Staff are fantastic and knowledgeable about sales and coupons that are active. When I have had trouble accessing coupons, they go out of their way to provide the coupon Id like to use to give the best customer service possible. Items are well organized, stocked, and the store is very clean considering the traffic flow and the massive amount of craft materials they carry. Compared to the local competitors in the Western Slope, this is the place to go for the most affordable supplies for any project.

These guys have a huge variety of everything crafty :) if you have the app youll get a heads up on all of their sales, plus they allow ordering online for delivery and/or pick up. I was really pleased to find that (today anyway) you were able to choose one of the patterns that was on the discontinued rack for a penny with each 2 yard fabric purchase, up to 4 patterns. There were some really cute ones there, including kids patterns and costume patterns. I found this years Halloween costume for myself...Im looking forward to the challenge! LOL. Anyway...great selection, the sales are awesome, and if you walk out without finding anything that piqued your interest then youre obviously not the creative/crafty type.

Its not the store it used to be before COVID, no more hard to find or unique items. Positive note they still have a good selection of sewing materials.

I ordered a cricut machine from Joann.com yesterday. They canceled the order but deducted the money from my account. They said it was canceled because it was out of stock. Well, fix your website then! Edit: They have credited my account. Thank you. You do need to update your website so people dont have this problem.

I guess they dont know the constitution but know that the liberals will impose illegal fines and intimidation. So much for going along with it. Just dont expect me to be happy. Will avoid this place when possible.

Great post black Fridays deals, and a wonderfully friendly staff. Not a normal shopping stop for me, but really felt welcomed.

They had what I needed, didnt cost to much! Store is clean, friendly and practices good social distancing.

Was not satisfied with their customer service at all. When found the fabric I wanted, I discovered the price next to the roll was not the true price. Their price tags if found at all are inside the roll. When asked if they would honor the price next to fabric, they tartly stated no.

Joanns is honestly one of the better places to by fabrics and crafts in comparison to the others in the local area for quality but I would say that they are a bit overpriced.

I needed some samples of fabric and they wouldnt give them. I had to pay $4 for 2 samples. All I need was an inch square to match up for the right color. 😡 I went to Hobby Lobby and I got 4 samples from there for free. I will buy their material from now on.

They had what I needed to do my project.

Love this store so much. I have made hundreds of projects with materials purchased here. Almost always can I find what Im looking for. Have ordered in store for special orders and always pleased. Only disapointment I have had is lack of real corset making supplies c and stock of same buttons and clasps on hand. I use multiples on a lot of projects and they stock enough in store.

Need more employees. Great deals friendly staff but long waits during sales. One cashier & one person at cutting table. Prices are worth the wait, but some customers are rude and impatient makes it seem longer.

I absolutely love Joannes if you have the app you can download more coupons and save even more! Although they usually have a lot of their inventory on sale already! They always have what I need for whatever project Im working on! And the staff is usually super friendly and polite!

Joanns Fabric stores are great for fulfilling your crafting needs. The workers are friendly and are able to see to your crafting specifications readily. There are diverse collections of fabric and other crafts as well. There are styrofoam crafts, faux decor for the holidays, model supplies, drawing, painting, and much more.

They have fabric for cosplay costumes. We have been looking everywhere for the costume items (such as ordering online), but now we can go out of our confort zone to try to make them. The staff was friendly in a costumer service way. I didnt ask them anything in the way of fabrics, but knowing how nice the staff is, I fell comfortable enough to ask them questions, knowing the questions will get answered.

Nifty little place with an odd assortment of items but nothing you couldnt get anywhere else.

Is Joanns actively trying to lose customers? Thatd be my guess.First off its the holiday season and, according to the 3 employees in the entire store which was packed, corporate is giving them limited hours in order to get a Christmas bonus. 1 person at the register, one person at the cutting station and 1 person for everything else. It took at least half an hour to buy 8 yards of fabric, which they didnt even have in stock!Problem number 2: They had to order my fabric from a different store and for the trouble of waiting a few days they charged me an extra 10 dollars. Unbelievable. Of course I could forgo this charge, as long as I was willing to wait 2 to 3 weeks.With the nature of consumers today, 2 to 3 weeks is more than most people would be willing to accept.Zach is a fantastic employee. Very helpful, nice and well spoken. He very clearly explained the fabric situation to us and made a frustrating situation tolerable.As for Kayeila, its unbelievable how distorted her speech was as she furiously attempted to communicate while simultaneously chewing gum.I will likely not be returning to this store other than to browse fabric that I will later buy online. The store itself has a good selection, and mostly nice, hard working employees. However corporate policies and poor management take away from the positive attributes it offers.

Joann Fabrics has a good selection of materials with good prices. They have everything for sewing.

The people working there were very unfriendly which is unusual for a Joanns. My being there made me feel like I was a burden to the employees and there was definitely an unwelcome feeling in the air.

Prices are high. They NEVER seem to have what I need or am looking for. Wish they had more variety.

Staff was super nice and showed me the joanns app, used a ton of coupons I didnt know I could have from the app and saved me nearly $40 on $80 worth of stuff. My husband was quite relieved 😂

My husband bought me a sewing machine at JOANNs at the end of May, We were told they had no more if what we wanted in stock and they would have to order it, for 15 dollars extra it could be 5 to 7 days . I called a week later and I was told 7 to 10 days . Now Im being told no guarantees on when it will be in . Ive never had such bad service from them before .
