Service advisor Craig was excellent - he fully explained what work would be done and how much it would cost. After the service was performed, he explained the findings of the multi-point inspection and recommended follow-up actions. As a senior, I appreciated the separate waiting area. If I lived in Grand Junction, I would definitely come again.

Buying a car is always a challenge and never a process that I consider enjoyable. But, the team at Ed Bozarth Chevrolet did everything possible to make it a positive experience. I wanted to make the jump to electric and went in to test drive the Bolt. It drove amazing and the one-pedal control is the next evolution of driving - I highly recommend anyone looking to go electric to test drive a bolt at Ed Bozarth. The negotiation process was as good as you can get and I got a deal I am reasonably happy with. And, the follow-up after purchase has been great. More than anything, I could not be happier with the vehicle - it is a fantastic machine with zero emissions.

This is my first time having to take in my car for a recall and overall my experience was good. I was a little irritated with how long my car took in the shop since it was a recall and I had an appointment early in the morning. But other than that, it was fine. I also love that you guys have a shuttle service so we don’t have to sit in the waiting room for the whole time. I worked with Gary and he was really nice and I felt confident leaving my car with him.

Service spoke to and got me in immediately. Needed a shuttle as we traveled 70+ miles to the vehicle service appointment. Shuttle driver took us to other breakfast eatery than we originally had planned. Now, we have a new favorite. Visited with David Davis the individual that sold us our 2021 Premier Tahoe. He then came over after our vehicle was serviced and went through (again) some of the innumerable gadgets that this dream vehicle has.

I had to have a diagnostics completed with my 2016 GMC Sierra for my 100k mile check up. There were quite a few things that needed attention. The sales end was a good experience. The sales agreement was not. I felt rushed and did not understand the service agreement. Could not understand why the final cost was almost $3,000 higher than quoted. Reviewed the buyers order when I got home and saw the cost for the service contract which I thought was the factory warrantee was $2,492. This plus the delivery charge came to the $3,000 difference. I do not intend to buy the service contract. Felt this was misrepresented by Mr. Winder.

My experience with your service department was better than some Ive had in the past. Previously it seemed the work would get done, but getting the paperwork completed so I could retrieve my vehicle sometimes took a very long time (over an hour one day). This time the associate Jason West called, let me know the vehicle was ready and had my keys and paperwork to sign at his desk. Easy peasy, in and out, which I appreciated. Our Camaro has had all of these done in the last 8 to 6 weeks at Ed Bozarths Service department in Grand Junction CO. Full Service, Front brakes, Rear shocks, New tires, New convertible top (because the rear window was broken), body and fender repair to the drivers side and a new battery. I appreciated that they were able to coordinate and help with the insurance claims on a couple of these jobs making them less stressful. Talk about a truly one stop shop! Very convenient and all jobs well done.

Knew my 2013 Equinox needed new tires and with a 300 mile trip planned over much road construction, figured it better get done soon. Bozarth got the tires mounted and car aligned in the 2 hours they suggested.

We are from Ohio and we were traveling from Utah back home with a stop in Grand Junction. While in Arches National Park, we noticed a problem with our car, which was a wheel bearing. We looked up a Dealer in GJ and went directly there, even before checking into our hotel. Gary Guillen waited on us and did an excellent job. Since I had Warranty Forever, he worked with them, tirelessly, and was successful, after putting up with their slow responses. We ended up having 2 wheel bearings replaced and were finally on our way about 26 hours later. Ron, your courtesy driver took us to our hotel on Tuesday and picked us up on Wednesday. Very nice guy. Everyone that we talked to at the dealership was very nice and friendly. Again, Gary was exceptional. He kept us in the loop during this whole ordeal. If we ever happen to be that way again, we may stop in just to say hello

Although your staff was as courteous as ever, the problem I have been saying I have had since I was still under warranty has now developed into a real issue and one in which will now cost me into over a thousand dollars just to get to the area to look at the problem. Perhaps if my concerns had been taken seriously by your staff at the start I would not be in this position. I feel that they were brushed aside because what? I’m a woman “poor thing can’t even operate the button to open the gas door “. If someone had looked into this matter perhaps they would have seen that I NEVER received the computer messages ready to fill.. and perhaps that would have led them to the issue of difficulty in filling up now. Due Diligence.

Sales person Joel went above and beyond to help us get into a 2021 Chevrolet Equinox. He was super friendly and super helpful and all around great guy. He is very knowledgeable about his products, explained all about the car as well as extra options like On Star, Sirius, blue tooth hook up, etc. Helped us hook up the blue tooth and On Star. We would come to him again for any future cars.

Jumped right on getting my vehicle fixed, helped me a lot

This is the second time in a row that there has been something wrong happen at the service department. The excuse that they had to disconnect the battery caused all of the issues is not factual. Ben (the service manager) is aware of the issues caused, I just want it documented that the service department is not performing maintenance on vehicles at a very high standard. My seats were moved, like someone was laying it back to drive or take a nap in my truck. The radio station was changed and the heat setting was different. The mirrors were adjusted differently! Were they joyriding? I wish that I had checked the mileage before and after when I picked it up. I have done all of my business here for years, but at this time, I am questioning whether I will ever come back. I am very angry, and completely dissatisfied about this service department!!

Due to unfortunate circumstances, we needed to cancel our first purchase and go a different route. Ed Bozarth Chevrolet worked with us to obtain a vehicle that the wife was very excited and happy to own and when the wife is happy, everyone is happy.

Joel and Trenton were top-notch. They were more interested in putting my family in the right truck for us than they were in just making a big sale. I thought we needed a 2500HD to pull our camper but they pointed us in the direction a 1500 with the Max Trailering package. And, there was no high pressure sales job either. None of that if you leave now... garbage. They definitely wanted to sell us a truck, but wanted to make sure it fit our needs.

I booked a 30k service and was surprised when I checked in that it would take 4 hours. I would have appreciated the length of time for the service ahead of time.

This is the second time I’ve brought my car to Ed Bozarth Body Shop to get repaired from car accidents. They never disappoint. Every-time I pick it up the car is beautiful, fixed 100%, washed and cleaned.The staff around here is also incredibly nice everytime.I hope I don’t have to come back for car accident repairs again but if it do this is my place!

My husband and I were traveling home to Wis when my engine little went on. We decided to stay over night in Grand Junction to have the car looked at in the morning. The Chevy dealership worked us in. They were very accommodating and kept us updated on the progress with the car. It was a minor problem and we were on the road by 11 AM. The staff was very nice and I felt comfortable knowing that we could get back home safely.

Tyler in service department did great job, having both warranty work in service department and getting our requested work from body shop completed. Both jobs turned out very satisfactory!
