We needed a couple of fans because some family was coming into town and July can be very warm. As soon as we walked in the door we were greeted, and when we asked about fans someone immediately came to show us where they were. Their selection was pretty low however we were able to find exactly what we wanted. Next time we know to purchase our fans earlier in the spring. The young man who assisted us was polite and friendly. They were out of the larger fan we wanted and he did not hesitate to check out the display fan assurance it was in good condition and carry it to the front. When we checked out we were greeted again by a very friendly person. This store has one of the nicest staff members of any place in town.

So I love going to big lots but when I decided to go to another store and get my items because they really did not have exactly what I wanted they treated me and my friend who by the way spent 100.00 there like we had stolen something from there!! So my advice would be dont go there and change your mind you might end up being harassed!!😠😡😤👿

Shelves are often jumbled up and dug thru. Prices are pretty similar to Walmart. But they have so much pet stuff including the most dog clothes Ive seen in one place.

Not the store it used to be, I noticed the prices have gone up dramatically and they double charge on items, and you cant see the screen so you dont know untill you get home, also watch out for the sale bait and switch.

I had great service from a young fella that moved to Grand Junction Co. From Florida. He helped me pick out some glass jars that I needed and was happy to help. Id go back without thinking twice about it.

They no longer can use the hand baskets due to the covid so one of the employees helped me to be able to shop. I am bisabled and must use a walker to get around so I no longer can push the cart! He went out of his way to make sure that I was able to get everything I needed and then walked out with me also!!!

We like to shop here for spices and good products. The store is always clean and well lit. The employees are very knowledgeable about the products. They have some good deals. And your family will like taking a look at the Halloween spirit in the store. Fun for the hole family.

What a great store. We enjoy a beautiful canopy that we purchase there and a fire pit. It has become the focal point of our backyard. The staff was willing to stay late for us to come back and load it.

One of the employees had been using my email for 4 plus years to use my rewards. BOO on that person and the lack of initiative by 99% of their staff to figure out why I wasnt receiving rewards.

They have a lot of stuff at decent prices, and I have a lot of stuff that I think is overpriced. All in all its a decent place to go shop if youre in the area. I particularly went there for phone accessories like earbuds, headphones, phone chargers, and things like that. I will say they have a great selection and amazing prices on that stuff. The staff is also friendly, which makes it a pleasant place to shop.

Their restroom stalls dont lock, and the storage closet doesnt close well... Or at all really so if you have curious kids who are independent in using restrooms... Better hope they dont get into the supply closet i guess.

Got an awesome bed out of this visit. However I did all the leg work on my own. Not the employees fault. There was no one there. Retail problems it seems. Good prices and the cashier was friendly. Especially to the children which made their day.

I’ve been to other Big Lots locations and this one is not good. The store is disorganized and it’s hard to find anything. The selection is ok but the prices were not very competitive. There are no cart returns in the parking lot which makes shopping with kids nearly impossible as they don’t want you taking the cart to your car (although I saw someone go across the street with one (stealing) when I was driving away.) I won’t be back, I’d rather shop next door at dollar tree.
