I really like their products. I bought a couple of mask that are very comfortable. I also bought a pair of shoes that are great for wearing in water. Very comfortable. I accidentally gave them a 1 start when I meant to give them 5 stars. It was very good service

I always find something I like here, whether I was looking for it or not. They have well made products at very good prices. Even their clearance has some gems. Ive bought shirts, shorts, jackets, hoodies, socks, lunch boxes, and anything else you can think of. Columbia is a good brand with well made products, and the outlet store makes them affordable!

After going to sketchersand their seeing outrageous prices for an outlet I thought maybe that would be just on the Box but when I inquired the sales lady said no that is the correct price a $100 for a pair shoes are you kidding me? I just walked over to Columbia and found exactly what I wanted for more than half the price and because I had patronized that store before I had a $5 off that I could apply to that purchase had a great Experience.!

I really like Columbia and the staff here are super nice except for this one lady, I was trying on some clothes on she kept warning me that I should be mindful that there are cameras if I try to touch or take any clothes. Well I’m a person of colour, I have better ethics than this saleswoman and I couldn’t think of one reason other than my skin colour. She ruined my day!No I wouldn’t visit this store again.

Great customer service

As a loyal customer, I found this very disrespectful. I grabbed an item with a 60% discount. Few minutes pass by and employee switches discount to 40%. Why? Yal be careful if yal get to a place like that. Staff aint great. Done! Just saying, she announced to cashier.

Great customer service, I had three different people asking me if I needed anything. I found a jacket that I wanted for Christmas, today was 50% off😃.Im a first time customer.I like that the jacket that I got has a special lining similar to a space blanket, it reflects back the heat your body makes, so even if the jacket,in this case is sort of thin, it still will make warm, this is perfect for me because I dont like bulky jackets.

They always have the best deals! Thinh was the most helpful when I was there last time, he went above and beyond to help me find my right size. So glad to have this store in the outlet!

I love this place. Theres always a huge selection to choose from. There really arent many people out on the floor to help you out, but the store is so well organized that its not really necessary, either.

They have a lot of outdoor gear. I looked at the outlet store. A little pricey. But did find a good deal on s multi tool.

If you want to be treated rudely and ignored by people, go to this place. My wife bought a pair of shoes for my son, but realized she paid more than she wanted to. Went back and saw they were on sale and asked for a price adjustment. The rude guy didnt know what that was, then contacted the manager by walkie. Told they dont do them. So my wife then goes and gets the shoes and returns them. It had only been couple weeks. She is then told (through the salesperson since the manager couldnt be bothered to deal with customer issues) that she had to wait 24 hours to repurchase. First problem is the policy itself. What retailer would rather you return something than just adjust. The bigger problem is that when she became frustrated and said she would no longer shop there, the guy told her I dont care. Oh, and for anyone at corporate that reads this, if you are having a shrink issue, it might be because the employees are leaving the sales floor and hanging out in the back........

Yes, Columbia has a lot of different styles with wonderful colors but when I couldnt make my mind up, and wanted to try on different sizes, Tobias was so helpful, he went to the back stock to look for other sizes. I really did appreciate his efforts.

During the Black Friday rush, I received great service from the store. An associate by the name of Thinh helped me find everything I needed. I couldnt have been more pleased.

They have a great selection and some really good prices. I recommend checking with them before paying full retail.

1st time there. Young rude Asian’s working there. I needed help when I ask a group of sales associates hanging out talking they literally argued on who was going to help me. They were just playing and talking around the store not acknowledging anyone or assisting. They was 1 Latina girl cashing people out while the rest roamed the store.
