Obviously the cookies are amazing! We regularly split the cookies, unless its one we really want to try and then we each get one. They are over the top good, soft and perfectly baked. I like that they always have the chocolate chip and sugar cookies and then give us four new things to try. They are very rich, so should be enjoyed for special occasions or celebrations, otherwise, youll end up huge! You can order one cookie by itself or four or a dozen. I use the app now so that I get crumbs and can then use those in the future, who doesnt like rewards programs? I tried curbside and that was ok, but they didnt have the ice cream that we ordered and we got one cookie as a substitute... that didnt seem right to me. :-( The app should reflect the true inventory of the store. There were only two kinds left (lemon and something we didnt like). Otherwise, amazing cookies, friendly staff and always fun to try new flavors!

I’m obsessed with these amazing cookies! I love how they switch out the flavors! They are my favorite treat for myself and I think they are great gifts for people who like sweets. I also love that they deliver ❤️

Great cookies as always.For March 2021, the flavor special was carrot cake. Did not disappoint! Wonderfully Fluffy cream cheese icing on a delicious cookie with pecans sprinkled on top.Note that some cookies are served warm (carrot cake and oatmeal), whereas the sugar cookie is served chilled. Great to see the attention to temperature as well as to the presentation.The wait can be a bit long, so order in advance and prepare to wait because some cookies have to be prepped on the spot. Meaning, they have to warm the cookie and then ice it so it is as fresh as possible. Time consuming, and little bit expensive per cookie, but worth it. Due to our waiting, they gave us two extra chocolate chip cookies! Great service! Definitely worth a try!

These cookies—wow! I hate making sugar cookies from scratch and I think they’re tricky to get just right but this place has them perfected. I don’t know why, but their mini ones are the best! Also so many of their other flavors are amazing! Still dreaming off the sea salt toffee cookie 😍😍😍. These cookies are a bit of a splurge but worth it for a special treat.

The cookies are AMAZING most of the time. We love Crumbl, today could have been a better experience and that is why I am giving you 4 stars instead of 5. I did an order online, got to the store and went in and waited around 15 minutes for my order. What was frustrating was I was watching people come in and order right there and walk out with their cookies. It wasnt until everyone else was gone that someone asked me what I was there for. All of the cookies were amazing except the pumpkin one. The middle was super gooey. Other then that we love the cookies!

Never been. Always drive by. Man and I had cravings for cookies so we went. Got the 4 pack. 2 chocolate chip 1 reeses and 1 sugar. Presentation was nice, box was cute, flavors good. My man got horrible sick with body shakes and aches, following by over heating and diarrhea. Dont know if cookies were under cooked or what but we will probably not return.

Everyone is always so welcoming when you walk in. Super clean and easy to order! The cookies are AMAZING! When I got the waffle and cornbread cookies, they were super careful not to let the syrup run all over the box and touch the other cookies. I appreciated that!

I have quite a few reasons to give 2 stars. I am only writing this review in hopes that the owner will be able to improve the quality for future customers. First let me start with the positive things.. The store was clean and service was fast, that was the reason for 2 stars. The unfortunate things, the staff was not friendly and interactive. Id never been to crumble before but I was having a pretty big birthday, I was turning 40, so I ordered your largest box with at least 1 of each cookie and then obviously several more. These were for a party and the only dessert I thought I needed due to them being so big. I was very wrong. Every one of the cookies was incredibly dry. Very very very ( I cannot stress this enough) dry. I threw out 8 cookies. So dissatisfied and disappointed, especially for the price. And lastly, this one got me.. I placed my order then another person came in after they already started putting my order together and ordered. They ordered 2 of the cookies I ordered (brownie) and I heard them tell this 2nd customer, theres only 1 left. Not moments later they employee came to me to tell me they couldnt fill my Brownie order because they were out and I have to pick something else. Just very disappointed in the whole experience.

Delicious! They have perfected the chocolate chip cookie! They’re even served warm! My favorite one they have is the waffle one! It’s insanely good!

The home of decadent, rich, fat cookies. Not a fan of super-super sweet, and some of the offerings made me wince from sweetness, but I am probably the exception. With that said, the hazelnut churro cookie was the heavenly stand out for me on this day that it was featured. Good service at this location. Elegant packaging. This place for me is a fun novelty to enjoy on special occasions, and when calories dont count. 🤣 Cookie fans, rejoice.

Interesting selection. First tried Crumbl back in Boulder, and was amazed by it. If you have never tried them before, the cookies are HUGE and frankly count as a meal in their own right! The service is fast and active, friendly, and open. The atmosphere is cosmopolitan and modern, like the one I went to in Boulder, so if you dont like modern pop fad culture, you wont like it. But, you will miss out!Sadly, didnt get the selection I wanted, since it seems that every location has a slightly different menu. Great taste all around no less!

Interesting place. I had the strawberry cookie, very delicious. It was sweet but not so sweet that you felt sick or would get a sugar rush. It was bigger than I thought, despite the presentation on one of the counters of what flavors they offered. You order on one of their (four, I believe) touch screens, pay and then wait for them to warm up and box the cookies. They also offer ice cream and beverages. No seating available though, inside or out.

I was so excited to try this place after seeing it all over the internet! I love the chocolate chip, however it seems like the cookies tend to be over bakes and anytime Ive gone there the employees act like its a problem that I walked in.No greeting, no thank you, no smiles... Crumbl get some nicer people in there!! Such a good business, its sad that theres such grumpy people.

I might be addicted. I regularly buy cookies weekly. Im just glad I have friends I can share them with. I have started gifting cookies for all occasions, because they are better than flowers, you cant eat flowers.

The service is basically non-existent. It was my first time there and no one greeted us or told us that it is self-service. We easily figured it out but I couldnt believe they had the nerve to ask for a tip. Walking into the place felt like walking into a doctors office. The women who worked there were nice enough but overall it was not a welcoming experience. The cookies are good, but not really worth the price and the listed calories per cookie are misleading.

I know Im in the minority, but this place is good, not great. Maybe overlarge cookies with overthick frosting isnt my sweet spot (pun intended). Dont get me wrong, the cookies taste good. I just dont consider walking through the front door as entering heaven itself. I go into sugar shock just thinking about that pink box.

I love the cookies. Theyre creative and delicious. However, the Grand Junction location regularly fails to order enough ingredients to make sure they can offer the cookies all week. Four of the last five weeks, the store is out of one of the cookies by the middle of the day Saturday.If they can order more ingredients, or order some to supplement the ones they use the most of half way through each week, Id be happy to rate five stars.

I have ordered cookies from here probably 10 times. This last time will keep me from ever ordering again.I ordered online and it was set to Grand Junction, somehow apparently it went to somewhere other than Grand Junction. I sat in the parking lot for half an hour before I called to be like OK are you gonna bring them out… Somebody comes out takes information we realize when I check my bank account what happened. I show the girl working there how my phone has it automatically set to Grand Junction. I go to do a new order And it’s set to Grand Junction. I double checked that it was set to Grand Junction. She comes back out doesn’t offer to get me the order or do anything else other than tell me they can’t do anything for me. I can go call the store that it got sent to to cancel my order.So now I have waited in a parking lot for 45 minutes didn’t get my order and have to deal with fixing this myself despite that it was not my fault. This is beyond lame. Not to mention she told me their website was having issues all day doing weird things. It’s crazy to me that they will screw up let their customer wait that long and still be kind about it and then not offered to do anything or help in anyway, not even fulfilling the original order now.They literally could’ve offered to get me the cookies have me pay again and I would’ve been happy to deal with canceling the wrong one on my own… Literally I would’ve been happy to pay again to get the cookies I waited for 45 minutes for an proved I paid for.

Our neighbor delivered us some cookies while my daughter was in the hospital in SLC. I had heard good things but never tried CRUMBL. The cookies were AMAZING! We bought more for the next two days before having to head back home. The Cottonwood Heights store was so clean & inviting! The employees were so helpful & very kind, professional & happy. Is was a fun experience each time we went.

My boss bought my family a dozen for Christmas, the delivery guy was cool. However, I had to take pictures and ask her what each cookie was. My favorite oddly enough was an egg nog and a ginger bread (I had both of these and didnt share). My husband enjoyed the peanut butter he said it was really rich in flavor and my son liked a dark chocolate, mint flavored cookie.If I had to give advice, Id say put a description of the cookies on the interior of the lid and also on your web site. And also put your seasonal line up.Thank you

Cookies are delicious as always, but $3.50 for a cookie is a bit much to swallow. It’s basically only good as a gift to somebody who hasn’t ever had one before. The staff here is hit or miss. Sometimes they’re kind and attentive, the rest of the time they have an “obligated to serve you” mentality. Not bad, but not my favorite.
