Bought my car from this dealership over 5 years ago, Ive only had to take it in maybe 2-3 times and have always had a positive experience. Stefani is amazing to say the least. She always makes sure you have the latest updates on your car for whatever service you’re getting done and staff doesn’t give you the run around like so many other dealerships do. Highly recommend this dealership as well as their own employees.

I took my car in for a wheel alignment. I was there over 2 hours. Got on the road for my trip and car still has a shiver on the right front. I called back and told them. I am suppose to take it back Monday but I think I am going to get a alignment where I am because I do not want to drive it back with the shiver. When I get back I will ask for a refund.

I would never buy a used car here again. 1 month into owning my 2013 Chevrolet Equinox, the battery failed and my salesman, who told me to call with any issues, said there was nothing he could do.The we realized they added a $1,400 extended warranty onto our contract. We tried using it at the service center but they couldnt get a hold of the warranty people for 3 days. I ended up having to pay for dye to check for a leak. The vehicle they sold me has an engine that is under settlement review for being bad and burning oil. I am experience that problem when I take it in. I have the oil in the trunk showing what I had to fill to get there. Their techs write that the oil level looks fine and to bring back.We get our car back after what we thought was an insurance oil change but was only a dye insert that we paid for. We leave it sitting for 4 days and when we come back, a vehicle that had never been leaking now has a puddle under it. 850 miles later, we take it back for them to inspect the oil burning. I am now told that my high pressure fuel pump is dumping fuel into the crankcase and thinning out my oil and its shooting it out of the timing gasket. I am also told that non of this is covered by the warranty.The service writer, Linda, is treating us like idiots but doesnt realize that I have a degree in automotive service technology and have documented this vehicle for the potential recall. There was no leak before taking it to them. She has also refused to tell or show me what is actually covered by the warranty I paid for. We will be suing this dealership in small claims court after we pick up the vehicle this afternoon.

The buying experience was honestly great then came time to bring my truck for service.This service department is by far the WORST place to take your vehicle to. Every time I take my truck there, even for an oil change and tire rotation, my truck comes out with a problem. I would like to say that it’s been once or twice but no, literally every single time. I’d like to say that the service manager is some kind of help, but she’s not, at all. The techs there must not have much experience either, since they can’t really diagnose a single thing.Then when you call to tell them about the problem they caused, the service advisor gets mad, or acts like you’re bothering them and gets an attitude.... I asked if a tech would be there to diagnose the problem I was having BEFORE I headed that way and Linda said there would be someone there, guess what? I get there and nobody is there to do so.So if you want to take your vehicle here so they can break something they can’t fix and then have you going back many times, go for it.Terrible, terrible service I’m trying to figure out how they stay in business....You’ve been warned.

The service at the Service repair office is horrible no loaners they tell you they all out but that is most likely a lie, that is something they train to say they do not have any intentions on loaning you a car, can never give you a time frame on anything their favorite words is in ABOUT or AROUND. the only good thing is that they will give you a ride back home but that could take over 1 hour because only 1 driver assign to the shuttle. Will never take my car back there.

Today was a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE at Graff Chevrolet. I bought my Chevy in for an oil change and when they returned it the CHECK ENGINE LIGHT WAS ONIT WAS NOT ON WHEN I BROUGHT MY CAR to them to be serviced. When I came back in to tell them Linda came out and said maybe he knocked something aloose and forgot to put it back or just forgot to reset the code she reset the code and a few blocks later the check engine light was on again ###😡👎 I would not recommend them. I have had a horrible experience here before, but I thought I would give them another try, because I live in Grand Prairie. BOY WAS THAT A MISTAKE. I had a diagnostic done before I went there and nothing was wrong with my ENGINE. THEY REFUSED RESPONSIBLY. THEY ARE!!!!!!!!

Took my car in for a small recall and no one called me to let me know it needs to be there another day. Also they have no loaner cars at all and they tell me this last minute. I needed my car because Im going out of town this week and I also have a dentist appointment this week as well and I have no car. So now I have to look for a rental and spend more money even though my car is still under factory warranty and the rental should be free. Im not one to complain but seriously communication wouldve been a HUGE HELP!

Always greeted at the door, Linda always takes care of me and our 2 vehicles! She always has a positive attitude. What most people nowadays want is instant gratification on everything, when it comes to my vehicle I rather them take their time make sure everything is working before they hand over the keys to me. I dont mind the wait if there is one, and I rather be safe than sorry, after all I have precious cargo in my backseats.... Loaner cars are available but remember you are not the only one that may require one other people have their cars getting serviced too... to everyone who complains about Graffs service I have seen worse, been in worse places, prior to me buying at Graff, I had a vehicle at Clay Cooley, took it in for service, mechanics had no clue what was wrong, charged me $800 to fix what they thought it was, went on vacation on the was back the axle broke what was supposedly fixed, I was livid. Buying at Graff Chevrolet has been a great experience!!! Service is Great too!!! 5 Stars all the way!!!

I am very very disappointed with my service today! They had my car from 7:15 till 4:30 that day. I was unconvince with other errands and things I needed to take care of for me taken off that day! When I called to inform them what my car was going through he may me think it would only be a couple of hours! Which was all day process! If I had to be at work this would have been a very bad situation for me! I am unhappy that I was not able to take care of any of my other and being stuck and stranded in my home! I had no one else I could call or depend on to take me to pick up my car everyone I knew was at work and had other engagements! I am not happyI was told that this was a major problem not something simple what kinda of vehicle do I purchase this is a 2018 and I do not expect to have major problems within a year! And besides that I have already had a recall on this car 😡😤😟Thank youValvita Thomas

We bought a 2016 Malibu back in January this year and had its first oil change March 26th. Ever since then its been in the shop in and out 5 times. I drive for uber and I cant work because I have to keep taking it back. I have to rent a car and I dont have the money to do that. April 1,2019 was the first time they said the #1 cylinder was separating it took a week for them to fix it they replaced all 4 piston rings cleaned the debris and gave it back. The 2nd time was May 16,2019 they said the gasket was bad but I dont think it really was. I think they were trying to cover their but and not make their mechanic look bad. I got it back May 28th. The 3rd time was May 29th after they kept it for 3 days it was shaking in drive they said there was debris in the oil pan due camshaft actuator was stuck and not working. They replaced the actuator and the camshaft sensor on the exhaust side but not the other camshaft sensor. The 4th time was June 3rd and kept it for 3 days the 4th time they said they put the wrong sensor on the part # changed or whatever. June 10th is the 5th time they have it they have had it 1 month. The first week they couldnt figure it out and had to call technical support. They said after that they need to replace both camshaft sensors. They order them and they said after a few days they got 1 but not the other. A few weeks to by my service advisor says its because of a shipping issue the warehouse somewhere has it. They were going through new management. Monday July 8th she said they finally got an ok from GM to replace the engine. I think its another lie. The Malibu was bought as certified so its the factory warranty paying for it all thats the only good thing about it. Today they told me they got the engine they said ordering it Monday the 8th they would get it Tuesday. I know sometimes it might be a day later. They said now it will be maybe Monday When finished. After I get my car back I will be going to Vandergriff

Shouldnt even give them that.. our service advisors name was Rodney . 99.00 to diagnosis check engine light, which was e-vap code....part is only x amount but they wanted 293.00 for a part that cost under $40.00 .I really dont mind going to finger quote professionals and paying a reasonable amount but when they want your first born and LEFT NUT... for a part under $40.00 I say no thanks ! . I will head on down the road to the little guys who have more customer connection of how much our dollar stretches (or doesnt stretch ) and did it for a reasonable amount ..

Its ridiculous place I recommend all people before they trying to take car  they check people view about that location I didnt look at their star view but whenever I drop my cars the people was really nice but the time whenever I pick up my cars they didnt do a good job   they changed my door but not exactly the way supposed to be and Im the US Army veteran and I recommend all people do not take your car to this place especially the person his name is Brian he is a stupid person.

No communication, claimed they couldnt balance my tires due to them being on aftermarket rims. Then how does one balance any tire that most people have on their vehicle, as a majority have aftermarket rims and tires. They did not know what color my vehicle was, and took them a moment to get it together, no one could explain this bs to me and the customer service is just non existent. I only came here to have a recall issue fixed and will NEVER SEEK SERVICE HERE FOR ANYTHING I WOULD HAVE TO PAY FOR...GO TO ANOTHER DEALERSHIP...Chevy should be embarrassed this is who represents them.

I dread having to drop off my car. Just to drop off my car takes 30 minutes; getting my car fixed takes a week or more. On one occasion, my keys were lost. Avoid this place if possible. Terrible service.
