You have the brands and styles I like. The prices are competitive and your selection is broad but not so broad that shopping with you is overwhelming. The selection feels curated. The ease of the pickup process was great.

This store had what I needed. However, they seem to assume that customers are also thieves. Most associates were friendly but we had someone follow us around while we shopping which was really uncomfortable. We probably wont be going back anytime soon. Thank goodness for Amazon.

Loved the kids clothes, the fall and winter selection it’s amazing, not to mention the prices are reasonable.

The Baby selection was great. Mom was home with our Son so I was sending pictures to help with the product selection.

Easy to just walk in and pick up the gift order. No wait time or hassle. These items were gifts for a Wedding Shower and this made it very easy to shop for the Bride and Groom without a hassle. And saved me a lot of time.

Target is in a mall. I always shop there last, because its the nearest exit to catch public transit. I always enter the store with other purchases, because....its a mall. Yesterday I came in, got the bedding and makeup I was there for, and went to checkout. The cashier then walks up and tells me I have to open my mall purchases for the security cameras. My kids were shocked, people were staring, and I said NO, as is my right. There was absolutely no probable cause for a search. Ive shopped there for 10 years, without event, and am convinced I was singled out for my personal appearance. Shame on Mesa Mall Target for discrimination. They cant lie themselves out of this one by saying they were searching all non-Target purchases that day. Educate the employees.

This Target is not in NYS. I know that should be obvious because the address says Colorado on this Google page. But in fact, when you click directions and go to google maps, it will take you to Putnam County, NY. My friend and I just spent 20 minutes looking for this non existent Target. Honestly I’m only writing this review so that hopefully Google will fix this glitch in maps. We really do love Target and I’m sure would’ve given it 5 stars if it existed.

The employees smashed the groceries in my trunk, laid a carton of milk on its side and put heavy stuff on top of it and told me I was good to go - but left 8 items off my order! I had to make 4 calls between the local and corporate office, then they had no idea what we were talking about when we arrived later to pick up the remainder of our order. It was total incompetence on every level.

I shop at target almost daily. My experience was sub par to say the very least. the associate was fine, but my big complaint was you had an item on your website for 50% off, and you had several of these at your store. the website didnt register that there were any in stock at the local location but when i went to checkout the associate told me theyre only able to price match one of the units. not all of them. this was news to me, i cannot see why you even have a price match if the quantity dictates how many you can get at that price. furthermore, i cant see the difference between me buy 5 at the discount price, or 5 different individuals. the revenue is the same for target. this rule was not posted anywhere in the store nor was a manager able to assist. the associate was younger, she mentioned to another customer that she was a minor, reglardless, i feel little was done to try and see about the price match policy, versus just telling me was sounded to be either incorrect, or a bit ridiculous. i feel that a person who is willling to make a big scene at the store will sadly probably get what they want since its not posted anywhere that the rule is only one price match per item

They consistently allow people to roam around with no masks in spite of a sign in the front of the store and a public service announcement playing overhead. Our COVID number are increasing rapidly and those who do not comply put all of us, including your employees, at risk.

Went in with my wife today and was chased down by a worker telling us that masks are required as we saw someone right after us walk in without a mask and few others around the store who were even coughing. Dont enforce it with me if you arent going to enforce it with EVERYONE that comes in the store. Only reason I put it on and complied is because I had a gift card, otherwise I would have said go f*** yourself. Dont boss me around when its convientent for you.

Yes I know we are in the midst of a pandemic. Your employees dont need to make snide comments to my family and I about it. Grow up target

My mother was just told by an extremely rude employee that she was being selfish for not wearing a mask. My family and I will never shop at Target again if this is the way they treat their customers.

We love Target in general, but todays visit to Grand Junctions Target included a very helpful, pleasant gal helping my my wife and I find a riding shopping cart. She was wonderful. Sorry, I didnt get her name, but Thank You to her. Also, the clerk who checked us out was very friendly and helpful and we found everything we needed.

This has to be one of the most friendly staffed Targets Ive ever been to. Everyone is so quick to help and sure your visit was a positive experience.

I just appreciate the cleanliness and cheerful feeling I get as I enter the store. Not many stores can boast this! The cleanliness continues throughout The entire store! The staff is pleasant and helpful, and although I did not need to buy anything, it made my day just to stroll through!

I love Target products, but I always have issues with the customer service when shopping at Target. Any time I try to use the Cartwheel app, or $20 off $100 of baby products, there always seems to be an issue and they have to look the items up individually (which I completely understand)- but the attitude I receive from the employees is not good. I feel as though they dont want my business and Im a nuisance to them. Im just a working wife/mom trying to use deals that are broadcasted. The service has been so terrible the last four times I have shopped in Target, Im starting to think I need to start branching out to other places.

I recommend Target to my friends and family quite often! I recommend it because I think you can save money shopping at Target, you have to have a red card though, its the only way to shop and save money.

This store was clean. I understand they dont want people sitting around talking, but you have to give people that may need a break somewhere.

Target is not the same Target we all love and know! They have stuffed the shelves with so much junk, it’s no better than a Ross. All the clothes looks like something a trashy 15 yr old from the 80’s would wear. The classic red shirt has been replaced with ‘whatever’ the employees want to wear. Even the children’s section has changed for the WORST! As a mother, trying to navigate through this section with the Little One and a cart is absolutely impossible! They’ve added too many extra shelf/racks so they could stuff more clothes in a small section. The clothes aren’t for little kids any more but smaller versions of trashy teenagers. Hopefully one day, our classic Target will come back. 😕

An order was placed online, the individuals that were named to pick up said item were denied, even though proper ID and the confirmation number of said order was provided. But the staff wanted the card that was used to be present.Ive been going to Target for over 10+yrs and this was uncalled profiling. You should be ashamed of yourselves for this stunt.Its not protecting the customers, its profiling. Amazon deserves my business, not this shady Target, with shady practices.Order was canceled. The best thing about this Target is that it is almost always deserted, which makes your shopping experience infinitely less stressed. It also means that youre more likely to to get ahold of whatever youre looking for. Their travel size/travel bottle selection is fantastic, as is their selection of womens clothing and exercise apparel. If you like shopping at Target this one is worth a visit.

I really used to like Target. Did my wedding and baby shower registry through them. Was given a gift card for my baby shower. Went to use it and was told their system glitched and deactivated it. Without the receipt they would not honor their gift card. I’m eight months pregnant and was pulled over to guest services, treated like a criminal and given several different stories by the lady who was helping me. I ended up paying with my debit card and leaving the store in tears and feeling humiliated. Later I called their gift card help line to figure out what was actually going on and was hung up on by customer service after getting frustrated by talking in circles with no realistic solution. Not happy.

The pharmacy here is a joke. We’re here for the weekend from out of town, had a last minute prescription called in and the pharmacy is closed all weekend so we can’t get the prescription. 👎

Everyone loves target - Grand Junctions Target has improved since my last review, it is cleaner seems to have more workers. However, the store still doesnt have enough product in many areas. This store is always busy and cant keep up with Mesa Countys population and surrounding areas.

Terrible place to work. Managers are nice enough but there is little to no training and the employees suffer for it. Highly suggest to look for somewhere else before you join the amazing happy Target team

I had a great time shopping in cosmetics and housewares. Every time I go to this store, I find exactly what I need and more.

Love the store itself, but anytime Ive needed an associates help with something its just awful. It appears theres a lot of opportunity for training. Specifically the service desk, they always have a line and its like pulling teeth trying to do anything, especially picking up an online order. Associates on the floor will dodge you and not make eye contact. And the cashiers only seem to care about Target Cards, not the overall experience. But its Target, so Ill keep shopping there. If they had self checkouts itd be a great addition. Just gotta try to avoid the employees like the plague.Also, be vigilant when using carthweel because it rarely works and the cashiers wont check, they just say its automatic and take your money. Then you get to wait in the long service counter line to get the price difference, or you can save your sanity and forget about it, even if you went out of your way to go there to buy a cartwheel item.

Typical Target store. Is a store with a small grocery section in it. Not a Target superstore but does what it can with the size building they have. Staff for the most part is helpful.

I have to say i had the best holiday shopping experience, I definitely will be going here over Walmart, the employees were so helpful they could tell I was walking around trying to find stuff and we had three employees that helped us in the whole 45 minutes we were there, Jared as he was checking us out separated my fragile things from the heavier things and wrapped them up nicely so that they wouldnt break and helped me with my Black Friday prices and didnt make me feel rushed its awesome to have stuff like that especially around the holidays when everybodys in a hurry. Definitely will be back to do my shopping here great staff and great store.

Connected to the mall and not a lot of items in stock. I coupon but you can tell that others in the area are inconsiderate and buy put whole shelves of sales going on. I even had a lady approach me and ask if I had an extra coupon for a deal we were both doing. All in all its probably good if you need to grab something quick while you are at the mall but all in all if youre trying to coupon or take advantage of the weekly target sales Id avoid this target.

This Target has really went down hill these last few months and unfortunately its the only one in Grand Junction. I used to enjoy shopping there but with their new ridiculous coupon policies established by this location alone not corporately make it a hassle to shop here. Can only use one coupon per type of item you buy no matter how many items and a maximum of 4 coupons a day per household. Is this to try to promote their brand over others. Maybe manufacturers should be aware of this sabatoging of their products so they dont cut Target near the deals.Do yourself a favor and save yourself time and just bypass this store and go to Walmart.

Store is usually clean and well stocked with the exception of busy times. Staff is friendly at checkout but have not been overly helpful on the sales floor (Usually not greeted or asked if help is needed when passing or standing within inches of associates). Prices in-store and online usually dont match up when shopping for registry items which makes it difficult. Would like to see additional customer service training especially during this busy and hectic shopping season.

Why in the world would the pharmacy be closed on Saturday but they send a text saying to pick up your prescription? Then the normal hpurs are 10-6. When most people are working. I suggest using anyplace but the target pharmacy.

Dont mind self check out, if I have a few items. But recently they never have lanes open only self checkout. With several items its a pain.

I needed to use motorized cart in clothes and was so so angry as they had way too much merchandise crammed in the aisles. By time I got out I was so angry cause of the crowded aisles IWas furious they even took out pop machine and food court. Now they basically have boxed salty popcornAnd sugary Icey drinks.

They have what you are looking for. Very friendly staff. Nick Hill was a really helpful and nice employee in particular, and Im happy to shop here again.
