I can always find what I need at this location versus the Glenwood location. More variety and more in stock.

Great selection if you are on a budget. Due to Covid, Ive had to move my Medical Massage practice 3 times in one year. Ross helps me decorate with new themes without breaking the bank yet with a level of quality my high-end clients expect. This Ross is usually well organized and the staff are pleasant. I took one star off for having the bathrooms locked. I was told by other staff I would need to get a key from someone else ...I am guessing someone up front. Really?

Went to the location on the 6 & 50, the store hours on the door for Wednesday, said, 8:30 to 10. I and another person were waiting, a woman, possible manager, unlocked and said the store opened at 9. I pointed out the schedule on the door. Her reply was, Well someone put on wrong.. I looked at the other person waiting, and said, Thats not problem. The other that was waiting said they had to get away from work, to do a return. And walked away. Her reply, If you dont like it, you dont have to shop here. REALLY? I called corporate and filled a complaint. I can understand a mistake, but for her to pull an answer, when businesses are struggling during a this pandemic.

Clean, stocked store. Love hunting for bargains among the quality merchandise.

My wife and daughter love shopping here because they get a lot of really good deals on really nice close and stuff now they even have me hooked

The check out line is ridiculously long!! Almost Everytime I have been in this store there are two registers open and then when someone comes in with an exchange or for a refund they are put in a separate line from everyone already in line and are helped next.The cashiers that work are not always real pleasent.The shelves are not stocked well and items do not change ofter.Tj maxx is a good alternative.

A little thin in the inventory on the floor however the store looked clean and organized this time.They still have a mandatory mask policy.

Good store....just a weird experience buying shoes a few weeks ago. One of the employees for no reason starting glaring at me the rest of the time because I wanted to throw my old shoes away after I bought new ones.

Under stocked !!!! It looks bare!!!! Hardly any toys. I dont see it continuing much longer.

No customer service store a mess and disorganized

Cashier was perfectly fine but other worker that was working the other register, karina, was conversating and being rude while we were waiting in line for a very long time.

Unfortunately the one star rating is what this store deserves. We live in a small town with no shopping so we drive to grand junction for our needs and we visit this Ross every time we come and every time we hope will be better than the last and were always disappointed. The store looks like its going out of business. The shoe racks, purses, bags/backpacks, health and beauty, children, and housewares look like a picked through yard sale. It takes all the joy out of the shopping experience.

We bought some storage baskets that will be perfect for our shelving!

I dont really go to Ross to often, last time I went I heard a costumer say the needed to be more organized and and get more items in stock, other than that it has a good costumer service

Sparse. Limited selection. Kinda sad.

While the selection is good the isles are really cramped and the line was horrendous, it literally wrapped around the entire store.

Back to school shopping has decimated their childrens wear.

I shop there alot. Ive lost a bunch of weight & need new bras finally found the right size. No trying on clothes now, but good return options.

Love Ross but got earings that were marked down and the tag was barely on well they were falling apart and they were arguing me saying they were made that way and that I took the tag off the tag was in same place as when I bought them. What earings are designed to lose stones???? They refunded me I was not leaving till they refunded them!

This Ross is too picked over nothing good!! Didnt buy anything here at the grand junction co ross.

They had so much more they the store in Montrose co it was cool but kinda packed full of people

This is the worst Ross I have ever been to. The lines are always so long that if you find something you want you put it back on the shelf because you don’t want to wait an hour to check out. It’s dirty the employees are rude and they don’t keep product on the shelf. I would rather drive to Denver then go inside.

Love this store! I always find so many clothes I love for awesome prices! The one downfall is every time I ever go when its time to check out the line is soooooooo long and takes what seems like forever! Worth it though. I just make sure Im not in a hurry to get somewhere when I go there.

It look a little empty some of the racks didnt have anything may is because of the virus going on so.. But is clean.. And the cashiers were nice..

WARNING The longest check out times in the entire town. Be prepared to spend 35 minutes or more waiting to check out! I have had to leave the line and my items and not purchase anything because of the horrible wait time. Stop being so cheap and hire some cashiers for once! Ive been to hundreds of Ross stores across the country and this location is as bad or worse then check out times at Ross, Las Vegas BLVD location!

Ugh terrible! Love the clothes! But i can not stand the long line to check out all the time! Every single time i go in the line is 15 people and one cashier. There are other workers right next to the register but yet still wont help. I hate going here now just because of this. Never go any more.

I can always find a good bargain. Have bought a great suitcase there, and really nice namebrand cooking pots. Also picture frames and bedsheets.

My wife loves shopping in this store. We stop by whenever were in Grand Junction. It has really good prices on high quality clothing as well as many other items. The place is always clean and very well organized. And the employees have always been super friendly.

Theyre nice and always helpful

We found good deals and the employees were semi-friendly. I would have given 3 stars but we had a little glitch. We asked if they could hold an item we wanted to buy for my grandson who was shopping with us. We asked them to hold it for a couple hours so he wouldnt see it. They said yes to holding it and put our name on it but said theres no guarantee it wont be put back on the floor. Customer Service is the cornerstone of retail. We were surprised at the lack of willingness to help.

Lines are longer than usual, but all in all I was pleased with my visit.

This location had more selection of things to choose from (Hawaii locations have different winter wear that doesnt prepare us for the weather here). Boots, coats, beanies, and gloves. Very large selection to choose from and reasonable prices.

I been here in Grand Junction for 4 years now and one thing I notice about this store is, THEY DO NOT PUT CUSTOMERS FIRST. Managers walk around the whole time while you have 2 cashiers on if your lucky and the line could be to the shoes area and managers will walk right past instead of putting CUSTOMERS first and helping. I dont think Ive been anywhere like this. Crazy, Id rather drive 2 hours away to get good customer service.

They had a great selection for my 10 and 17 year old grandkids

Good bargain and clearance racks. They put the automotive accessories next to the dressing rooms, merchandising genius.

So you know how this works at Ross. You have to really hunt for something you like but the price is usually worth it. Today there were 5 employees at the front counter yet we managed to wait more than 5 min and we were the only people in line. One girl said they will help you when they are done. They got done then proceeded to ignore everyone and called help up front while they tried to look like they were doing something. The 2 stars were only because I found what I wanted and the price.

Typical discount clothes store. Staff has always been friendly with me. I do wish they would keep more active cashiers up front though, at times the check out lines are a bit long, and can take time to get through. Have patience people!!! Getting pissed at the cashier wont make the lines go faster.

I love Ross!! They dont always have what Im looking for but when they do, the prices are amazing. They always welcome you when you first enter the store too. I like that.

I was pleasantly surprised that it was a nice large store. Very clean and organized. The associated where very friendly and welcoming. The store was stocked to the brim with merchandise. Nice visit.

This place has good prices but the employees don’t like their job and you can tell. Manager is rude as well.

Its a great store and a friendly staff !! The only reason I didnt give them 5 starts is because every time I do go there I have to wait in line for anywhere from 30 to 40 minutes. Guess thats the price you pay shopping for less. 😂

I personally am a big fan of ross. Once you sift through a lot of the less desirable items, there are a lot of great steals here. I always go here first for shoes and pants and things like that, because they are actually well priced. Even the home stuff is better. Larger selections on certain things such as home stuff would be nice, but I cant really complain.

Carts are not allowed outside to take your heavy items or if you just have too much to carry on your own. They do not offer assistance out to your car you are just supposed to leave your purchased items unsupervised sitting by the door until you go get your car and take multiple trips

Its just like their name, you can dress for less. Its not super high quality stuff like you would find at more expensive chain stores but they are good quality and last a good amount of time. Definitely a step up from the dollar store or Walmart clothes ( aint ashamed to say that Walmart has good stuff occasionally though) for roughly the same price.

Isnt the best Ross Ive been to on selection, but for a midsized town like Grand Junction it has what you need. Definitely save some money on underwear and socks here, shirts arent the best but the baby selection is very good!

Not a ton of items as before Covid.

They have a lot of nice clothes & theyre reasonably priced as well as other things.

You never know what youre going to find here. My mother-in-law finds the best stuff here, but Ive never mastered that trick. I guess Ill let her keep doing the shopping for me. ;)

I always spend more than I plan to when I shop here. I always find great deals and cant pass it up. Will continue to shop here.

Its a ross

Low prices are great but the selection leaves something to be desired. Especially in the larger sizes they seemed to be pretty cleared out. Bear in mind it could have been a bad week or something. I will try again in a couple of months.

Found what we needed, nice cashiers.

We went in there on the Saturday before Christmas and walked back to the housewares Department. Where we had to cross a line and realized that was the line for the checkout stand! All the way down the side wall all the way across the back wall more than halfway. We just said no way are we going to stand in line behind a hundred people. You would think on the Saturday before Christmas they would have more check stands open. We wont be back.

Had a great time shopping at the Ross in a nearby town. The clerks were welcoming and very prompt to aid me in my shopping. Didn’t cop anything on this trip, but it was a good one nonetheless.
