Your chief installer was so helpful with advice on two issues, ( a pipe that we ended up cutting; and a very crooked kitchen wall that required a lot of caulking.) That fellow was so kind and patient and knowledgeable. Just got our new QUARTZ countertops installed. They did an out standing job, the tops are beautiful. Have nothing but good to say about Bill and his install team. The price was less than we were expecting and the quality top rate. The install crew were on time very polite and left their work area neat and clean when they left. Most professional, knowledgeable and affordable countertops in the Grand Valley. Period. They are precise. If they see problems with drawing or plans they will reach out to clarify and if need be make corrections with you which leads to faster installation. All pros. Co cons.

We came into Best Tops for a quote and help choosing our countertops, first she advised me we should go to Southerlands as they were in the middle of a remodel, right there I should have left. But given her the benefit of a doubt I chose to stay and see if I could find what I was looking for. With absolutely no help or input from Maria. She was rude and short with us and we left disappointed. Went to her competitor in Clifton where we were greeted with a warm hello and extreme help from Mitch! I would never step foot into Best Tops again. Plus their price was a lot higher.
