on) obviously it wasnt well checked before putting it out for sale. The second experience was with my Fit. They had to reattach the plastic guard under my car and order a $900 part for my dash. They made it sound like a week to two weeks for the part to come in. In that week to two weeks time, my guard had already fallen off again. After waiting for a month with ZERO communication, they called while I was in active labor with our first child. After finally being able to make an appointment almost two months after ordering the part, when I let it be known that I was unhappy with the lack of communication about the part being delayed they were so unaware of why communication is valuable, that they just tried to make excuses about the supply line. Delays arent problems if theyre communicated about especially when its for something that is hundreds of dollars.
Love them, treat you better then family and such sweet people.
I called this dealership asking question about a car I was told it was still available I let them know I had my own financings well they don’t use my credit union they wanted a check today so I called my financial institutions to ask how to do it she told me to have them call her so we gave MATT her direct number he called her and left a message for her to call him back she tried for 45 mins then he called her back was rude to the bank lady and said it sold we offered to put money down and my bank was going to cut a check for them so what we were told is in the 45 mins they sold the car I wouldn’t recommend this dealership to anyone.
Dave Boice and his crew did a great professional job and were able to replace my roof antenna!Thank you guys,Ron Wilcox
EDIT: They were very nice and were able to keep my same appointment, I would just recommend calling them directlyDo not use the online service, I had my appointment canceled on me when I needed an oil change and an inspection done and its been a hassle.
Love this dealership, my sales professional Zach made sure I was on the perfect vehicle and kept me me below my budget. And got me through really fast. Grade A professionalism and service.
Great dealer of fine cars. Dont need to go to the front range any more.
I was 12 hours into an 18 hour move from California to Colorado and was having some minor issues with my Civic. I stopped at this Honda dealership and they got my car in for service within 20 minutes and it was done not 20 minutes later. I was thoroughly impressed and thankful for the way they treated me (and my car) plus, they did not overcharge! Its a breath of fresh air to see such good service these days! Thank you, Fuoco Honda!
Car salesman was very helpful and kind and assured their competitiveness. The sales manager on the other hand was incredibly rude and petty about the pricing of the car. Ended up buying from another dealership with a better deal and great customer service.
I never have had any problems getting my vehicle in for service. The service department is always fast and friendly. This last service visit I went out to retrieve my vehicle to find that they had also washed it for me. I will always and have always taken my vehicle to them. The prices are also very reasonable.
-5 stars for the service department. I was getting excessive amounts of gas in the oil of my CR-V Touring. Not just a little bit which Jonathan in the service department said was normal ( any gas is not normal!). Had the oil changed and noted the full level of the dipstick. 100 miles later a recheck showed the dipstick 1/2 inch OVER the full mark and the strong smell of gas. The oil reserve pan was over full with gas. Again the service department tells me this is NORMAL and would NOT even look at it. I went to Glenwood Springs Honda dealer, 100 miles, for a fresh oil change. By the time we returned to G.J. excessive gas in the oil. I had planned on driving my Honda, which I really liked, until I could not drive any more, but traded it in. I no longer worry about the gas blowing up or causing a fire, let alone a major breakdown. Yes I felt in danger from this problem. Never in my life have I received this lousy, terrible, and uncaring service from any business. Service manager jonathan needs to finds position where he doesnt work the public. So your reply is telling me that an OVERFULL oil pan is so very normal?? Overfull with gasoline....Look, this engine is fuel injection, maybe traces are normal, but a quart is not. I know it did not occur to your non-service manager that maybe, MAYBE there was an issue that could have been looked into. I really did like the car, but can not believe how my concerns were so easily dismissed, by you and American HONDA. I cannot tell you how disappointed I was and still am.
I have worked with John Michel, Michael, and Jonathon. They are great. Very interested in making sure I leave happy. Thanks for everything guys!
I had body work done to my 2019 CR-V. James and his team did a fantastic repair job. Quick and easy. I am really happy with the results and the staffs professionalism . Paul F.
Was a very good experience salesman was very informative of the vehicle we looked at. I will definitely be returning.
They fixed the problem in less than 5 minutes. I love my new Honda.
Went into Fuoco Honda this afternoon for a cabin air filter for a 2002 Honda Accord. When I got to the parts desk, a few of the employees were not wearing masks or they were wearing them below their noses which defeats the purpose and is against the law here in Colorado. I gave the parts manager all my cars details and received the filter only to get all the way home 1 hour away and find out I got the wrong filter and probably wont get my money back since I opened it to install.Major lack in professionalism, knowledge, and safety here at Fuoco Honda. Steer clear of this dealership.
Had a terrible experience with another dealership in town. The team at Fuoco were awesome. Easy going and low pressure. Ive had my new car for a month now and couldnt be happier
Want to Thank Zach for all his help... love you kid... Fucco Motors Rocks
Good service. Excellent service.
Very helpful
I cant speak highly enough of Fuoco Hondas Service Department and Body Shop. This past week while road tripping across the country my family and I were stranded in Western Colorado when a rock took out our transmission. We were 100 miles from the nearest Honda dealership and when I called Fuoco Honda, I was floored to find such a friendly and helpful crew. Im especially grateful to James, Jonathan, and the mechanics who went above and beyond by putting us in touch with an excellent tow company (Blacks Towing - thanks Robert!), working quickly with our insurance company to align on estimates, expediting the delivery of a new transmission, and getting our vehicle repaired. We could not have asked for a better experience and are truly grateful to the whole team for helping us get us back on the road again quickly. Thanks Fuoco Honda!!
The Used sales manger trys to rip off people and RUDE can’t believe they still have him there working
Talk to Zach for a great deal!
Overall have had very positive experience. We have been taking our Honda in since 2007. Jonathan in service is great. We had a recent discrepancy on part used and cost. The issue was resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner.
I worked with a new salesman, the manager was Matt. He was reasonable, answered my questions. And let me leave without hassle when my questions were done. I test drove a 2918 clarity and a 2018 accord lx. I liked them both. There prices were reasonable. I plan to buy a car here soon.
I called today to schedule an airbag recall repair. When I asked what kind of covid protocols they are practicing, the man said, Were just wearing masks, thats about it. His tone was very nonchalant and gave me the impression that they arent taking safety--mine or theirs--seriously. So I cancelled my appointment and rescheduled for Farmington, New Mexico, where the agent assured me that they are taking multiple steps to ensure safety. Update: I originally gave them one star but have raised it to three since the manager called me directly and texted photos to communicate that in fact they are taking COVID seriously and are taking abundant precautions to protect their customers and their staff. There was apparently some miscommunication with the original phone call, which is the reason that Ive kept it at three--but the manager is to be commended for his efforts to rectify the situation.
The service department was unapologetically unhelpful when I was stranded in Grand Junction during a cross-country road trip. I came in an hour before closing with no other cars in the service area. I saw an employee lounging on the couch. I wasnt offered any sympathy, advice, or someone to just look underneath my car. I wasnt even offered a time to schedule a service. I was polite the entire time, but it was like the guy was annoyed I walked in looking for help. Terrible, rude, smug. Awful.
Great experience
Great, reliable, friendly service at reasonable prices. Highly recommend
One star for the parts department. Im sure the dealership as a whole would deserve more stars but my interaction with the older man behind the parts counter was disappointing. He will not help you at all with out your VIN number, which I understand why, but he could have offered a helping hand instead of sitting behind his desk away from the parts counter, telling me theres nothing he can do with out the VIN. Didnt even try. Ive worked in the auto service industry for 10+ years so I know he could have looked something up for me. I decided not to buy a single thing from him and I will be getting parts online. F for effort mr parts guy.
I have been coming here for about two years now and have always found customer service to be top notch. The folks in the service department are always very friendly and helpful, especially Alex!! I wouldnt have my car serviced anywhere else as I have complete trust in Fuoco Honda to provide excellent customer and mechanical service.
Wonderful people that work there .
This is not your typical Dealership. The Salesman who assisted me in purchasing my vehicle was not pushy. He was very informative and honest as well as the Finance Manager. I told them what I wanted and needed to be able to purchase a vehicle and they made this happen. I would recommend them to anyone. What a GREAT experience! I will be sure to use them again.
My daughter’s 2002 Acura overheated big time! We had it towed to Fuoco Honda. Even though my daughter snagged the tag and registration Jonathon had the car examined and he and/or a tech spent enough time to determine the vehicle (with 234,000 miles)was not yet toast. The price for services was very fair considering the multiple phone calls he handled from my daughter, myself, my wife and my son. Even with limited space Jonathon and Fuoco Honda allowed the vehicle (which is not nearly as nice as the vehicles for sale) to stay until I could arrange transport. I highly recommend this business. All communication and dealings with them could only be described as incredibly helpful and just plain nice!
My daughter and I were traveling to phoenix when out air conditioning went out. Johnathan the service consultant got us in without an appointment. they were able to repair the ac even without the correct parts. very friendly and helpful and the rest of our trip to phoenix was obviously much better with a working air conditioner. Thanks a lot guys
Service department is great. Good work on my suv. Always working hard
Excellent car dealership. Our salesman Mark is great, really nice and honest. He has helped us with pre-owned and new Hondas. The service department is great too. All the guys are nice and do a a great job.
Needed a planned oil change as I was driving to Chicago. These guys made sure I was set for my trip ahead. Very friendly faces here, prices are spectacular, and the service is top notch (for my oil change at least, if that says anything lol). I highly recommend Fuoco Honda to anyone stopping by for some last minute or planned car maintenance while you drive through Colorado. Great job, and thank you.
They did a good job!
The girl answering the phone on Saturday morning sounded so stoned out of her mind and said she didn’t know how to schedule a service appt. and admitted she couldn’t help me with any of my questions. Scary
Always great service with my warranty!
For years I bought parts from Fuoco GMC and got along great with everyone at the parts counter. When I bought my Honda I discovered things are not so great across the street. The parts guy was rude and the service department incompetent. I finally got tired of being treated like $hit, now go elsewhere. Since then Ive heard the GM side of the business is not so cool, mainly because of Fuoco Jr. Because of this, Ill probably never buy another GM or Honda.
Went in for an oil change. Everyone here is so nice. Also, employee turnover is low so you see the same folks every time you come in. I bought my old Pilot in 2004 & Jonathan and Dave have been there since before then.
Im so sad to see my SALES PERSON retiring at the end of the month! He was truly an honest man. Good luck in your writings!
Weve been to three different dealers in our 16 years in Grand Junction, and have generally been satisfied with all three. However, Fuoco Honda has been the best. We now own two Hondas. We recommend both the sales and the service teams. Service has been exceptional.
Nice
Excellent customer service and great people to work with. Would definitely return... Ask for Steve Dam!
The service team was so helpful and amazing! They were able to give me multiple options to solve my key problem and got me hooked up with a new functioning key and fob. Bill, Dave and Ken all helped me, they were very kind and professional, I couldnt be more pleased.
We had the best service. Dave was extremely helpful. We were traveling across country and our check engine light came on. They fit us in and in no time we were back on the road. Thank you to the whole team.
Sent my wife in to get some supplies I needed for a service of my Honda, and they took great care of her. I got everything I needed and some gaskets I didn’t know I needed. Thanks for your awesome service department!
Everyone was very helpful. Listened to our concerns and redid paperwork for us without questions. They were great!
Great Service for this out of towner, needing Honda dealer for recall service...
This was a dealership I would recommend and go back to!! Buying a car can be a haggling nightmare! This was a true price and a very fair deal. Another big thing is it didnt take all day! Use them they treated me right.
Visited Fuoco Honda several times from Montrose since we moved from Wyoming. Every visit has been amazing. Their CRV auto techs have kept my 2012 CrV running all over the western slope for work. Fair prices and knowledgeable!
Very nice and Courteous.
Im buying my 5th Honda here. The service has always been great! No pressure sales people. They help you get the car that you want.
Horrible. We were charged $221 for a normal service, tire rotate & balance and new battery. They never did anything with TPMS light and whenWe called and asked them about it guy said it would be at least $55 to $110 for us to bring it back in.Yeah, right! If you werent paying attention the 1st time and now u want to charge us more?Ridiculous!!!!Bad customer service, very bad!
A little on the expensive side, but great customer care.
Ive been going to Fuoco Honda for 5 years now, beginning just after the dealership won the Presidents Award for excellence in 2007. While living throughout Colorado and Utah, as my 98 CRV has been slowly growing older, the people at Fuoco have tended to every need of the aging car quickly and successfully. I am always presented with reasonable estimates and a fair look at my options, and have nothing but trust for putting my car in their hands. This car has logged 230,000 miles all over the U.S. and has proven safest in Fuocos hands. When other auto shops have been stumped, Fuoco simply finds the problem and fixes it. Dave and Jonathan run a highly reputable service team that I highly recommend for anyone looking for service they can depend on.
Trustworthy Treat women with respect and no price gouge
Got my new 2017 CR-V-L at Fuoco. Worked with Bill Niles. Honest and forthright individual.
Great service but they need a better waiting room without the Fox news
I have called this company 3 times and everytime I spoke on the phone with them they were unhelpful and rude. Horrible customer service. I do not recommend using his dealer for anything.
I had brought my Honda in after another mechanic worked on it several times for the same issue.... Mechanic tried blaming me and my poor judgement of car selection come to find out they were putting the wrong part on my car and charging me 500+ each time... Honda worked on it once and its been months ive had not one issue... Thanks for knowing how to actually work on vehicles. Foxes Garage was just a headache... Never again.
They do a good job but upsell service that doesnt need to be done yet.
This service department virtually never answers the phone, and I have never had them call me back. Its been very frustrating, since I got the pre-paid maintenance plan. If I had known scheduling the oil changes would be such a headache I dont think I would have done it. I like the car, its just this service plan crap is so frustrating. I dont mind if they are busy and a week or two out to schedule, its getting the appointment that is so frustrating. I have to keep calling back over and over to try to get someone to answer the phone.
Great service. Friendly staff. Did a thorough job!
Good salesmen here that dont try to push a car down your throat.
Good info on the phone, same day appt for replacing a key, stuck to their quote for both charges and time, and gave it a much needed wash. Friendly, helpful, professional.
Friendly and the service I had done was great.
I have my car worked on by them. Nice people, good prices.
Great lil dealership. Helpful friendly.
Update Sept 2015: The service desk guys, Dave and Johnathan, have always been great at knowing whats wrong and the mechanics have nearly always fixed the problem quickly. As of late the service at Fuoco Honda will continue to get my business - even if there was another choice.
During my trip back from Denver came here to get some concern checked out. One of their employees mouthed threats at me while I was in the parking lot just sitting in my car. My friend went inside to talk to Michael who was rude condescending and unhelpful. Decided on another mechanic. Worse Honda experience.
I had a recall and I was told that the repair would take about an hour. I was very pleased when ittook about 30 minutes for the mechanics to finish.
Fuoco Honda has a large selections of vehicles both large and small with a warm helpful staff ready to answer all of your questions and with prices unbeatable anywhere else its the place to shop for that one vehicle thats going to last you a long time.
These guys are the best. Trustworthy!! Highly recommend!!!
Michael was great to work with! Got a good car!
Alex is very polite and always povides good service. Thank you, Alex.
They are great here very helpful
GREAT! Great service, friendly staff, quick service!
Polite, helpful, efficient and knowledgeable. Cant ask for more from a dealer.
They took excellent care of me.
Visited 2 times and both times service was below par. Had valves adjusted and left car with oil all over car. Next time was a free oil change due to first visit. Oil change left a bungee cord strapped to front of car.
Always a special place to visit.
Enjoyed talking to Mark, very nice and knowledgeable
Very helpful!
Rude customer service was hung up 3 times and they wont let me scheldue a recall for my air bag. way to car about your customer will not buy another Honda
The service was excellent
Very nice
Horrible customer service couldnt help me find the parts I needed. Parts guy had me guessing what parts I needed, wont go back here thats for sure.
Consistently excellent service.
Mechanics that you can actually trust
