Great place to buy balloons and party supplies!!!

Store is closing they have really great sales going on the manager is very mean to his employees. Thats the only complaint I have other then that the staff are very helpful.

Went there on Halloween weekend. Bought a Batman costume that worked perfectly, even though the picture on the wall was the Tim Burton Batman and the one I got was the Christopher Nolan one, but its fine. Line was long (Halloween, duh) but it went pretty fast.

Dont really hate it, but there was not much left due to it closing down. What was left was at the very least 50% off, but much of it was 75-80% off.

Very organized store. Everything was in its place. Weve been to other locations that were disorganized so we were a little surprised, but in a good way. Found what we needed fairly easy and quickly.Cashiers did not have their best face on. There were 3 cashiers and not one had a smile. I hope their day got better by the end of their shift.

No one to offer any guidance as to where the items I needed were located. Then when I checked out I was informed they were out of helium. Had I known that I would have shopped at another store

This store is in a convienant location and is usually pretty organized. The only reason I gave this store a 4 star rating is because there is usually only 1 register open and there will be a crowd of people waiting to check out. Other than that, the staff is friendly and its a good store.

I went during the day in the middle of the week. They only had 2 people working so we had to wait on getting an item from the top shelf. Other than that, it was okay.

Even though they were closing, the staff was still very helpful. Thanks for a good experience.

I really love party City my baby legend love paw patrol,I found each and every one of them balloons....

I used to go to Party City for all my events however they have moved too far out now and finally I go and they have only gotten higher in price. No one offered help not even with balloons I was disappointed but I did buy a couple of things since this event was last minute and I desperately needed.

Love this place. Easy to find everything

I bought the 12 balloons for $15 at 9AM, by 8PM they were deflated!!! I called the store and they asked if I had put some type of gel or some extra stuff to make them last. Really!? Why dont they say the balloons only last 6-8 hrs, thats what the person said when I called back. Its such a rip off to buy extra junk to make them last! Might as well go to the Dollar Tree next door and get them for $1!!!!! Never again!!!

Manager was very rude we had a question for her and she responded” no question right now” very un profesional on her side. I under stand you might be frustrated from working all day but that really is not customers fault. Makes you not want to return.

The party city near is the best cause better prices and costumes then spirt Halloween the place as been my life I only got a 16 year experience cause the place moved to a other location

Had gotten some balloons for my daughters 18th bday....When I got home my number 8 was slit open on the side and was missing other balloons. I called and spoke with the manager and said he woukd take care of everything. Once I got there the guy and girl said that the manager didnt say nothing ......couldnt help.

Seeing that my kids just got racial profiled for not paying while leaving out, I will never be back. Btw employee name was Myah!

I order an item on line and went to pick it up at this place when i got there they told me the manager had canceld my order without my consent

Love the candy aisle

Three people behind counter, only one waking on Customers. Had to wait a long time, custover in front of me thought that she was the only one in the store. I would have put everything back and walked out had it not been for my 4 year old granddaughters items.

Things will cost you more here than those things you can find at Wal-Mart.

The guy that worked there seemed like we were putting him out. He was not helpful. Plus items that were down to be available in the store were not ... at least in that location.
