Jan Falter at Frame Depot provided awesome customer service and top quality work! She completed a creative lucky horseshoe shadowbox project for us in a timely manner. We worked closely together and she communicated as needed to be sure she was doing what we wanted. Jan also offered suggestions that made it even better. Frame Depot is THE best frame shop in western Colorado. They have worked with my paintings for years, with great care and attention. The staff is very friendly, professional, and they go that extra mile if you really need something in a hurry. They know framing. They have an eye for color, for frame styles. I recently moved from Grand Junction to central Virginia and it makes me very sad to leave them behind!! They very kindly packed up a large canvas painting for me for our move, and I am happy to say it crossed the country with narry a scratch, it arrived in perfect condition. If you want something framed right, with great care, this is the place to come. They know framing and will do it with a smile.
