My family has done business with this company for nearly 30 years. We have a 1985 Mac crusher and anytime we need parts we always came to Granutech-Saturn Systems. Unfortunately this company does not care about there long time customers. We purchased a cable for our crusher and it broke not even within 24 hours of installation. They refuse to refund us our money for a defective part that was $218.00 and insist that improper installation was the cause. We are not talking about a difficult part or installation. It has become apparent to me that they do care about having good ethics in business. We will be in the market for a new crusher in the near future and we will not be purchasing one from Granutech-Saturn Systems.
