Wow what a great game store. This place has everything a casual or serious gamer could need! From D&D minis and book, board games galore, and a huge selection of Magic the gathering cards. Not to mention the friendly and super knowledgeable staff. Id highly recommend this store for anyone who needs to pick up something game related.

Dungeons and Dragons, Catan, Rubiks Cubes, Magic the Gathering and more. Geeks, nerds, table top players, polyhedron lovers this is your store. Every town needs a good games store and we have a great one. Buy some expansions or new games, come to play, or just socialize, if you play these games you know how fun events like FNM can be.

Tabletop fun. Need i say more? I will anyway. The guys back in the card shop are amazing and incredibly helpful. I never know what kind of fun game Ill find on the floor either. Not to mention you can post up and play games with your friends and buy snacks and such. Amazing owners and staff. If you game this is the spot!

So Ive been going to the business owners for some time now, even when their location was different and the business was under a different name. But, that being said if you need a place to go for all your boardgames needs, trading cards and many other entertainment offerings I highly recommend you go to them. They couldnt be more welcoming and professional about all the products they offer and the services held within.

Great place. Im just there for the Magic Cards. They have just about any card you might need. If you are looking for anything Magic the Gathering, this is the place to go. They have much more than that. All sorts of games. Board games, card games, prop games, D&D stuff, the list goes on. Good price for the singles that Ive purchased. Im not sure how well priced the other items are. Im just there for mtg.

The owners are highly motivated to service and undertake charitable efforts in Grand Junction and Beyond. I should also mention their coffee is delicious.

This place makes a great hangout, and they always have the best games for sale. Great mini and assorted DnD selection, though I havent seen as much Warhammer. Also super helpful when it comes to Magic the Gathering, and they sell pre-built decks from people in the community that are a great deal, for buyer and seller. 10/10 recommend visiting!

This is a great shop. The staff are always super friendly and helpful, even when we are being handful. Its a neat and tidy place with lots of inventory to browse. Staff are familiar with basically all of it (from what Ive seen) and are ready to answer questions.To be honest, I didnt realize they serve coffee. We never quite finish looking at all their stock! (Theres always something new for us to look at.)

I just had the best experience shopping for gifts here! We received warm greetings as soon as we walked in. The store has a wonderful variety of classic games, popular games, and lesser known games. There are games for kids, families, and adults. They even gift wrapped my purchases! I’m looking forward to visiting again soon.

This place is so much fun! They have a great variety of games. From deep thinking strategy games to relaxed games to kids games. Also, puzzles and a large selection of toys. You can play games in the back part of the store. You can bring your own to play, or they have a good bunch to choose from. Great family night out! There is also a coffee shop in the very back of the store. They serve Nitro Brew coffee here, which my husband loves! Fun place to come, relax and play games or buy a game. Our kiddos love coming here too to check out all the toys, stuffed animals, and playing games as a family. Great, friendly staff that is willing to answer any question and help pick out games as well. Highly recommend!

So fun and convenient! I was amazed when they had gone to the effort of putting everything in stock online with the ability to purchase and have curbside pickup The staff is super friendly. I have also heard wonderful things about the different games nights and testing out some of the different board games in the store.

Their Come in, were AWESOME open sign is exactly what they are ! From the kind staff to the game variety it is exactly what you would want from a board game store. I have more great things to add but I encourage anyone to see for themselves.

Now to understand why this location gets a 1 star you must understand that people that own the store. In my years of experience as a customer these two have very different understanding to what good customer service is. At first I thought it was all about the money however they did in fact ban a disabled person from their store because they just didnt like him, or perhaps it was because they are biased against him because others dont like him? He brought in a bit of monthly money so that wasnt it. Then I thought well of they dont want bad elements in their store they would ban more people. To my knowledge they have banned 4 people and all because one owner just didnt like them around. During my time there as a demonstrator and a customer I have seen quite a bit of shady stuff. I have been asked to acquire drugs, lie about their intent, stealing from customers, and that is just off the top of my head. I have been told I am sole to blame for their lack of profit which you would think if I hadnt been to their store but once since their move and name change that might be true. Alas the last time I was in their store I was told to leave even though I was offering them an exclusive gaming opportunity from a major gaming company as a way to mend bridges and they didnt want to hear anything of it. Hopefully one day when they retire and their kids take over the store will be a more enjoyable place to go to.I have been told by people I trust that they are still lying to their customers to get them to spend more money there, unfortunately this was done by the son of the owners so my hopes of them improving in the future have now gone away.

This is such a friendly store with a lot of good people. They regularly hold events and competitions. Just a nice place to go to.

S6n awesome board game and coffee shop! For 5 dollars you can rent a table and play any game in their extensive library. That $5 can be applied towards your next purchase of a game or drink. Every night of the week they have some theme. Great owners who will play and teach games, this is one of the most friendly and welcoming games stores I have been to.

This place is the dopest. I love coming here, the sense of community is palpable. If you love playing any kind of table games you can do so to your hearts content here for only 5 bucks. Got the amenities in the back so you can get snacks and drinks while you hang out. Or can just buy games and go home with them. Great little shop!

I go here for all of my table top games. They have a great selection and will order anything if they dont have what you want. You also have the option for five dollars, to rent a store copy to play. Great if you want to try a game before you buy it. My wife and I have done this for a cheap date night. We have on several occasions had a group date to play the stores games. The store is furnished with tables for you to do this. Wednesday night they have a public game night were you can come and play with others. Very fun and everyone has been friendly. If you like Magic the Gathering this is the place to go on the western slope. They host a Friday Night Magic tournament every week. The owners are honest fair people. Im willing to pay a few dollars more to support a great local store.

Great board game shop that has a very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Also the coffee is very reasonably priced and tastes great! We loved their Mystery box games, where you dont know what game youre getting (there are some clues), but you get it at a discount.

Nice to see a business llike this doing well and progressing. Great place for youths to hang out and play while separating from all consuming technology. Decent cafe in the back that I hope further develops. No wifi if you want to come in and do work unfortunately but I think they could offer a hardline to customers if theyre there to study or work, just an idea but I understand the overall goal.

Place to meet new people, learn, and play, a large variety of board and card games. I love this place. Finally a place to hang out, for people like me, that doesnt revolve around drinking or carousing! Love the Jesters Court! They carry a great selection of board games and have tester games you can try. The staff is super helpful and will order things if theyre not in stock. The also have a nice space for hosting tournaments and game nights. Grand Junction is lucky to have such a great game shop!

This is a place I cant help but stop by when Im downtown, and sometimes its the reason why Im downtown in the first place. Their game selection is truly unique, offering games that Ive really never seen before, but theyre very interesting and fun games, once you take the plunge and purchase one. They have a lot of merch related to Magic: the Gathering and Dungeons & Dragons, so its a one stop shop for those who play those games or want to start playing.They also have events related to those games, they have Magic tournaments, drafts and casual nights, and Ive seen events related to D&D, Star Wars X-wing (dont quote me on that game title) and general board game nights and classes, like learning to paint figurines or becoming a Dungeon Master.This is just the tip of the iceberg on what this place does. Overall, its a very open and inviting atmosphere, where there is (amazing) coffee flowing, memories being made, and fun to be had.

Ive been a gamer, of one form or another, for basically my whole life, and Ive been playing Magic: The Gathering since 1995. The community there is great, the events are well run, and the store is very well organized. Ive been to a lot of game shops all around the US and Board Fox Games is by far the best. Plus, the new location and set up is amazing!
