The girls that work there are always so helpful and patient with me! I have very wide feet and it was hard to find the right fit and style but they helped me until I found the perfect boot!

Zoe and Tyler went above and beyond helping me into the right boots after not being satisfied with my first pair (the first pair were fine nothing wrong, just not for me as far as comfort goes). Their friendliness, knowledge and expertise were extraordinary. Thank you guys! I will definitely return for my next pair.

Great I went to Cabelas at first to find me a nice belt their selection was very little and the girl theyre referred me to Boot Barn I was very pleased with their selection with belts stemming from Mens Womens and Children... I would highly recommend Boot Barn not only for belt but for all your shopping great results

The service was excellent and the place had an enormous amount of lovely clothes to choose from. Womens western wear was the best in town and the clerks were the most helpful we have found in Grand Junction. Friendly is an overall call here. I wish they carried some big and tall clothes for men as well. We will return to Boot Barn much more frequently now.

Lol never took myself as a country folk type, on a whim i just bought my first pair of boots and some shirts for country Jam 2021. Wow the staff was amazing and helpful, they were there to help me pick the style and comfort of my boots as well as making me feel comfortable in my choice, as I knew nothing about it lol.P.S. I cant belive I have never wanted boots in the past, I was missing out on so much comfort and utilitarian freedom, I highly recommend everyone to look into a good pair of boots.

Didnt have my size. Attendant offered to look for correct size and perhaps order for me. I appreciated but declined.

Ive never been inside, but I did window shop the other day. They have lots of western wear...hats, boots, jeans, shirts...for both men and women. They were not open, and thats why I didnt go inside. I will check it out one of these days.

Great customer service! Monica was awesome! She really went above and beyond to find the right size boots that we were looking for for my son. She looked online and made several phone calls. She was able to find the boots and coordinate getting them to the store within a few short hours! We don’t live locally and we were leaving town the next day, so I really appreciate that Monica was able to get us the boots so quickly! Thank you!

I walked in, there was a lady standing at the register who didn’t even acknowledge my presence. I started looking through the boots, and noticed there were three people standing at the register with no other customers in line. I looked for about 15 min and found a pair of shoes I wanted, finally one of them said are you still doing ok, I replied yeah. I took the shoes to the register and the man that waited on me was a complete smart ass. I paid for my purchase and looked at him and said thank you, thinking he might thank me for spending 140.00 there (nope) at least he replied “your welcome”Where is the management of this store when the associates are only interested in talking about how much hair they want to cut instead of taking an active role in helping customers. Maybe I’m a little old fashioned but customer service is totally lost and it’s very sad. If somehow you manage to find the lost art of appreciation when a customer buys something I’m sure your sales will increase.

It was the worst ever OMG,Ive been buying my boots and work clothes here since they opened. I dont know what happened everything with boots was in disarray and a big mess.
