But everybody there was really cool and helpful and was able to get me back into a line of credit that no one else would help me with and that right there was a game changer. My daughter had her dirt bike stolen a few months ago. We were finally able to buy her a new one. We came here spent $1300 havent had it but barely 2 weeks now it wont start possibly the motor is bad. It was a brand new bike they wont even look at it without at least $85 for labor. This is insane spent over a thousand dollars for not even 2 weeks.

I recently bought a dirtbike from these guys on an ad posted in offer up.When I get there of course they no longer have it,so they talk me into a new one.He rides it 1time and it locks up.I take it back, they want to charge me to fix it!?I try to trade it for another they want to charge me too much .I just went somewhere else and bought a used one with a warranty.These guys are just not the kind of people I want to deal with. Done with them!

Recently purchased two CXR 250cc motorcycles with a friend of mine. From time I walked in to time I had driven off was roughly an hour. Great customer service and a great price. Will definitely be returning to grab a couple dirt bikes in the next month or so!! Also Jenni was extremely knowledgeable and helpful.

These guys will say whatever it takes to get you to spend your hard earned money with them. They will NOT warranty or assemble & tune you machine properly out the box brand new. My sons quad & dirtbike have been nothing but a headache because they dont have real mechanics, they hire the cheapest employees possible. Those cheap mechanics dont care about you or your childrens safety. Keep your family safe and buy from someone else in the DFW, there are plenty of better places to buy from!

Be wary, they will scam and gouge where they can. I bought a dirtbike from them and that was the first and LAST mistake. Please tell your friends to watch out for these guys. It’s so sad what they’re doing to people. Marking items up 3-400% of value. Gross!! Should be shut down.

I would not recommend purchasing from this company or either one of the owners. Once they sell you a four wheeler or motorcycle they will not honor a warranty or there word. I did research and found many other companies in the area to do business with. Hope this helps someone not make the same mistake I did!

Their service I’m telling you guys is one of the best ones. I do not usually go about writing good or bad reviews, but these guys have common sense dealing with customers. There is one that’s down the street that have employees with horrible customer service. Whereas Shaw from this store helped me figure out why gas was leaking on my kids tab. It was just a freaking carburetor valve needle caused. Sometime you could just give out free advise and that’s how you win over people. Not always have to do with chargin money and a lengthy process.This store will not give you a runaround and sticks straight to the point. Love their business etiquette. If i could give less than 1 stars i would. Compete bait and switch. Advertising said $899 for a minibike. Get there and they refuse to sell it to me at that price. Wanted $400 to put bike together. All u do is attach handle bars and front tire. I only wanted it in a box. They finally said theyd give it to me in a box if i paid $1050. Thats $150 more than advertised price. Total scammers

Best place in freaking TEXAS that I have been too they are always busy with customers in line that’s the only thing but while waiting to be severe that said there were many returning customers that where there to buy again they had bought in past I came in for ROVER 200 vitacci I have it for about a month now and start right up n work like a champ everytime, I use it in my ranch in east Texas very happy with the units will be back to buy more from them thank you Sam, Andy and Shawn for helping me get the back of my trailer.

Look nowhere else guys, these are the right people to do business with !!!!I had initially planned on just walking in and checking their inventory but, to my surprise, they had an excellent knowledgeable staff that knew about their product so well that I couldnt help but buy one.Their deals and sales process are one of a kind, when you sit down with them they make sure you are about to get something that you actually want and they go out of their way to compare prices for you and then match or beat that deal. I loved the fact that the sales person, reiterated about what I would be really happy with and not just try to sell me product to move inventory. They also, explained me the warranty of what it covers and what not upfront.For me that was a stealer and it saved me days of wondering and wasting my time to get that information.They also throw in a helmet, pair of gloves, and toolkit with the purchase .There might be different places that sell the same products but this place has an exceptional customer service that is hard to find these days. Will definitely be back to do more business with yall for some Golf Karts, you guys have just earned a repeating customer.

Drove four hours to get here, was told many different prices, and charged a assembly fee of $249 to only have my front fender ruined, then told they could order another one from China, and ship it to my house, but ended up getting one off of another scooter that had a hole drilled in it, because he didnt have all day to deal with my fender, after I paid $2559.00 for a icebear scooter

Got a 150cc only had it for a month and my bike is not running some in gas just flowing around like a gas cord or some I don’t understand.. to much money for this to be happening
