They are good patient people and they will help fix your vehicle in a timely fashion I would recommend them to family and friends.

This is the worst place I have ever taken a car to to get fixed. They are slow. They dont care about their customers time. They take no consideration that people may need their car back quickly bc its an important part of their day to day. Everyday its always something different. More parts and more parts and more parts. A weeks worth of work they have managed to extend to two weeks and still counting. I would never recommend this place. They are getting a lot of money from the insurance and they act like they are doing the work for free. NEVER AGAIN and I will never tell anyone to go there.

I highly recommend to stay away from this shop!!!i was helped by a guy (who I suspect is the owner of the place) my experience with him was completely disappointing, he is very disrespectful and arrogant, i was tying to point out some imperfection my car had and his answer was YOU ARE JUST REPEATING YOURSELF, IM NOT GONNA PAINT YOUR CAR AGAIN, IF YOU WANT ALL THAT TO BE FIXED, YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY FOR IThe even tried to blame it on me saying that it was my fault that he had to paint my bumper twice because I didnt like the results, the cost of the repairs were paid in full by me, I didnt need to use my InsuranceI dropped of my car a couple weeks ago due to some damage my car had on the front bumper and fender, they were supposed to fix, when i picked up the first time, everything looked good in the sun but as soon as i got home i noticed some deep scratches and hard edges all over the bumper, i went back to that place and they had to repaint the whole front bumper again due to all the poor preparation of the piece...second time i picked up the car, I noticed some difference between the color of the car and the color of my bumper, he said that it was because the difference between materials so I didnt make a big deal out of it at the time, then one more time when I parked my car inside the garage i noticed a huge clear coat run on my paint job so one more time i had to take it to the shop, this time this guy got super defensive, clearly he wasnt happy to see me again back in his shop, i pointed out the imperfection the car had and mention one more time that the difference in color could have been lees noticeable if he would had blend the color of my bumper into the other panels (thats what he did the first time and thats why the color matched the rest of the car, the second time he just did it quickly without paying attention to finishes or details)the conclusion of my whole experience is that the job wasnt done properly the first time, for that reason i got forced to go multiple times to correct the little details, things that the owner of the place didnt like, last conversation I had with him wasnt pleasant, i consider he was being disrespectful and aggressivehere are some pictures of all the imperfections my car has:plastic/rubber parts painted on grayclear coat runspoor surface preparation

Worst body shop ever this is the 4th time I bring my truck to get fix I was in a wreck they charge my insurance company Dealership parts and they used aftermarket Sheep parts Some parts are used When they charge the insurance company for new parts I do not recommend this company They did not even take the time to connect the batteries back right

Dont know where to start. Called week 2 of them having my car 3 times. Didnt get a call back once. Week 3 I go up there. They tell me what the adjuster told me about replacing the roof and hood. They hadnt started. Called for the part said it would come the next day and it would take 2-3 days. Week 4 oh they should cleaning it up. Called. No call back. Week 5 Monday, oh it should be ready tomorrow. Call at 11 give us til 2. I said whats one more day. Wednesday go in at 11, we cant find your keys. Im telling you dont waste your time.

Great place to take your car to get the body work done. Great prices friendly staff will bend over backwards to help you. I will never go anywhere but here

Hello this is Raeyana Greenhouse. I got in a car wreck February 28 and my lawyers recommend this place to me. I was very nervous at first because I didn’t know if this is was a legit shop or not but it was an excellent shop. I wasn’t able to get a Rent-A-Car but is soon as they had a loaner open they called me quick and get my car in the same day and they also worked on it the same day. Which was even better. They said it would only take 2 1/2 weeks but actually it’s took about a week in some days. They were very professional and my car looks brand new.Hopefully I won’t get in a wreck again but if anything else happens to my car I would most definitely take it back here Jay and his whole team did an excellent job. I highly recommend this place my car went in looking totaled and came out looking brand new.

U Save Collision did such a good job on my Nissan. I am very happy with the results. Their customer service is great. They washed my car and made it smell amazing! Id definitely recommend.

Very poor quality of work!!!!Took my car here at the recommendation of my insurance company for auto accident repair. The work was sloppy and slow. They called me and said your car is ready. I get there, the lower front velance was missing, one of the new headlights didnt work and the interior of the car was dirty with greecy hand prints. And to top it all off, someone hit and broke the mirror off.Be smart and avoid this place.

This place was great! RC quickly was able to evaluate our car and give us a quote and things went exactly as he had said! We were able to quickly get our car fixed and a very good price and even get a couple of extra things done on it as well. I would definitely recommend this place!

They did an very superb job replacing my bent hood and front bumper and even gave me new headlight! Got car back within a week as promised and I would have to say I was surprised they were able to match my paint and the stripes to the tee. The front of the car looks almost like new!Reasonable pricing and parts list was clearly listed.

One of the worst body shop experiences I’ve ever had. Zero communication. Left over spray on parts that should have easily been removed or covered up. No pride in the work they do. They will say anything to get your business/money. Stay away.

Whenever I call U Collision Gina answers the phone with professionalism and cheerfulness. Javier and Jay listens to what is going on with my car. They call you to tell you what is wrong with your car instead of just fixing it especially if you dont have the money. I have had bad experiences with other companies that do this especially in Minnesota. My car is old and Im going to get a new one so I really dont want to invest to much money but I know it has to be repaired. Great people to talk to and share a laugh especially Jay! 😊

The only reason why I came to this place was because it was recommended. That will be the first and last time I will ever come here. And never will I recommend it. They are so rude. They do not treat your car with respect. I got it held at the body shop for one extra week for nothing making it a whole month without my car. Along with scratches all over the body! Not to mention it also came with mud inside the drivers side! I have pics to prove it. Too bad you cant post it. They also say you have life time warranty on the paint, but they fail to tell you its only what they fix. So if it comes out with additional scratches good luck making them fix theyre own mistakes ! Horrible experience.

DO NOT TRUST!!!!!!!!! If i could, I would give this place no stars. I have a working relationship with this collision center, so i thought, why not try them. All i wanted was my passenger side front panel painted, a scuff on my driver side rear done and my front bumper that would not stay hooked on fixed. Was told to bring my car in on a Monday morning and that I would not have to leave my car because it wouldnt take that long. Well I did not get my car back until Friday. I picked my car up and the only thing that was done was the passenger side panel, NOTHING ELSE!!! Everytime I would call, i got the run around and they made it seem like they working on this part, now this part. That was not the case. To top it off, while there, the hood of my car got some crazy paint patch on top of it. I have tried to call several times and even sent pictures, NO ONE ANSWERS OR HAS CALLED ME BACK. To say i was highly disappointed is an understatement. A family of 4 with 1 vehicle, that we could not use for days was a total inconvenience and to have everything not done just tops it off.

They do AWESOME WORK! Thole right side of my Dodge Charger was damaged and the repaired and color-matched it to brand new condition! I was impressed how great my car looks!

The go above and beyond to make your horrible experience (car accident) as easy and painless as possible. I have never worked with a more caring and understanding group of people in my life. When I say they go above and beyond, I mean they go above and beyond! EX - I had a client waiting for the other insurance company to approve the rental and Jay took the time to pick up my client and take her to the grocery store. (Im pretty sure service king and all the other big collision centers) would never take the time to do that. With the big collision companies you are only $$ in their eyes, with U Save Collision, you are actually a person who they truly care about!

They are a joke. Kept my car over a month. Tried to return it 3 times looking like crap. I have had it about 2 weeks and what they painted is already peeling. First time they tried to return there was actually hair in the paint. Save yourself a headache and go to a real body repair shop. They kiss your butt til they have your car and the $ from the insurance company and then treat you like dog crap. Horrible customer service and no communication. I could go on and on. They had my car over a month and I would rather have it in the condition it was when I gave it to them than how it looks now.

Very client oriented, knowledgeable of every aspect of my property damage claim and the work done to my vehicle was superior. Hassel free and very efficient! Got into a car accident Jay talked to my husband and said he would come out on Friday to my job to take photos and get everything set up for me with a loaner car. Friday comes and we never hear from Jay called him and he said well wont be able to come out until after 5 PM which I had somewhere to be. Saturday took it in and RC talked to me and asked what I needed I told him why we were there and he said lets just wait for your boyfriend to come out the bathroom. HELLO its my car and I got into an accident NOT my husband. He goes out takes photos of the car and when we go back in my husband stepped away and yet again he says lets just wait till your husband comes back. RC then tells my husband for us to call him Monday and someone would come get my car and bring a loaner. Today is Monday and I called at 8:30 AM to let them know I was on my way to work the man who answered told me RC didnt come in till 10 AM. RC called me at 9:30 and said the loaner was ready and that he would be at my job in an hour. Called back at 11 AM no one showed up and a woman answered and said, oh yeah RC said we dont have a loaner hes trying to find one. she then said that they would call me back in 10 minutes to let me know. NEVER called me back husband then called and asked what the status was she told him I dont know more than 4 times. It is now 2:15 PM and have not heard anything from RC or the woman. Not even taking the chance and letting them take my car.

I live in Dallas and wanted to be lazy and just take it somewhere super near but when they offered to pick up my car for me and help out with the claim too, I was convinced. Not sure how many people have had to deal with a claim before but these insurance companies sometimes can be a pain!!! Well, I have USAVE to thank for saving my day! You guys made me kind of enjoy my claim LOL, I would definitely recommend and I will definitely use USAVE next time too!!

Rude and over priced

Someone backed into me. Pushed bumper in on one side. Went friday morning 3-8-18. Go in manger comes out to take a look, calls Alfonso over. Alfonso pops bumper back into place. Smiles and says no problem, and says no charge. It was nothing. I jus had to give him somthing. Great group of guys. I would recommend this place to my friends.

Horrible service! They had the car for over three weeks now and still isnt finished. They didnt call me for any updates on my car I had to keep calling them! They said everything was done and itll be ready by next week and when it came they said for sure Friday, friday came and went and still not done. He said hell need an extra day and its been 3 later and still not finished. Each time i call they give me the runaround and say its dobe but they are finishing small things. Never again! Do not go to this place!

U Save did a great job painting by sons 1978 Camaro. They did more than I expected fixing small dents and unseen small rust areas. The three weeks wait was worth it and the price was right.

Collision Repair at its best! Jay and Gina were so professional. Not only did they handle all the insurance claim...they found details that the insurance estimate had missed! (including an broken bracket underneath the body damage) I had a completly worry free repair and all in less than 5 days. WOW! I hope I never have to use them again (lol) but if I do have another accident....Jay is now programmed in my phone. Highly recommend.

Worst costumer service I have ever had! They would tell me they would give me a call back and never did. They didnt have a loaner car for me to use and told me they would call me whenever they did have one finally after a week of waiting I call them the man on the phone tells me to come the next morning at 9:30 which I had to be in Dallas at 9 AM the next morning for work but begged my boss to come in later, at 10 AM. When I get to u save collision no one is there, I called no one answered voicemail was full and you guessed it no one called me to see if I was still coming in to drop my car off. They are unorganized and just plain do not care and Im sure they treat cars the same way and for that Id rather pay more then work with them ever!

This place is full of SCAM artists! They will lie straight to your face and act like they are going to screw the insurance company out of money. But no, they are out to screw you too. My claim gave me 900 (- ded) and the first place I took it to was $700 to repair. Took it to U Save( we can get the insurance to give you 1600 more) and lied to give me the impression that’s all they wanted. From there it’s a long story but in the end the work was crappy (Orange Peel Paint job) they sub it out to a dump in fort worth and they made me pay $2100 for a $700 job.

Took in soon than scheduled appointment. Manager explained process for auto insurance claim well.

Save your time and your money it has been a month I still dont have my car. Every day for the past week and a half they have told me my car was coming that day and something always comes up to where it gets pushed to the next day they didnt even realize my car had suspension damage until 3 weeks in! How the hell does that happen??? I dont know if they are incompetent or just attempting to milk the insurance but either way GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!
