Friendly Staff. All Staff have Beautiful attitude in this work place.

I was very pleased with the staff who got my order completed before the expected time. All my products came out exactly as discussed at time of ordering. The communication was excellent between the store and myself. I am so excited to have found them and cant wait to do more business in the future with them.

Hole in the Wall are extremely warm, friendly and went out of their way to do a doggie shirt for a coworker who is expecting her first child. They knew I needed it for a baby shower and they had it ready. I highly recommend them.

Great shop to deal with. I have had many items personalized for a local baseball organization, they are always there to help get the best price possible and provide great service. Only spot to go to in town for embroidery.

I would give it less than one star If i could. I was very clear on how and what we wanted embroiled. I saw them write it down very clearly. Once I received my product it was not what we wanted and were over charged for something we did not ask. Causing 600+ dollars in ruined jackets. When asked what happened they did not offer a way to resolve or refund. Instead they added notes on the order that where not there and claimed to be correct. Everyone makes mistakes and it is ok but things need to get resolved and delt with in a professional manner. Witch was far from the case.

We went there looking to get shirts and hats made for my wifes cleaning business. There were other customers being helped. Another employee showed up and just ignored us. When other customers walked in she right away asked them if they needed help. Its wasnt until there were no customers left they finally ask us what we needed. Honestly it seemed as if they just wanted us to leave. We tried asking about shirts she said they were very busy and they wouldnt be ready tell the end of January. Which would be fine. I didnt understand if they were that busy why no one was in the back working. Im really not someone who worries about race. But the only reason I can see why they treated us the way they did is because we are Hispanic or maybe because of my tattoos. One thing I know for sure is Ill never go back there!!!!!!

Great ladies, awesome service. Had some personal and professional embroidery done and they both turned out fantastic.

Regarding to James lujans review which I hope he reads this. Im not able to reply to his message. I’m the embroidery person here at the shop and we were short handed today. My boss was helping a customer up front while I was on the phone with a customer which is why our machines had not been running. The lady that came in to help you, she walked in from being at the hospital from an emergency she had regarding her sick father, she wasn’t aware of who was next in line to be helped. It was nothing to do with you being Hispanic or having tattoos. We deeply apologize. We are very busy due to the Christmas holidays. We are more than happy to assist you with your printing needs which we could finish 2nd week of January

Came in on a Friday to get shirts printed and a hat embroidered and they had the proofs the same day and everything ready for pick up by wednesday. Everything looks great and customer service was awesome. Definatley recommend them!

These folks are great to work with, have the best equipment and skill for embroidery and are getting very good at screen printing. I highly recommend their work.
