Delivery ok
As a Buisness Owner I am shocked at the lack of professionalism this Buisness has. Not to mention rude. Over a month now I’ve been tying to order beer for my restaurant and after the first delivery day they didn’t deliver I call them to ask what happened they tell me they don’t have it in stock. But I can order again and they will try to get it. After two more weeks I get nothing and I call back again just to have them tell me their system says they ha e it in stock but they seem to not have anything to deliver. I asked why wouldn’t they call me back to let me know they don’t have the beer so I have time to look elsewhere. They said it’s not my job to let you know if we’re out I just take the order and the driver delivers it, we can try to order again but honestly i have no clue if we can get anything I don’t know how this place has managed to run as long as it has.
Why would High Country Beverage let the Grand Junction Rockies run out of Coors Light? Is it because they are not the sponsor who cares!!! Making one delivery a week to a place is bad business.If they are low who cares if they need another delivery.I bet you wouldnt let bars run out of Coors Light, yes you guys did one time pretty embarrassing and horrible customer service
