Had my motor and it works great

These guys refused to accept responsibility for their part in a mix-up, costing us, the customer $660.When a motor we ordered never came in, and we urgently needed it, we found another one, forgetting to cancel with these guys (the motor was required for a big issue that occupied much of our time).However, these guys (Brad) told us that the motor would be to us in a week or less. It finally showed up a whole month later with never a call letting us know it was back-ordered.In my mind, we both screwed up and it would be fair to split the cost of the restocking fee. However, Brad and his boss Mike, feel that the customer is not important and are OK risking losing business to insist that I pay the entire restocking fee.I rarely write reviews like this and, for that, I am thankful. We will not ever order from EmTech again nor will I recommend this to anyone else we work with.
