Champion collision repair center was a GREAT experience. I don’t trust just anyone with my car but they were extremely helpful. It was affordable! They were professional! And quick and efficient. My car looked brand new after picking it up. I would go back here for any other issues I have.

I called Mack because my catalytic converter was stolen. He promised 3 day turnaround and delivered. There was a hiccup with the insurance company so I had a slight wait when picking the car up but it was nothing on Champions part. I really appreciate them!

15/10 experience. Between the insurance company Elephant and champion collision I was thoroughly impressed. I was involved in a hit and run and was so stressed out. After talking with Joe from champion Collision I knew I was in good hands. They took amazing care of my vehicle and I was head over heels with the outcome. I recently got into what I thought was a minor accident, but later found out was a broken engine and transmission that needed replacing. These guys were on board to help me, and after my insurance decided it was a total loss, they were able to negotiate a good price for full repairs so I could get my car back. They honestly made the car like new, it is clean, shiny and rides smoothly. I have a really good warranty with them so if anything comes up in the next year they are able to fix it for me for free! And a lifetime warranty on the body of the car like the outside. Just be aware that the free loaner car thing may or may not apply because I asked for one many many times and one was never available for me. But overall really great experience with great, good-hearted people.

Sam told me that it would be done in a week. Unfortunately it took 2 weeks but Id rather it take longer and done right than rushed and not be done properly. It was done GREAT!! all the gaps were perfect and the paint matched perfectly. Sam even touched up a few scratched not related to the accident and replaced some clips on the front shroud at no cost, again not part of the accident. The price was excellent!!!!! I HIGHLY recommend Champion Collision!!!! Sam is the real champion!!!!!

I got new license plates and tried replacing them on my own, but one of the screws was rusty and stripped, so I was unable to remove it with the few tools I have. I called Champion and asked if they could help and they said to come on in. Not only did they remove the destroyed screw for me, they installed both of my new plates at no charge! I was so pleasantly surprised! Thanks again!

Someone side swiped my car and left the passenger side in a really sad state! Champion collision fixed the car and it looked better than when I bought it! Everyone there was very nice, they worked with me on my deductible and are LGBT+ friendly which is a HUGE HUGE thing for a lot of people these days.I would absolutely 100% recommend this shop for ANY body work on your car!Also (not that it really matters) but I have a luxury BMW and I was hesitant because I didn’t want to take it to just anyone to be repaired but I was blown away with these guys. This place is the gem of Grand Prairie. They were very professional, affordable, and truthful about taking care of my car repairs. They did excellent work and it didn’t take very long. If there were any concerns or questions they worked directly with my insurance company on my behalf. I will start out by saying I wish there were more stars so I could give a higher rating, Sam did an Excellent job! First, they quoted a price less than others (great!), second they got me in the same day and started work right away (while a few others said it would take some time to get to it), third they got it done in less than three days (wow!), fourth and most important they did the job perfect!!! I was hit by a driver that just kept going. I am a 62 year old disabled male.I did not turn it in to my insurance because I have a high deductible to keep my rates low. I searched all over the DFW Metroplex to get an honest repair company that would give me a price on getting my truck fixed. Everyone I called always stated that it depends on what they find. I ask numerous body shops to just give me a ballpark figure. No way will you get that. I have a 2018 Nissan Frontier truck, I needed a fender, a bumper, and a headlight. I am not a mechanic, but I could tell by looking that there was no structural damage to the vehicle. I ordered the parts and thought I would try to fix myself. Well, it is not as easy as I thought it would be. When the parts came in they needed to be painted. I had the same situation, when calling auto body shops. Never a straight answer.When I was about to give up hope and just try to put the parts on unpainted, I found Champion Collision. I live in North Irving and found out that this is a shop out by traders village. I decided to email them. I got a response within one hour with a price. In shock I emailed back and ask is this an out the door price? I received a response and the person that signed the email Sam said yes. I took the parts over and he noticed that I had taken the old parts off and he realized even though he did not say it that I was not going to be able to repair the vehicle. He said, hey, when I get the parts painted let me help you put the fender on at no charge it is a bit complicated. To make a long story short, Sam who I found out is the owner and 2 of his men painted, installed the parts, and made the truck like it came out of the factory in about 2.5 hours. I have never met a more honest, kind person that is so skilled in what he does. During our conversation, I came to learn that he has been doing this for over 30 years. Please, if you think there are no more honest auto body shops out there, let me save you a lot of worry, stress, and trouble.Call Champion Collision first. My car sustained substantial damage to both passenger side doors, quarter panel and rear bumper from being hit by a pickup truck. Not having been involved in an auto accident in many years, I was at a loss as to where to go to get quality auto body work. I believe in word of mouth advertising so I began to search for recommendations. Most of my friends would not suggest a shop since they knew just how particular I am about my cars. Then I remembered a friend in the auto business so I gave him a call. He immediately suggested I contact Sam at Champion Collision Repair and praised the quality of their work. So I contacted Sam and took the car in to be evaluated. Sam told me I would be satisfied with the job they would do or I would owe nothing. NOTHING!!! I recently had a driver lose a 10 foot wood board from his pickup truck while driving in front of me on the highway on Christmas Day. Luckily, it didnt cost me my life. I had just bought my new Lexus RC 350 and still had the paper plates on it. As a result, my bumper and grill and paint chips had to be replaced and repaired. I checked reviews online and wasnt finding anywhere I felt comfortable with. I didnt want to go 40 miles away to the Lexus Dealer and get charged 3 times more even if it was the responsibility of the driver. I found Champion Collision online with only about five reviews but all very positive so I took a chance. I reached out via their website inquiry and I was contacted within an hour by Joe. He was very pleasant and provided all the details I needed to get started. I took my car in the following day with an insurance details provider by the adjuster. Joe, told me he wouldnt be there but he would make sure Sam is expecting me. Sam was great from the moment I entered the office. I felt comfortable leaving my car with all my questions answered. Sam even took me to Enterprise rental car less than a mile away and next door to a competitor that has many locations but not so great reviews. I had to have a revision to my paperwork with the drivers insurance done causing a delay, once that was cleared Champion Collision stared and finished the work in less than 3 days. They even detailed my car better than it was when I drove off the dealerships lot. Very impressed with their kindness and customer service. They followed up with me to provide updates related to the insurance company or status of the car. I HIGHLY recommend this collision center if you need body work done. My car is like new again! Ive only driven the car twice since picking it up, but all seems to be well.

My car was dirty inside when I brought to them I picked up my car and it was spotless and the outside they did so good it looks like a new car. I am currrently a client of Sam, my F150 was wrecked from behind and took out my rear bumper, tailgate and dual exhaust. I was called my truck was done. First off he ordered all used and scuffed parts to replace my bumper with a rusty damaged hitch. Second the exhaust shop was the absolute worst shop in town Gers Autoand muffler shop, they have ablsolutely the worst reviews in town. Then he proceeds to talk to me like im ignorant and tells me lies about how much bondo work the truck had. I have owned sincr new and the truck was repaired at the door by Ford shop that i personally saw a new factory door replacement. Joe buttered me up and gave estimate with all new parts. I still have the copy, and what i get is used parts(damaged) and a tailgate thats dented and told i came from factory like that on pupose. I came here because all these reviews but honestly I am not impressed and upset that i am lied to and the attention to detail is sub standard. If Sam gets it together and in the end makes it right i will add a star or two but most definitely not 5.Okay I have had a discussion with Sam, all things considered this shop has the ability to do steller work. Yes I am very particular about finish work, and he has met and reworked the truck to make me happy. I feel he has tremendous piles of work and i was kinda swept under the rug, but he has pulled me out from under it and is stepping up to the 5 star shop they really are. I think if all turn out well i could give a 4 star only because of lack of communication with bumper issue and loss of time needing my truck back, as for the shops paint ability yes they can deliver a 5 star finish.
