Literally the worst customer service, I had a question about one item, so I waited in line for well over 30 minutes and attempted to call the store. I called 5 times and they proceeded to not answer the phone. She also did not follow covid safety procedures when I manged to get in the store.

This location knowingly accepts stolen credit cards. I was there yesterday with another lady; both of us had stolen credit cards and both were accepted at this location for over TWO THOUSAND DOLLARS; several transactions over the course of less than 5 minutes. It was a group of MEN using two separate cards with womens names.The store clerk told us it is a very common scam that she was aware of and she contacted TWO managers; a Sephora manager named Kim and a JCPenney manager who both told her there was no policy against selling dozens of bottles of mens cologne at one time.At NO TIME did either manager think to question the transaction or request an ID to match with the credit cards. They literally stood there and tried card after card until one was approved.

I was helped by Michelle. Being that Im a guy I usually get some weird treatment when Im buying makeup but Michelle helped me feel right at home! She color matched my skin perfectly which is no easy task and she helped me pick out the perfect products for my skin routine! I highly recommend shopping at Sephora in Grand Junction! They even gave me a birthday gift! Thank you Michelle and thank you Sephora!

Went in there for a specific product that the website indicated was in stock and was updated 3 hours earlier. The sales representative took a quick look and told me that they dont have it. I dont know if it was a computer error or if the sales representative didnt look hard enough. Furthermore, their Urban Decay display was low in stock and just plain dirty. I will go to other retailers in the future.

Rarely restocks, staff seems to have bare minimum knowledge of makeup. messy store, testers are dirty & terrible. ulta remains superior

I have been to this location three different times and every time there has been multiple unattended children running around the store playing with make up and slamming around products( not just the testers). The customer service is not so good, I have never been asked by an employee if I need help with anything. This location is also constantly out of stock of half the products and doesnt replace the empty testers. Most of the displays are a mess ( probably has a lot to do with the unattended children running wild in the store) and its not unusual to find products of one brand in another brands section. I as well have noticed a lot of products being stolen and the empty box left behind. I recommend checking all items to make sure they havent been used, destroyed, and/or stolen from the box before making a purchase.

I went to this Sephora to exchange an item I had tried out for a couple weeks but wasnt working for me. I didnt have the receipt, but I had the order on my phone. Sephoras in Fort Collins have returned items for me before in this manner with no issue. But the old woman at the counter told the young woman helping me that I could not do an exchange with the online order receipt. I think she was slow because an online order receipt has the same information as a paper receipt. She cut me off - I was explaining that this should not be an issue - to ask to assist the next customer. This was highly annoying, as I spend a lot of money at Sephora and being treated as if I was some shady person was ridiculous. Finally she acquiesced and said I could return the item with the online receipt. The young woman assisting me mouthed sorry as she handed me my exchanged item and I wish I could have apologized to her for having such an incompetent and bitter woman as a supervisor.

I booked a complete makeover session about a day in advance. It was for 1030 I was running late so I called and spoke to Robyn. She let me know that she was the only one scheduled until 1 but that she was still more than happy to go on w the makeover. Once I got there the place was so busy, but Robyn was incredibly professional and kind, getting me set up as soon as possible. I told her it was totally fine to take her time and if she needed to stop to help/assist people that was not a problem.The place was swarming w ppl and even though it was just her, she was so freaking professional and sweet! Anytime someone walked in, she would warmly greet them and remind them to ask for any assistance. Any time she had to stop working on me whether it was to answer the phone, ringing people up, answering questions, she did it all w a smile on her face! She kept apologizing to me profusely - totally unnecessary of her but it showed how dedicated she is to doing a great job and being a great example of what Sephora is all about!When she was finihsd a my look I had to do a double take cause damn I looked good. Even with her doing 10 jobs at once, she was able to explain to me perfectly what she used, why and how w ease. She honestly performed with such grace, and that made a huge impression on me.THANK YOU GIRL! I looked fly as hell and my boyfriend very much agreed :)

If i could give this store no stars i would. I went in with my friend around 7:45 were in there for a giod 30-40 mins and not once greated asked if we needed help nothing! I even had to color swatch my friend for foundation. Not only did she see this and us walking around with $100 worth of kat von D makeup we waited up front for 5- 10 mins while she helped another customer, that seemed more like a social call. We also couldnt find an eye shadow pallet of von Ds and she saw us looking in thw drawer n never offered help . So myself and my friend shall take our business to ulta or online.

This location is very disappointing. It’s dirty, unorganized, and has uneducated employees. The tester areas are missing half the things you actually want to try, and the things you want to buy are always out of stock. Not impressed at all.
