Have used this store for a couple decades, for personal vehicles, company vehicles and associate accounts. Generally all has gone well. Occasionally when an issue comes up they have always done what they can to make the situation roll down the road and keep us happy.There is a lot more competition now, and we use them too sometimes, but for several angles of parts and supplies NAPA does better and the Bookcliff Auto Parts store is a solid outfit among NAPA units.Have mostly been pleased with their prices, knowledge, people, inventory, paint and turnaround times on orders. Mask use seems to have flowed with the CDC and State requirements. It is a good business

I was looking for a dwell tach neater, they did not have one, and could not get one. But the counter people did there best. It is NAPA corp that is falling short.

As far as Im concerned NAPA is the only place to go to get anything automotive. Great service by knowledgeable personnel.

I did order a shock in the past in which the bushings were not in the box, but we supposed to be.

If you need it they have it or they can get it thats the difference between them and the box stores

Still some knowledgable guys in there. Some of the younger ones are catching on too. Some of them still know my name. Still using them 31 years later.

Front lady Glasses and curly hair. ABSOLUTELY rude! I watched her treat customers like trash. Like it was too much of a bother to do her job! Only one counter person greeted me when I came in. This used to be the best in town and lately grown to be the worst. Walking in you can tell the employees are either mad or lazy, not sure which. However, I will no longer suggest them to people who ask me where to go for parts. You would think with all the new auto stores popping up in town that they would up their customer service, not here though. Zero stars if possible!

This is the best napa store I have ever been in. Parking wasnt the best but it more then made up for it by customer service and store selection. I have been in several auto parts store but this one was hands down the best. I had gone to another stores and bought a starter and didnt have the receipt. The other store found the transaction and faxed it over and they honored the warranty no problems. Awesome store and great service. Ps I want one of those giant inflatable race cars they had hanging on the wall. Great place

I’m new to the area and was looking to find a reliable, knowledgeable parts store....this ain’t it!Admittedly they were able to locate a part number but never followed up with me to let me know if they ordered it even though they took all my contact info. Consequently I found another part store who was very happy to make sure I had what I needed. I think Napa may be too big and my few hundred dollars worth of parts was inconsequential to them so they kind of forgot about my needs.I will likely not be bothering them in the future.Sorry to say it appears like they are designed for larger volume customers and not the couple thousand dollars per year spenders.Moving on!

The gentlemen that run the paint store are knowledgeable, professional and extremely helpful. Their products and turn around time are first rate. Also, Jessica went above and beyond trying to get me something from there on a Saturday. I appreciate her high-energy, courteous and helpful nature. A+ customer service!

Always have been my go to store for auto parts. Knowledgeable and friendly staff

Overall they have a good amount in stock, the staff is pretty knowledgeable if they don’t know/unsure they quickly grab someone else for an opinion, they are quick and to the point, make suggestions about your purchase to see if there is anything else you might need that you didn’t think about and quickly have you on your way.

Excellent car parts store with everything you need for your car, along with excellent service. Will be back.

Quick service, employees for the most part have a handle on what your asking and know the difference between a carb and TBI injection which another I had issues with. Pricing is a bit higher then other local auto parts stores, but service and knowledge isnt free.

Hours on here are wrong first off, they close earlier than listed. Secondly I called in earlier today and asked for prices to have the bearings in my cars steering knuckle repressed, was told $40 if I had my own bearings and $45 if I didnt. Get down to the store at just after 5, on my way home from work, and they tell me that the shop is closed so no work done till tomorrow. Which I believe is wrong to an extent. How is a customer supposed to work and get off at 5 come down for service to be done and the shop not be open? Now I have a vehicle that out of commission for two days now because you close your shop at the same time as most of your customers are able to require services, but to digress once arriving at the store I was informed that i was incorrectly quoted on the phone. Grand total of my repress services was $83 double what I was told on the phone.

Very disgusted with this company. My husband came in there to get a part and he didn’t have a mask on. They screamed at him to put a mask on and he said he can’t because of his religion. The guy said it didn’t matter, he still needed a mask. My husband said “so you’re discriminating against me because of my religion?” And the guy said “yes. So my husband walked out. Vote with your dollars.

I would put zero stars if I had the option. Rude front Dess lady. Unexperienced people in the shop that do not know how to handle equipment nor the parts. The only thing was well enough was the owner. And even he had a very rude attitude. Total is 20 minutes took 2 1/2 hours first time and The second time they lied about the parts of fixing it. Been sitting here the 2nd time for three hrs this time. Very very rude people. They lye about doing the work.

Non ADA compliant facility very upset they wouldnt allow me to pick up a part i paid for online because i cannot wear a mask do to medical conditions. would give 0 stars but thats not an option...

I really like this place! I tend to send my kids here to get parts for their vehicles mainly because they tend to keep a decent inventory of stuff for your car, and the service people are helpful and kind to newbies. Then it was my turn to shop. I needed a number of bulbs. I already knew my part numbers, so I was in and almost out, when the very young lady at the counter proceeded to offer some excellent advice regarding my light bulb purchase. I am pleased with good service when solicited. I am overboard impressed when good service is delivered when unsolicited. NAPA used to be kind of clique-ish in my mind, but that image has really changed. They are there to help and make your experience enjoyable, even if youre not a car jock, or whatever they call someone who only speaks car.

Mask warnings upon entering, yet employees are not wearing masks. Scary!

Most times when I call looking for a part and I dont tell them I am a commercial customer there it seems like Im a burden for them and the parts guys are rude and then I say its for my commercial account and the guys totally change theyre tune and talk to me like a human.

This Napa is the best Napa that I have been to In the last past 10 to 15 years..this place has it all they take care of you really quick especially the salesman chip and well have it delivered to you ASAP thank you chip I appreciate it for taking care of us at Kirkland Construction we really appreciate it

They had what I needed for my Jeep. The other auto stores were a bust; which surprised me.The NAPA employees were friendly and knowledgeable.The prices are on average higher than most, okbut if you need it you need it

I stopped by on my way to work to purchase some oil one morning. I would say customer service is not a priority here. I arrived 11 minutes prior to the posted store hours. I could see people in the store at their stations. I had to wait until exactly 0730 cell phone time for the door to unlock in order to enter the building. Once in, no one said a word to me and the service desk employees were already all on the phone -- none acknowledged my existence. I found my fluid on my own and checked out and left. I dont think Ill come in again -- online ordering is far more convenient; there was no hometown service or expertise aspect of this store to make it worth my time.

Spend quite a bit of time here. Depends on who you get for accurate parts and personality. Usually they dont go hand in hand but they make it right.

The best Napa I have ever been in. The sales clerk found the part I was needing but it would take a week to arrive after ordering it.So the clerk called a couple of the competitors and found a store that had one in stock.

Didnt have what I needed $ 48 for shipping competitors want $11

Napa has parts where as their competition AutoZone, I would have to order for older running vehicles NAPA IS THE PARTS STORE

You walk out of there with a sense of knowing and the thought that youre well covered to be able to perform your tasks cuz they think of things that you didnt necessarily when you went in there to get your parts or paint products or clean up material whatever it may be you had an experience at this Napa. Napa is a great name to the parts industry. with this new entrepreneurial Endeavor and expanding paint department it adds a great new facet to a business in the valley that already existed but.
