Called them twice trying to speak to someone, no response. Should have tipped me off. Stood in line for 25 minutes trying to just print a 100 page document. Paid and waited another 20 minutes only for the associate to tell me it will take about 3 hours, and no, they can not put you ahead of whatever queue they have going. Will never come here again. I would choose zero stars if i could.

We had Alyssa helping us today. She was having computer issues and was going out of her way to help another customer. She kept reassuring that she’d be with me as soon as possible! She was so kind and so thoughtful! She made our experience phenomenal.We were in Grand Junction, CO

Was going to go in here and spend a good amount of money but when I was looking online it said “masks required”. READ THE PACKAGING ON YOUR PRECIOUS MASKS. They do NOTHING! This is getting ridiculous. Pretty soon you are going to have no customers, but keep pushing that ****, won’t be my problem.

We came in looking for transparency sheets for a school project and found that we had to buy them in quantities of 40-50 for around $40. We spoke with Nate and he hooked us up for much less and without us having to waste most of box of 40+! Thanks Nate!!!

Absolute worst experience in my life. The computer register was out on 3 out of 4 checkouts. Manager Cheyenne did nothing to assist her employees. When I asked where the manager was, she stayed in the back ground several feet away doing nothing to address my concerns until I was paying for my items and then proceeded to tell me not to argue with her employees and told me she wished I wouldn’t come to her store again. File a complaint with corporate office.. I can’t believe a corporation of this size wants their brand represented in this fashion. I will definitely be spending my money elsewhere!!

Grand Junction store does not display laptops, only pictures of them. This led to my purchasing and then returning a laptop that was not at all the same as the picture. The sales tech did not take it out of the box to show it to me and apparently didnt know that it was different from the picture. Very unsatisfactory. Caused me a ton of inconvenience. Not happy. Also, very hard to get through to Tech on the phone. Interminable holds, Press 3 for Tech doesnt work; whoever answers then needs to transfer caller to Tech.

The customer service here is fantastic, every time I walk in the employees are eager to help without being aggressive. Kim was especially helpful as she advised me on the different products I was looking at! Thank you for being by a reliable store :)

The costumer service is trash unless maybe you are the right color and socioeconomic status. My husband and I have tried to give this place a shot many times but clrearly we are not the right group in order to get treated as human beings. This last time we went to purchase a chair no one even bother to ask us if we needed any help. All the associates seem to be too busy looking busy because, you can clearly see they all just stand around. Once the chair was purchased we also paid for it to be assembled the lady Sherry was anything but friendly and told us that we would need to come back tomorrow. However, a couple hours later we get a call to come pick up our chair. When we arrive a strange man who is a costumer is sitting on our chair and Sherry, Dan ( the manager) and other employees just let this go on. I just paid $300 for this chair and I did not consent to have anyone sit in it. When my husband address this Sherry just blankly stares at him. Once we go back in the store manager Dan is nothing but arrogant and condescending. He goes on to tell me that people come in all the time and open their stuff and that there was nothing they could have done to prevent this. First of all Dan you should not be on a manager position at all. Arguing with a costumer is very bad practice, second it is COVID19 times who are you to expose me to other strangers when I did not give permission to that nor is that in any signed paper from me or my husband. Third you could have put a sign that said please do not touch this is not a display or asked the gentlemen to please not sit on the chair. However, you and Sherry are too concerned about looking busy and being awful employees to do so. You then tell me go ahead and go to corporate and I will as well but want to warn the rest of the community of the awful costumer service in case they dont fall in to you category of who deserves respect.

Extremely rude and unprofessional customer service. I ordered some business cards and they were printed with a white mark through my black logo like they didn’t have full ink in the printer, when I tried to talk to the print manager Kim, she was extremely rude and was not willing to help me get my cards fixed. Will never go back here.

I bought a printer last year that worked fine the first couple of times I used it and then it stopped connecting to my computer. I took it back in, they gave me another one, used it a couple of times and it stopped connecting to my computer. I called today and got a no nothing tech who hung up the phone on me. Talked to a manger with a surly attitude who hung up on me twice. A horrible store selling defective Chinese junk that they wont follow up on.

Great customer service at the Grand Junction location. The employees are very friendly, I was helped quickly shown exactly where the product I needed was and checked out fast. Highly recommend this store

I can not say enough good things about Kim and the entire print department at this Office Depot! They are so kind and gracious even when the line is long and people are making tough requests. Everything is done quickly and correctly. We get all of our company printing done here and are so grateful for them!

Steve and Trevor who work in the print Department were extremely helpful. They were quick and knew what I needed. That was real customer service. A+ gentlemen!

Their online vs. in store pricing, coupons, and rebates are not designed to be customer friendly. Their in store price for Canon printer ink multipack was $4 more than the online price. The manager said they would price match, but I had to know the online price and ask for it. I also had a 15% coupon that they had mailed me. When they applied that discount, it erased the $4 price match. The woman ahead of me bought HP ink and got a free notepad. When I asked the cashier about it, he said it was only for HP ink buyers. Earlier this summer, I recycled a bunch of ink cartridges to get their $1 rebate for each cartridge. It was only good on the next purchase, so I asked for it this time. Sorry, that offer is only good for 60 days. All in all, a very disappointing and confusing experience. While I was trying to make this simple purchase, the line behind me grew to about eight very irritated customers (1 cashier). OFFICE DEPOT, make it easier for us to shop and get good prices without all this messing around.

Dont bring your computer here for anything Tech related. Simple things like Data transfers cost 70 dollars and you have to supply your own Hard Drive. (Which can cost you 20-30 dollars more) That is 70-100 dollars for something you could easily do yourself. The current tech manager here has zero experience when it comes to technology. If you do purchase a computer from here, expect them to hassle you with countless add ons.

Over priced on almost every thing. Staff that while helpful, where slow and could have just pointed me to what I needed. Everything just seemed old or outdated. I would have gotten the things I needed shipped next day for half the price if I didnt need it to be shipped across the world when I was done with it the same day. I expect these types of stores to be next to close across the country like K-Mart as they are doing gimmicky coupons just to try to get people to come in.

The print and production department here is a joke. They change “policy” almost daily and you never know what your going to get or how it will turn out. 4 months ago I loved this place but whatever changed is complete garbage and I will never do my printing here again. If I could give a smaller star rating I would.

Service is usually good here. Today is an exception as I had a presentation scheduled today and had to cancel.Yesterday I was promised my presentaion to be completed and ready for pick up at 10 AM this morning, when I arrived to pick up it was sitting near the counter and had not been touched. I look incompetent not having my promised materials for my clients.

I went in Wednesday and printed out some résumes, McKenna is super thoughtful and a wonderful employee!

First, I would like to thank Nutasha, Store manager for staffing such warm and kind people. I am at your store at least once a week! KIM, copy center supervisor went above and beyond for me the other day as I print several copies a week of a certain flat sheet of which is yellow due to how it was designed and was costing me WAY more money than I needed to spend. She took the time to recreate the document (about 2 minutes) and printed the sheet on canary yellow paper vs. printing the sheet with yellow ink.All of this to say that she was and is an absolute amazing addition to your team and I am so grateful for her vision and willingness to go above her duties to help a loyal customer. Had many bad experiences and a few good. They are working to make things better but quality detailed printing isnt there best. Every job has had issues. Typically poor cutting jobs or wrong sizes.

Sherry did a wonderful showing me and helping me buy computer stuff. Saved me alot of time. Very pleasant experience.

Unfortunately most of the time when I place print orders online...it takes forever for it to be ready. I frequently will be notified my order is ready...only to have it not ready, or have whoever printed it not pay attention at all to what kind of paper, if it should be color or black and white, single side or double sided, etc. They are very good about fixing things but it sure would be nice if it could just be right the first time...it would save them money and me time!

There was this one worker named Nielson, I think he might work there still?! He helped me find some staplers. I bought 230 staplers. He also made me feel as if I was his brother🤗

Today was Black Friday and I received some of the best costumer service that I have gotten in a very long time. The mans name that helped me was Chris. He was knowledgeable and went out of his way to hel pme with all of my needs plus gave me some additional information that was perfect for my needs. I also had some printing needs and every person that assisted me from the moment that I walked into the store were absolutely incredible. The customer service alone will have me going back! (I also got some incredible deals!)

As a former employee and current customer, I always find the employees super helpful and friendly. When I see employees help customers it makes me want to come back even if I didn’t know them beforehand.

For a first time Experience it was very poor.I put an order in for 100 business cards and 40 postcards, with reasonable prices, when I showed up the next day the order was incomplete, no business cards were printed and the post cards were cropped and Missing information. I Canceled the Order!!I will definitely take my chances next time with an online business rather the local shops!

Found what we needed. Not the cheapest, but sometimes you have to touch and feel something before you buy it, or need it the same day. The employees were friendly and helpful.

I went today to Office Depot in Grand Junction for a bunch of supplies for my office, among them blank memo & scratch pads. I couldnt find them anywhere (not with the pads) and since there wasnt any assistance available at the basically empty store, I went to the register for assistance. A young man at the register told me that Office Depot doest have or carry blank memo and scratch pads. I paid for what I already had in my cart and left the store. Whats the point of going to the physical store where staff is unhelpful and incompetent? Seriously, no memo/scratch pads?! Hopefully this was the last time I have ever went to Office Depot. From now on we will start ordering all office supplies online and not from Office Depot. I am sure that we could not possibly get any less service online than we have at the Office Depot.

Horrible experience! Charged outrageous price for my dads memorial program. Plus I had to sort and staple it myself at home....after I told them how I wanted it I was ignored. I cant believe how poor the customer service was here today. I have never had a problem before. I will make sure everyone I know hears about my awful experience today.

As of Friday, April 21, 2017, I have spent over $1,300.00 in supplies and copying in the past 3 weeks for legal documentation. Prior to Friday, the work performed by Office Depot employees was generally very good. With the exception of observing some managers and other employees disengaged from the work process of assisting customers, the overall product was good. However, on Friday, April 21, 2017, I had a large order of over 1,300 copies of legal documents to be made. Upon returning home, I discovered that these were not hole punched per my request. So, I brought them back to Office Depot. Two hours later I retrieved the copies. Upon returning home, I discovered they were out of sequence and skewed so that the exhibit and page numbers on many of the documents were not readable. So, I had to go through each page, one by one and handwrite the page numbers and exhibit numbers on many of these legal documents. Aside from the fact that Office Depot misleads customers with their alleged Cash Back program ( I earned a whopping $2.35 for my purchases), I find as a whole their business practices to be substandard.

Natasha was so rude. Came in on multiple occasions including today to talk to somebody about getting graduation memos printed and had to deal with this girls awful attitude. The way she speaks to customers AND coworkers is an awful reflection of the company. Very snarky and rude for no reason!!! Will not be back because of NATASHA.
