Went to Levitz on last night and spoke with David. Not only was he helpful but very insightful on each mattress. He worked with me until I was satisfied with both the price and comfort of mattress. I left with purchasing my mattress and adjustable base. I am happy that I was able to speak with him. He went above and beyond for me to make sure I was a satisfied customer. And he nailed. Everything was a smooth process. Just waiting until my delivery date. I highly recommend.

Great Experience!!!!After sleeping in the same bed for 15 years My husband and I decided it was time for a new bed. We had been to several stores trying to find the best mattress set to fit our needs and our budget.We happened to notice the Levitz Mattress sign in Grand Prairie and decided to check it out.We were greeted promptly by the store Assistant Manager David. The 1st thing we noticed when we walked in was how many different brands of beds were available for us to look at.David was very professional, knowledgeable and patient as he guided us through the decision buying process. We were able to try out the large selection of mattress sets in a very relaxing environment.Ultimately, we ended up buying a Tempur-Pedic Cloud Luxe Breeze with a split king and adjustable base. I can honestly say we are sleeping better than we have in years. We don’t wake up with back/hip pain anymore and my husband doesn’t snore.My husband and I have already decided that we will go back to Levitz when it’s time to purchase a new bed for our kids.Thank you for the great experience.

Worst experience ever. Do not buy from here, I was lied to multiple times, they ordered the wrong matresses and for the delay and inconvenience when I came to pick them up, Mark who said he was the manager offered a discount. The next day his manager said he could not do the discount and I would have to pay full price. And to add insult to injury, they now cant get the right ones in for another two days, but I could go to the warehouse and pick them up myself!!Total waste of time. And now Im fighting to get the charges removed from my card.

This place is a joke. Bought a mattress was told they had to have it shipped to the store. They gave me a date twice which I was lied to and the mattress never showed. I had to call them both times. No one would call me to tell me it wasn’t delivered. So I decided to just buy one else where and get my money back. Went back to the store to get my money back and the person there had no clue how to do a return. It took 2 weeks to get my money back. I will never set foot in this place again!!!!
