Staff were friendly they can do a little better😉, store was well organized and clean, they have a variety of food selection, the food sides werent that fresh, restrooms were super clean, my shower was super clean, truck parking was clean and well lit at night. No complaints from me.🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Very clean truck stop, clean and seem to be well kept restrooms. Showers are clean although not a fan of their showerheads, jets kinda painful. Merchandise in the store are well organized, floor is clean. Well lit parking area for truckers. FREE WiFi is a plus

I generally go out of my way to find Pilot Travel Centers. They are always clean and well stocked. Today I needed to clean my windshield and found that they not only had squeegees but they liquid was not plain water - it was soapy water.

It was a pleasant surprise to find a flying J here. It was clean, modern and a friendly staff. I was able to get fuel, DEF and good parking spot for the night.Was nice to get a hot shower and a lot of choices from dozens of restaurants within 10 minutes drive.They had no problem with me dropping the trailer to go grab some supper.Fully paved lot and good spacing, not too tight like a lot of locations.Definitely will mark this location both in my GPS and on my Google Maps!

Came here during a road trip to shower. Best decision weve ever made. Staff is friendly, showers are pristine -better than the one I have at home. Complimentary towels/wash clothes and soap. We had to wait a little bit, but other than that cant go wrong.

Its the cleanest Pilot that Iv been to lately and Iv been to a few as i travel the country in my van. The whole place is clean and the showers are great with a short wait. The staffs friendly, helpful with questions and there is more food to choose from them most stops. Theres also a lot of places to park.

In an RV we really appreciated the easy access to gas pumps and propane at this store with a big area to turn around and exit.. Also, the fresh, potable water really saved us. Water can be hard to find traveling on the road for weeks.

Customer Service seems lacking sometimes as I have rarely been greeted upon entering or checking out. My most recent experience was not being able to get sale prices on bottled soda without a loyalty card. Was told I had to pay full price unless I had a loyalty card and when I said I did not, I wasnt given the option of signing up for one. I have NEVER had an issue receiving sale prices at Loves because I didnt have a Loyalty Card. They do not require one, neither does TA, Maverik, Kum and Go, etc. Not to mention they ALL have loyalty cards and sale prices that are advertised on shelves and doors that EVERY customer is entitled to pay without question. Pilot needs to rethink their stance on those points and retrain their staff that if a price is dependent on a loyalty card, the manager (who had to void the sale for me) should have been thoroughly trained on the importance of offering me an application for one if the store didnt want to lose a sale because they didnt honor posted prices. Loyalty cards, as a custom, entitle a patron to discount gas, fountain, showers, free refills, etc. Not every day prices on common customer goods such as 20 oz bottled cokes.

No food after 8pm. Even after several drivers asking for fresh food they refuse to cook anything for anybody.

I stopped here one night while traveling to visit family. Night shift crew was absolutely amazing! Emily and Jerry actually took the time to help me find what I needed. We talked for a bit and the coffee was great. I’d also add the bathrooms were very clean. I’ve since visited again heading out of town, and was not that impressed with how I was treated... Not very friendly and rude. Coffee had coffee grinds in it.. because of how I was treated on my way out of town I’d never return to this location again.

Face coverings are not really required. Lol Governor Ron Desantis has dropped the mandate in Florida. Come on now Colorado, please keep up.

I burned my hand making coffee in the truck. I couldnt find any burn cream in the store so my husband asked employee Caroline if they had any cream. She went into her personal first aid kit and gave it to him. He asked her of he owed her anything and she told him no just take care of your wife. She went above and beyond and we really appreciate her and her kindness!

Showers are amazing and powerful! They are also clean and spacious. The attendant that always helped me was very sweet. For only $12 you can shower and feel comfortable while getting hella clean 😌

Good deal on gas when you are looking for a good deal on gas is the cheapest in any town after sams club. So if we see one while we are driving across the country and need gas we will stop here first sometimes they have a indoor store and good deals on coffee

The food was so bad... epic level bad... pizza and meatloaf dinner plate. Never been to a pilot and had such a horrible experience. Thank God the coffee was decent.

Night crew was spectacular... Day manager and maintenance members were extremely rude and disrespectful completely disappointed in the services that were rendered as well as the money my other half and I had spent in this location... Recommend Loves during the day.

We were traveling in our 4-runner and I wanted to take a shower. I wasn’t sure what to expect, but was blown away! Super clean shower room. Everything was immaculate!!! (I’m picky) It would have “Felix Unger” (The Odd Couple) approved. I was also surprised that they supplied a towel, washcloth and bathmat. Wow!

Pilot is one of my Favorite Stops on a trip. Can usually find short lines at the pumps. Short lines at the counter. Friendly staff with quick service. Clean restrooms is definitely a plus on a trip. Worth getting the loyalty card for further savings at the pump. Always look for Pilot for gas first while on a trip. They usually have some of the best prices for gas in the area too. Thank you Pilot!

Clean and responsible

The fountain drinks are good-the machines cleaned regularly. Theyve got a nice variety of hot foods, real foods, including soups, etc. Theyve got a good variety of snacks to choose from, as well as having all the typical truckstop items...electronics, DVDs, gifts, etc. Staff is friendly and the wait in line is short, even when its busy. In addition, its an easy off and back on the interstate (just pay close attention to the signs...the diamond interchange there is a bit tricky if youre not familiar with how they work)

I love pilot stops. Always clean, bright, and well priced gasoline. The people are always friendly, but this stop, the people working were incredibly friendly. Thank you, pilot. I always seek you guys out when Im on the road.

Great quick stop and fill up on the way out of GJ. Also has a good selection of food and snacks. Also had a better selection id healthier foods than most C-stores youll go to. Definitely recommend this place before you head West into Utah or continue East up the I-70 corridor.

Always stop here or Loves when I do a road trip! Both are good for gas and a quick fast meal/snack. I have to say I like Pilot Travel Center better because I use my debit card and Pilot takes the money out right away and Loves takes out 1 dollar and then waits several days to take out the balance I dont like that! Its a lot easier for me to keep track of my expenses if their debited right then! So unless Loves changes the way they take 1 dollar and then wait several days to take the balance of the money out I will just stop doing business with them and go strictly to Pilot Travel Center! So Pilot Travel Center gets 👍👍👍👍👍⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐and my business full time! And no love for Loves!👎😠

I take my business elsewhere, the staff is pathetic, during the day especially when I requested a manager and they said i believe her name was Silvia, not there, coffee had grounds,fountain cups had spills, counters dirty, had to wait seemed about 10 minutes, if all the pilots was like this one in grand junction, Colorado, Im not sure i would have to go through this again...!

This is by far the best Pilot around. Parking is ok, fuel islands are always clean. The employees here really take pride in their store. Showers are always clean. TV room, laundry area, and store in general are clean also. Large selection of items for sale if needed. There is abundant variety in food choices. I have eaten here numerous times and have never been disappointed. Its definitely worth stopping by if in the area.

Gas prices were great, bathrooms and showers clean! Staff were fantastic and friendly! Only thing was soup was dry and overcooking while sitting out. Might be an opportunity for improvement.

A great place to get coffee. They have all different blends and all the accessories to make it just like you want. Lots of snacks and drinks are available, as well as hot food. The restrooms are clean and comfortable, the staff is friendly and helpful. The parking lot and gas pumps are clean and smooth.

Fantastic place to fill up the gas tank and to have a quick meal. The restrooms are ultra clean. The cleanest Ive seen in any gas stations ac ross the US and Canada. This gas station has a dining area with several tables and chairs as well.

Stopped here on long trip. I’m on crutches and struggling and Karen saves the day. Kind and helpful and she carried my purchases to my car. Couldn’t have been better. Fairly priced both store and fuel.

Large scale selection of drinks. Havent eaten but their ready made food looks 100x better than any golden corral restaurant.Never go below half tank crossing/being in Utah. Fill up the tank here.

The lot is big, easy parking. Pumps have a good amount of room. Pilot/FJ Should only allow parking in marked spots. Also, drivers should be limited to 15 minute parking at the pumps. More then 15 minutes and it will cost you additional sales from customers that cannot get to the pumps.

Great place to refuel both for your vehicle and for your belly. The pizza is actually quite tasty! I work at a dealership close by and we get a pizza from there at least once a week. The staff is friendly and well trained on products. The manager, Gregg is an awesome guy that loves his job and it shows. If you are coming through Grand Junction, be sure to stop there and get some really good food and be sure to use the very clean restrooms!

We always stop here on our way to Utah almost every 4 months or so. It serves decent breakfast and the people working there are generally very nice. If your missing anything for a road trip, you can probably find it there, too.

This truck stop is surprisingly well stocked for one its size. The employees have always been friendly every time Ive stopped by. The entire place, including the restrooms, is always spotless and clean. They have a wide selection of food and snacks so you can easily find whatever you happen to be in the mood for. And dont forget the coffee.. always good and always hot.

I tell you what this is one of the best pilots I have been to. Christian and Karen were the two kindest employees I have ever encountered in any pilot. They have given me Great service. I definitely choose this stop as my favorite. Thank you both for an awesome customer service.

One of the cleanest locations Ive been to yet!! Truck parking fills up quite fast so get here as early as possible. Never seen a pilot where you can cash yourself out like Wal-Marts. Seems like a new location. Id definitely recommend this pilot. Parking on the side of the scales is quite tight. Most of the parking is spacious tho. All this location needs is the bean to cup fresh coffee machines. Keep up the great cleanliness for the restrooms!! It was a nice visit.

This place has showers, an RV dump and a nice selection of hot food. I go here all the time. Nice people and tons of other stuff there as well.

My husband and I love pilot/flying j. We stop there first always. Well today, september 1st, we stopped here. It’s a Holliday weekend and we don’t really expect to find a spot. So we go to reserve a spot on the app. All of the spaces in the lot are full, however according to the app, there are 5 of 7 reserved spots available. Not wanting to waste my money I went inside to inquire. I was met with a rude woman behind the counter who accused me of looking at the wrong website. And a kind gentleman who said according to their computer all spots were taken. I showed him on my phone, the pilot flying j app, where it showed 5 available spots. Well I was told there are no spots so we don’t know what to tell you. I will be avoiding this pilot at all cost. Learn some better customer service.

This is one of the cleanest truck stop i have ever been to. The cashiers r very friendly and go out of their way to please the customer...i give it a 10+. This one cashier Caroline is so pleasent she put a smile on my face after running out of gas. Kudos to her.

Clean restrooms and some of the best showers (glass never fogged, hot water, and awesome drainage) good lighting, helpful/cheerful staff. Bonus points for having a larger shower with a wall/partition and being kind enough to give us that one, so my husband and I could stay together.

I just think if youre behind the counter handling cash, eating food while working. I think it would be appropriate when you walk from handling cash or touching your face you need to wash your hands or use plastic gloves when working with the hot food it matters foid safety if your holding a to go cup by the edges while stuffing food into it. You just touch the outer rim with the same hands that handled cash. The lady thought it was funny when I questioned her about this.

It was a great place to reset my 34 hr clock. Convenient access to the interstate. Well maintained.

Manager refuses to help put money on customer pilot card to do laundry, apparently according to her its not worth it to do laundry to have clean clothes to wear after a shower.

Pilot Truck Stops are usually very clean with friendly staff, this one is no exception. The fuel prices are generally the lowest near the freeway. Frequently a bit crowded, thats just a testament to how great they are!

Lots of space, separate pumps for RVs as well as trucks. Easy in and out, decent food choices inside (including wraps and salads).

Clean big bathrooms, good gas prices but I was driving from LA and Las Vegas so what do I know, but they do have a version of fast orange hand cleaner available in the bathroom

Get there travelers card save 3 cents a gallon. Only set back is these truck stops keep out $50 to $100 when you use a credit card for gas. Otherwise great one Stop store for all things travel.

Nice and clean but every time I want just an unsweet tea it is always out! Hot summer days. Staff tried to change out unsweet took 15 minutes and still was just pouring out water. Not happy.Staff was friendly though that was very nice. Clean store.

Very clean facility.warning to truck drivers its a small lot people parking where ever they choose blocking driveways and entrance to scale, and some sort of warning chime on the registers going off constantly. prices are decent but could be alot better.

For some reason, Google maps have this Pilot Travel Center located in the wrong area. I hope no truckers are inconvenienced by this huge mix up. I had to call to get directions and a nice lady directed me to it. Its on the same street, just 4 miles west.

Were travelling in 40 ft motorhome with toad. It was great to find a designated area for us to pump fuel. Easy in and easy out. No sharp turns to get into automobile pumps.Well remember this next time traveling thru Grand Junction.

As far as Piolets go this one is always super clean when I drive through. The only reason I don’t give it more stars is because the parking is very limited and not too many fuel islands for truckers. Decent amount of food selection if you don’t have dietary issues. Not a lot of choices for vegans and vegetarians. Bathrooms are always clean and staff is always friendly. They have a nice tv room for drivers in the back that is not dirty or uncomfortable.
