Wow, going out of business sale yet when I told them I was there to spend $$, they wouldnt let me in the room with the expensive classical guitars. I might have bought several, like 3 or 4 of the them and a banjo and an amp and.....I guess we know why they are going out of business... They dont want to be.
A shame they are going out of business. Great buys! I just got 70% off on a great drum!
Sorry to hear your closing your doors. Congratulations on your retirement and Enjoy!!
Horrible assistance, The guy was rude and creepy the entire time I was in the store. And then when we left he walked outside and took pictures of our car when we drove away🙄🙄
Great place, hate to see it go
No communication between customers and staff/owners. Dishonest, they don’t seem to care too much about their customers and care more about money than actually having good customer service. The owner, John, very rude.
Took in a mandolin for some basic repairs. Was told the charge was a flat $65 per hour, by a repair person who was not even a luthier! I should have walked right then and there, but I figured what the hell, let them take a look at it, get a diagnosis anyway. Was told by the employee who checked me out that I would get a call in a few days, with an estimate, and I could decide to go ahead with the repairs if I wanted. Well, fast forward one week, and I still hadnt heard a word from them. So I head over, to collect my mandolin, take it somewhere else. The person I talked to at the desk said he was the repairman, and it was already fixed, and that would be $65, for a slight bridge adjustment, and pressing down a few loose frets. He was apologetic after I explained, but did not cut me any kind of deal for the miscommunication on their part. I paid, I feel like he did the work he should be paid for it. But I just wanted to send this review out as a cautionary tale, so that others can avoid this place and their questionable business practices.
Awesome customer service
They unethically over sold me on several instruments. I paid a grand for a $600 trumpet when I was in middle school, when I didnt know better. Same thing with other horns.
This horrible owner creeped up on a friend and I who are homeless, started taking pictures, was beyond rude, immediately called police, and all we were doing at 9 pm was sharing a corner of the closed shop. What is wrong.with humanity????
Knowledgeable & helpful staff and good inventory.
