I called to ask about pantone matching colors. Who ever answered the phone was very curt. When asked if they did pantone matching he said yes but they only do it for customers! Ive purchased products from them before but not on a regular basis. I wonder what their definition of a customer is? He also said it was a lot of work doing pantone matching. Work is work! Told him just forget it. I was helped out by a wonderful saleswoman at T&J Screen Supplies in IL. Her answer was yes, no problem!! Ill ship it out First thing in the morning. Screen Grafex will not get one more dollar of my money. I didnt spend much money with them over the years but a customer is a customer. Colossal D*uche of a sales person!!
