I had been putting off new windows for four years after moving into a new house. But after shopping around I was really impressed with their prompt service and free estimate. The sales team was really friendly and professional. The install team was very polite and professional. They worked very quickly and cleanly. They restored all of the trim and siding and did a great job finishing the windows and the calking was seamless!The price was so good I was nervous about the quality of the windows but after some research I was pretty hooked on the Cascade windows they installed. The same night they finished the install my house was so quiet and the furnace only came on about 25% as often as it usually runs. So excited to see my new electrical bill. The windows are beautiful and make the interior pop and are so much more visible then the 1953 single pain, wood framed windows I had before.I would highly recommend Bratton Window and Doors and already have friends coming over to check out the new windows so they can upgrade too.

Have used Bratton for years. Had a sliding glass door that needed a new handle. Bratton sent a tech, fixed handle. Sliding screen doors needed new rollers. Servixe tech was supposed to order, did not. Called a month lTer, texh fuy tood our screen. Not opposed to oaying for the rollers, we are opposed to paying for aanother service call wheb it eas their wrror. Wont use Bratton again.

We bought our house in 2017, and Bratton was one of the first calls we made to replace a severely damaged sliding door! (*The new one is still perfect: 3 years later!!!) This year, we had another bigger project: all of our window screens had holes, missing tabs, or were bent/broken, so we called Bratton for replacements, and they were stellar to work thru that project, too! Terrific team of folks at Bratton, and we both appreciate, and highly recommend them!!!

Zach and John from Bratton Window and Door did a great job resetting several doors and installing a deadbolt at our house in May of 2020. They were very professional and thorough.

Do not go here - their work is not professional. I hate writing bad reviews but I came here to replace several of my Pella Window screens. I was assured that they could make new ones that were better quality than my old ones. The new ones they made were terrible quality(basically falling apart) and bowed at the sides. I was told that it is normal for window screens to have large gaps on the sides and all screens were like this. It was insulting. They also destroyed my old screens that they had me leave to measure because they couldnt figure out how to order casement window clips. They sell the clips on Amazon. I found them with a quick search. If i knew they were going to destroy my perfectly functional screens I would have ordered them the clips.They assured me they could order me new Pella ones and made me wait months. They never did order the Pella ones and came back to my house with another terrible quality screen telling me once again large gaps on screens are normal. The screens I brought in to be replaced did not bow or have gaps like what they presented to me. I have not been contacted for any resolution. I will have waste time and money because I trusted their work. Edited - they refunded me what I paid for the screens. I still cannot recommend.

Edit: The owner called me and we discussed the situation, she was very professional on the phone and offered to provide us a quote for the whole system and come back out and make sure we get what we wanted. I thought that was a great gesture to give us a call and discuss it. All in all the product is a good product, just felt communication was lacking on the initial sales process.Old Review: Disappointed in what we got today. First off, they told us it would take 2-3 weeks for the sliding glass door and it took closer to 7 weeks. Next we thought we were getting a whole new door, but turns out it was just the glass piece, and just that, not even a frame, just the glass. I feel jipped on what we got for the money we spent.They were vague in their description on the quote, we thought that by 1 insert meant 1 unit, not 1 piece of glass, we thought 1 unit because when he came out to quote it, he asked if we wanted a screen door too and we said no on the screen door. They used the old existing door frame, instead of providing a new one, so now we need to go find a new locking mechanism. Their communication is absolutely horrible. The only thing saving this from a single star is the guy that did the installation was nice, and very professional.

I would have chosen zero stars but the minimum number for this review is one star. We ordered Milgard windows and Bratton installed them. The windows are good but the installation work was exceptionally poor (air leaks AROUND the windows). Bratton personnel have come back a few times to remedy the situation but we still have air leaks. I will NEVER use Bratton for window or door needs in the future and will tell anyone who asks that they should use any other company to install their windows.

Through my job as a handyman Ive been into Bratton many times. Usually looking for some random window or door parts that I had been unable to find anywhere else. Every time Ive been in, the service I received has been amazing. They go out of their way to help out. Highly recommended!!

I called on a Monday to have someone come out and give an estimate on window screens. They said someone would be out between 2:00 and 3:00 PM on Tuesday. No one ever showed up or called to let me know why. I called again on Thursday and was told that the estimator called me at 2:10 on Tuesday. I was home all day and no one ever called. My phone shows all calls ...missed and incoming ones. I would never recommend or do business with them.

I was looking for a part for the shower. He ordered the part. He also gave me a temporary. Great place to deal with!
