The owner is very knowledgeable!The owner will upsell but only to assist in supporting whatever your fitness or nutrition goals are.I have seen when a parent brought their teenage children in wanting to buy something that he sells and he advised against because of their age. He will let you know he can seek you whatever you are looking for if he carries it but prefers to assist in positive and safe results!

Hours said they opened at 10 am on fridays waited till 10:30 am no one ever showed up. Used to be my go to place with it being so close to home but won’t be going back here again.
