Rented a piece of equipment for a lawn project and only have nice things to say. The gals at the counter were very polite and explained how the deal worked. The guys in the yard made sure the machine was clean, went through it with me and showed me how it worked, and loaded it in/out of my truck. The machine worked great - started first pull and turned an all day, sweaty project into about 10 mins of power tool fun. Will def be back if I ever need to rent something again!

Reasonable prices, fast and convenient.

I needed a couple of propane containers filled. This was my third stop. Great price! Safety first. Everykne was nice. I would look at renting there if I needed something they have.

What good is a rental place that closes at 5pm? Seriously.... the majority of people work 9-5 jobs or if you own a business or are unlucky like me work even longer hours than that, so common sense would tell you that as an equipment rental agency you should probably have hours that can accommodate the average person, ya know have a swing shift, one set of workers whom come in early and another set that stays later. Closing your shop at 5pm makes your customers have to take a half day or even a full day off work to be able to patronize your establishment... so now as a customer I am looking at the cost of a rental PLUS lost wages to rent from your store, thats not acceptable, so before I even step foot on your location you have lost me as a customer due to the simple fact I can go literally next door to TrueValue and rent equipment after 5pm.

Their employees are very helpful and friendly. Whether were refilling propane or renting a bobcat, this is our go-to place for anything we may need. Highly recommend!

Absolutely insane. I HIGHLY advise you to avoid this place. I am now regretting not reading some of these reviews prior to doing business with them. I rented a piece of equipment for 8 hours and was a little bit skeptical about how accurate the timer on the machine was so I kept track of time on my own. In total, I used it for about 4 hours and the machine that I was using read that it had been running for 8 hours, and that my time was up. At this point I thought that it may just be an issue with the piece of equipment itself, so I waited until Monday when the business was open to get it sorted out. I thought that maybe the company would Help me come to an understanding. When we spoke with them, they completely brushed it off and said it was normal. I was told that I have to pay the full 8 hour charge and there is nothing they could do. This was an absolute disappointment and a huge scam on their part, As prices are not cheap to begin with. Again, I highly advise you avoid this place and check out some of the other rental places in town. Hope I save someone the stress that all seasons rental has caused me.

They have the best customer Service in town! They didnt have the tool I needed but they were the third company I called that didnt. They gave me 3 companies and contacts to try and wished me the best of luck. No one else I called would provide referrals or asked any questions about my project.

Great service and equipment, I rented a lawn mowing tractor for a large project, they dropped off and picket up and gave me a quick refresher course on operations.This project would have taken me days with a normal lawn mower. All Seasons Rental saved the day.Staff is friendly and helpful.

I don’t typically write reviews here but after reading all of these negative reviews I thought I would share my experience with ASR.I’m not a contractor, just an ambitious DIY’er and have rented a trencher, a small earth mover, pressure washer and several other various pieces of equipment here over the past four years and have always had good experiences doing so. The staff is thorough with how to properly operate the equipment and how the rental rates will be applied. I have never been surprised with any extra fees or had equipment not work properly.I’ll continue to patronize them and would recommend them.

Trailer wires and connections were trashed, guy said “you will be okay, we don’t even fix those anymore.” Couldn’t even connect it to my truck! Use 2” ball on their trailers, so be prepared. Will rent you a hitch for $4 per day! Everyone walks around with their head down so they don’t have to help. Folks who work there are more foul-mouthed than sailors on leave. Customer service was lacking terribly, and quality is an unknown word with the condition of the equipment I rented.had to wait 20 minutes to offload the trailer and finish rental.

Very helpful and good at what they do.Did a great job repairing our generator and gave us a good deal on a rental while they worked on it.

Nice people here that do good work. They fixed my wacker and it has never ran better that was over a year ago. I have rented equipment from them and it always works as it should

On many(at least 3) occasions I’ve called to reserve equipment and shown up to pick up said equipment and it’s not there? Baffles me, I’m pretty sure I won’t be going here anymore, which is sad because it’s conveniently located.

Have used this place for many years. Was quoted over the phone for service on generators to be about $80 but when I picked them up the bill had doubled from quote. Service guy I think his name was Dustin came to front & immediately starts with an attitude towards me & was quite rude as far as customer service skill he has none! Basically called me a liar & was rude from the beginning of the conversation which was short to say the least. Instead of contacting Mike to verify the price he quoted he basically called me a liar & walked off back to his service department. I paid the bill as I needed my generators back. The point should of been to verify the price quote given by their employe Mike or if there had been such a drastic change in price they should of notified by phone that the price was wrong & that it would cost more before they proceeded to do the work. Any business in the valley will tell you the same or do the same if the rates changed for what ever reason. Had I of know it was going to cost almost $180 to service two generators I would of done it myself. They charged two full hours of labour for what was only about 45 minutes of total work. Very unhappy with this & will never deal with there service tech Dustin again. The moral of this or option one get it in writing verbal quotes mean nothing especially to the rude service tech. Option two which would save you the headache just take it to a qualified shop & people who would love to have your business. Never AGAIN!!!!

1 yr ago we bought a Hustler mower. It constantly died on me and had other issues. They picked it up and upon returning it said it was a safety handle that was not locked in position (Never could get it locked). Finally, I called the manufacture company. They picked it up again and found a couple things wrong but it still was far from right. Stopped in Omaha NE while visiting family a couple weeks ago and talked to a dealer there. These problems (all of them) were known problems and hustler had a kit to fix them all. So, we took our mower to Omaha and finally got ALL our issues fixed! I will never step foot in this store again! I will continue to make the 12 hr drive to Omaha to get any work done on my lawn mower, that is how bad my experience with them was.

What a joke of a business!!!! Ok prices are a little high, but the real joke is when you return the item!!!! The service dept. employees are complete a@#holes!!!!!!! They just stand there while you try to get the equipment out and then criticise you while you do it!!!! With smart a## remarks, and then nickel and dime for repairs that you supposedly did. The only reason i gave one star is the inside service lady was nice and helpful! Save yourself the time and avoid the business!!!!

I rented many times here without issue until the last time... The piece if equipment I rented was known to have problems which I was unaware of. It quit working mid project and they had to come recover it. I was told it was not my fault and I would not be charged for anything extra as they knew it was having problems. The following week I got a phone call stating it needed numerous repairs resulting in multiple hours in the repair shop and that it was fair that I pay for at least half of the repairs. That sounds absolutely absurd. They said it was due to me using it on unlevel ground. I had to explain that the issues began before it even was off the trailer. I think they deserve at least 2 stars as I rented previously without incident.

Walked in the store and stood there for 10 min and no one would wait on me. I ended up just walking out. Ill never go back. Worst customer service and attitude Ive even seen. Dont know how they stay in business. Avoid this place.

Customer service is seriously lacking. Rented two different post hole augers and neither made a hole deeper than 8 inches. When returning both augers we were questioned on how we operated the equipment. We were also questioned about a “bent” piece of the machine when the plastic cover had been cut previously with clearly non-manufacturer approved cover over the choke. To top it off the second auger we rented stoped spinning half way through. ASR was closed by the time this happened. We were then reprimanded for not calling and leaving a message when it is no where in the contract, and was not mentioned at purchase, to call and leave a message. Definitely not going back.

They charged me $200 for 4 links of the chain on a trencher that broke after the first trench, the chain blades were already worn to nothing. I overheard the guys in the yard laughing saying ya it was about to go anyway, now they get to pay for it! Wow unprofessional!!

Lynne was very friendly, helpful, and knowlegable.

They dont take care of there customers and there hosty tech is not certified I would not recommend them
