They are horrible. Bought a stove and it didnt work. They came out to fix it and charge me 150 when I bought stove for 400. Then I had a credit of 165 which they didnt refund me and gave the runarounds. Not honest at all!

I bought a gas stove from this location, and had no problems at all! David helped us out at the last minute before closing and he was very patient and professional. They have a variety of appliances. He helped us load it as well. Once we got home, we hooked it up, and loved it! Defiantly be back if we need anything else.

Purchased 2 mini fridges from the very happy with them good deal. Went in to look for an electric dryer ended up looking at a stacked washer dryer unit whirlpool 300 down on it with the understanding that when we went in and pay the other 300 it will be delivered and installed that same day went back 20 days later to pay the other 300 were told it could be delivered for a week we ended up at school the next day pay the 300 and took it with us got it home got it installed to find it would only fill up quarter of the way and it was making a grinding noise sounded like it could have been bearings we ended up uninstalling it taking it back in with the understanding that he was just going to give us another one to take home with us and it if you wanted to leave the washer dryer unit so he could take a look at it and come back the next day went back the next day and its explained to him that this Whirlpool washer dryer stack unit is a water saver unit it will only fill up half way and to do that you have to have it on deep water wash so we end up bringing it home and reinstalling it but Im not happy not happy with the unit not happy with the appliance store because they should have told us up front this is the stacked washer dryer unit I have it is a water saver which means it only fills up halfway maximum and to do that you have to have it on deep water wash wont be shopping there again I paid 600 for it I could have gone to another appliance store off Beltline and paid 400 for a Kenmore and for another 35 they would have delivered it and installed it

Friendly staff. Their stuff has cosmetic damage hence the name second chance appliances. Kinda pricey on brand name stuff considering theyre damaged goods cosmetically.
