It is the worst cell service I have ever had. Luke has the worst people skills. I would never purchase another phone in house at cricket youre better off purchasing that phone elsewhere and taking it to cricket to get your number turned off although they say it is standard that if you make a purchase of the phone you are locked into that contract for however long the internet company wants you there read the fine print it is the worst service ever provided by Luke I dont know what her name was but Im grateful that that other person was in the cricket store so that I could not talk to Luke I would never advise you to go there

I have a lot of problems with this phone. Doesnt ring for calls, even though its set to ring, I shut off an app and it turns back on, when I sign in to my account, I cant update my home address because there is no edit option, even though help says there is.Their Spam blocking app is useless. I still get spam calls all day long. It blocks one spam call out of ten. Doesnt even work.

Always have a good experience here. Luke is a very good employee and knows his job.

Ive had Cricket for a long while. I left shortly for another prepaid carrier and am now going back. Evan was great at helping me out. They didnt have the phone I was looking for, but he was sure to get my contact information and make sure I was contacted back. He wasnt working at the store the day I went back, so Dylan helped me get my phone. He was a great source of information and I was in and out quickly. Great customer service all around.

As a former customer service agent for two other cell providers, I feel I can speak with some authority. I also am a ham radio operator (W5MFX) so I know how this stuff works. First the down side...Cricket is not a flagship stand alone with their own towers and network. Everything runs off unused/surplus bandwidth from the AT&T network and system. Sounds like a plus and is. The downside is that internet can get slow at peak times. Just get up and make a sandwich. Upside....First... customer service. The staff know the ins and outs and I stand by as unsolicited help enforcing what they already know. Im redundant. The staff didnt keep their jobs by learning how to ring up a cash register. Most have been there for years. (I know them). The equipment is over the top. Just know what you need and dont get a Caddy when a Toyota will do. The prices are right. If you are in GJ, go see them. 73s W5MFX

The gentleman that helped me was awesome! He had a lot of trouble with getting an app to actually to get the app to actually remove from my phone, it said that it was removing that app but it wouldnt. It was the app itself that was causing the problem. He did getting it removed from my phone, THANK GOODNESS as I am not tech savvy. Lol

Moving over to metro they dont give loyal customers discount on new phones only if you switch from other company.

Storefeont location was quite busy, however staff acknowledged us and said they would be with is as soon as possible. Staff was knowledgeable and what they werent able to readily answer, they were able to find the answer quickly and explain the details satisfactorily. I would recommend them based solely on these facts....

Was affordable which is nice. Having a hard time with a few things and cant get coherent people to help me resolve. So I have just dealt with them since its a 3 hour drive to go back to the store.

I went to Cricket Wireless with a family of 5, needing to change service over, swap 4 of the 5 phones out and sync contacts from old phones to new ones. Tiffany, the manager, was extremely helpful and patient throughout the entire process. All phones are working wonderfully, w/no noticeable change in speed of texting or calls (I got the 5 GB plan per phone)...all for $100 less per month than my old carrier!!! I would highly recommend their services.

I had Sprint and they were dropping the ball by charging too much for the coverage they offer. I switch to Cricket and I am never out of 4G coverage. Not to mention, I am paying $60 less every month for better service than Sprint has offer. The staff is friendly. They dont always get it right the first time as it was with me, but they do everything to make you happy. Will never go back to Sprint.

Terrible I mean awful Customer service. Lets start there the manager Justin very UN helpful rude. And a bad employee trainer.So they sell me a phone that I even told sales lady I needed hot spot. Well guess what folks 3 phones in the in tire store can do hot spot. 3 you kidding and then sell me one that cant and the hot spot service I cant use. I call cricket costumer service. Because I live 100 miles away from store I had no idea about the phone not capable of hot spot. They told me if I came back in a week I could do the exchange.so one is not telling the truth So back here in a week. Manger Justin not even willing to call costumer service. Makes me do it. Anyway Im stuck with a phone paid extra for hot spot I cant use.My advice go some where else never use cricket its a scam.

You cant beat the reception, price for multiple lines, price for phone. I am all about the camera. I love this LG. I left and tried metro PS and came back. I could never go back to Verizon who i have for over 10 years. I cant believe i paid so much.

Love the service Cricket is amazing and works in a lot of places but bought the iPhone 6 Plus the the sales associate that was setting it up skipped over the iOS setup and I had to factory reset the iPhone so I could do a crucial point of the setup

My family and I have been Cricket customers for probably 3 or more years. Our plan was 4 plans of high speed internet (around 15MB DL) and a 5th plan free and it was around $100 a month. However Cricket advertised a new deal that gave unlimited high speed internet to all of us for only $25 more a month. So we switched to that plan, however since weve switched every one of the phones on the new plans have been having internet issues and not having internet around town where we used to have no problems. Not only are we now having spotty Internet issues we have slower capped data (3MB DL). Now i went in and explained that i was having slow internet issues after switching to a new phone and they blamed the device and tried selling me a new phone to try and fix the issue. I dont recommend this company while they are happy to charge you more money for slower internet service and unhelpful customer service.

Horrible service. Got a phone that was garunteed to have service where I work and the customer service rep obviously did not do his job because the location I need was not on their service area plan. They only have one manager for two stores and the employees have no clue what they are doing. Set up a time to meet manager and waited 45 mins and still no service. I would only recommend to my very worst enemy

The best cricket I ever went to.

This store sold a phone and service plan for over $200 to a lady with severe dementia who had wondered off. A few hours after the sale they refused to refund this lady her money. They stated it is a cooperate policy and that they could only give her $30 bucks back for her device. Now this lady is unable to pay for her assisted care facility and will be back on the streets. Guess some stores have no compassion.
