Probably one of the worst rental companies Ive done business with. Their lack of communication between branches, absence of a national account structure, and follow up to issues on site are atrocious. They will send out equipment with broken swing arms, wrong attachment couplers, and just the down right wrong equipment, causing loss of production on site. The most infuriating part of working with H&E was their lack of understanding surrounding the construction industry. They fail to realize that down time costs contractors money, a lot more than the rental cost of equipment. and down time is a regular occurrence if you use H&E, a lesson we learned and paid for.
