I would give them five stars. When removing my doors they left the cover off of the window switch. I called back they said they would look for it and call me back. Didnt even ask for my number.

Absolutely great experience, I had shopped around for a bit looking to get a quality audio system installed in my wife’s Cadillac and I must say these guys were the most quality centered shop by far, very professional and educating all the way through. Top notch work!

Show up with a good size budget..you will not be disappointed. Prices have gone up due to covid..however..Jim and his team live to serve.You can buy anything from a good phone holder to a full install radar detector to a basic radio or a full blown ear splitting side bending glass shaking stereo system.

I have taken a few of my vehicles here. Jim and his team have always gone above and beyond. Doesn’t matter if it’s just connecting speakers I bought somewhere else or purchased a full package from him. Straight forward and tells you what they can and can’t do. Also works within YOUR budget when others won’t.

Well apparently there first come - First serve . My immediate reaction walking into this show was that it as unprofessional, after 10 mins of waiting watching him talk on the phone some Short white guy walks up to me and says how can I help you, I replied I wanted you guys to take a look at my car ! He responded first come first serve — which obviously makes 0 sense I work from 7-3 which I’m sure a lot of people have hours like that, I ask him if I can set up an appointment and he says no and repeats his dumb a””whatever type of rule that is !”First-come First-Serve I can’t set up an appointment and he says goodbye, and I leave .. I wouldn’t recommend this place for repair only for In-store shopping

Came here for front speakers to be replaced guy tells me he couldn’t do it Monday and to come back Tuesday at 9am and he’ll replace them so I came back the next morning at 9:15 he tells me he can’t do it because I didn’t show up at 9:00 and he he’s booked up lol wasted my time and morning very Inconsiderate of my time too cocky it’s not like I ask him to do much it literally takes about 10 mins to change speakers out I wouldn’t advise my black people to do business here…

Car Toys messed up my new $900 stereo install and sent me home with a faulty system. Never heard back from the manager, so I tried out Expert Car Audio. Come to find out, Car Toys didnt install the stereo properly, and Expert Car Audio sorted me out in less than an hour. Finally went home happy with my new purchase. Small but competent audio store. I took some GPS in that I bought for some commercial trucks. They installed them at a very fair rate. I also upgraded my radios so they would have Bluetooth in the Trucks. Also done at a fair price. All work was delivered on time as Promised.Looked around and they had a fair selection of equipment to meet any need. I suspect the owner really is an Expert as the name implies.

What a joke I have literally been trying to have them put a speaker and a amp on my sons car and every time I call they say to come in and then when my son gets they claim they are to busy. Why not just say that on the phone instead of having someone make blank trips. Maybe the problem is Im not buying anything from them I only need to pay for parts. I just wish they would be more hones I will look for someone else to do our work.

This is a late review, because for the life of me I couldnt remember the name of the place. I recently found a receipt, so I now know Im writing a review on the right place. Over a year ago (Sept 2012) I had an amp installed in a Honda CRV and it wasnt done correctly. I dont remember the installers name, but I remember it took a very long time and some of it was due to him spending time with his girlfriend while working on my car and also spending time going back and forth between other cars that came in after mine. I figured it was my fault for waiting instead of just dropping the car off and coming back. I thought at worst, it was unprofessional, but that isnt why I am writing a bad review. When the installer brought me out to listen to the completed work, I said it didnt sound right. I asked if he bridged the amp and it was obvious to me he had no idea what I was talking about. He said it would self bridge. The speakers must be wired correctly to bridge this amp, so I figured it was probably just because he didnt know how to hook up the speakers and figured I would just fix the wiring after I left. I was able to bridge the amp correctly, but it didnt sound like it has in the past. I took it to another install place and the installer there said it was probably due to the fact the installer at Expert Car Audio didnt wire it to the subwoofer output. I paid $173 to get the amp installed at Expert Car Audio and then had to spend over another $100 to have it fixed by another car audio place. After the 2nd car audio place installed the amp correctly (to the subwoofer output), the Honda CRV was now bumping like it should. Ive had these speakers installed with the same amp in previous cars, so I knew how hard it could bass and knew when I left Expert Car Audio it wasnt done correctly. Not sure if the installer was just new to the trade and untrained or just not up on the latest technology, but he surely didnt care when I said something wasnt right and it didnt sound like it used to. I was rushed right out. Wanted to post this review in hopes I could save other customers from the extra time and cost it took to fix the incorrect install from Expert Car Audio. If it doesnt sound right...there may be a reason.
