Been calling all week, never a local person just an answering service that knows nothing! Called Friday to pay for same day service so I didnt run all the way out, was told someone would be here. NOONE CAME! Now its Monday and Im out and its 18°!!*update... Ferrell gas came late Monday night. When I originally called in Tuesday they said someone would be out within 5 days. Monday would have been day 5 but I was still required to pay same day service fee. By monday the storm had come and made my driveway muddy. The driver did not chain up and got stuck. My husband had to help him chain up, and pull him out of the mess he made out of our property with his personal truck. Now I have to pay for someone to come fix my driveway, and still have to pay all Ferrell gas fees. I will be out of propane before Spring, And you can bet Ferrell gas will be picking up their tank and I will be going with someone new!

Went to get 2 tanks filled Monday near noon. Guy said he’d be with me in a minute. I waited 20 minutes, he never returned. I left, went to Uhaul, filled up quickly and on my way. Ferrelgas lost a customer!

Where do I start with this company? They are amazing, its that simple. Ive had the pleasure of doing business with them and also dealing with them on personal level.My husband and I own a small truck ran off propane, I somehow always manage to go to the office to get the truck filled right when they are about to close and people have already left for the day. They always make sure they figure out a way to make sure Im taken care of without hesitation, or a fuss. Just as an extra, I believe they are the cheapest in town.😉My dad has been employed with them for a little over a year, unfortunately we lost him to cancer on 5/17/19. They have went above and beyond for our family and especially for my mom. The ladys in the office offered my dad there vacation time so he could stay home and still have a paycheck, drove to Utah just to check on him, sent flowers and cards, and offered to do so much more for us.This company deserves more then 5 stars, but thats the best I could do. I highly recommend these wonderful people and company. ❤

Sad company to depend on especially when you have little children and the month is DECEMBER these people didn’t come when they said they would fill up my tank now the weekend passed and we’re still cold, waiting to be able to cook on our stove ! I gave one star because they need to put people into consideration when it’s cold and overall DO THEIR JOB

I get friendly and efficient service from the Delta CO office, both from office staff and the delivery men. Fair prices and excellent service.

Helpful friendly staff. Went out of the way to answer questions. Inspected my tank, recertified my tank and replaced a faulty valve.

We have been using Ferrellgas up at our cabin in Fulford Colorado for twenty years or more. The one thing that has been consistent through all those years is excellent service. Its a very remote location so they communicate with many of the cabin owners to try to fill everybodys tank in one trip to save trip charges which is extremely admirable of them to do!When Ferrellgas put in the big tank they ran a line underground to the old historic cabin and the shed and it was very affordable and again professionally done just like everything they do.Their customer service I would rate 100%. And they certainly deserve the five stars I am giving them! They have been extremely fair and reasonably priced for all these past 30 years or so. Their customer service is outstanding which is particularly amazing since its such a remote location that they service. Their drivers are always the nicest people and always concerned about taking care of things. And I just spoke to a young lady named Jennifer yesterday in the Grand Junction office who was equally wonderful and answered every question I had in the most professional way. Of course we always expect this kind of service but having dealt with two or three different propane companies here in Florida I can assure you that that kind of service is a blessing that is not all that common when it comes to propane companies!We live in Florida most of the time and Ferrellgas needs to open an office in Brevard County Florida thats all I can say :-)Thank you Ferrellgas for truly 100% perfection in our long years of using your excellent company. We really appreciate you and our little remote ghost town of Fulford feels the same way in general!!!
