One of your Reps came and knocked on my door and switched providers without my consent which is basically fraud, do not give any Reps your name, email and number at all! I told the rep I would consult with my husband about their company and he ended up switching my provider under my husbands name who didn’t even talk to him! So legal action will be taken

I found a sweet girl knocking on my door. Let her in in the cold. She sold me on liberty power and Ive NEVER had Higher bills than I now have. PLUS!! they require a fax machine for auto pay. This company is terrible and I absolutely do not like that I am with this electric company. No one else should do this. The customer service is sweet but useless. Do NOT use this company.

This company is big liar big cheater. They said they gonna pay my existing bill if I cancel early with the amount $150.Now they are not paying they are saying they haven’t said such thing and they can’t pay.Please suggest anyone what we can do against this company.Me and my neighbor three are evidence the same thing they said.I’m trying to connect to lawyer and sue them.

I honestly wish I could give y’all 0 stars on here because of the absolute terrible service y’all provide. They submitted a move out request on my account without my knowledge and then took almost 3 days to restore my services because supposedly they had to move the process through who knows how many departments even though it was their fault! I have two small kids at home and not even that was an urgency to them. I will never ever recommend this company to anybody and I’m glad I will be taking my services else where do not go to this company.

They are some liars they came to my parents house and changed them to their company without my parents permission.....
