Love their food and especially Ice cream. Sad to see them close many branches, but it is good and staff are really kind and helpful. On Mondays there is half price on cold stuff, but the service becomes so slow.

Was my first time with this fast food chain and it will my last. The mushroom burger is a joke. Had to complain because both burger menus the burger was dry and burnt and there hardly any mushroom on the burgers ( far from what they promote on the menu picture) .

The rating is for DQ management. You need to allocate more staff for this branch, it is stupid not to mention unethical to expect one employee to man the register and cook at the same time

Absolute poor customer service ! The shop keeper lady forgot tokeep the icecream on the parcel .. when i came back and asked after a few minutes .. no apology and she is not considering it as a mistake ! as well

Bread was cold, hard and dry. Chicken straps were chicken fingers. Fries were hard and cold.Terrible terrible food.You can get better food than here in any cafeteria in Manama.

This is more like DQ Grill & Chill express! it doesnt feel one bit like an actual full size DQ restaurant, never ever enjoyed a single meal from them
