I would ever hire this company to do anything. Just drove behind their company vehicle going over Redlands Parkway. He tailgated this poor gal for over 3 miles. Almost causing multiple accidents trying to pass her on a double yellow during 5 o’clock traffic. He was so rude and throwing his hands at her and flipper her off for no reason. She was going the speed limit and he was just angry because she wasn’t going fast enough. We could use less rude people like this man in this town. Please leave Grand Junction! I will spread the word.
I always take my electric motors here because they really know what they’re doing. When I needed a motor rebuilt, they repainted it, which to me shows pride in their work. I had a larger motor fail on site and two guys were sent out with a forklift to replace it at 6am so my business wasn’t disrupted! AMAZING!
Absolutely horrible experience. We ordered a motor from them. We were told it would be about two weeks. A month later, it still hadnt arrived but we had ordered from someone else. We were never called to inform it would be delayed.When it arrived, we didnt need it anymore, due to their extreme lack of communication. They insisted we pay a 20% restocking fee, never wavering and never accepting my offer to split it since they screwed up as much as I did.We then sucked it up, returned it and have now waited over two months for our refund - minus the 20% restocking fee. Little to no communication with repeated phone calls.
