Apparently if you come in search of paint you have to know ahead of time what the paint mixers work schedules are. From what we were told today... they just decided not to show up today. A shame too. They missed out on a substantial sale. We went to Painters Supply instead and received EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE!

The cost of the paint was atrocious, $73.49 for a gallon and $30.09 per quart. I was stuck with buying this because the previous occupant had this on the walls and some touch ups were needed. I can safely say that I will try my hardest to keep away from this price gouging place.UPDATE**After paying out the nose for the paint the gallon color match well but the sheen that was suppose to be eggshell had more of a gloss to it so when light hits it you can clearly see where the touch ups are. The quart matched great, like it should for $30 per quart.

I love coming here to get paint supplies. They are the best of the best in my opinion. And the products deliver very well.

Go ANYWHERE else. These reps are only interested in selling you as much as possible. They will rip you off.

IAM a professional painter, work with a great property management company, so I frequently go to Sherwin, weather Its to pick up supplies or have them colour match paint, very friendly, knowledgeable,staff,PS they have doughnuts on Wednesdays

Bill was sooooo rude!!!!!!! Oh my gosh. I AM NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN! I am so suprised that he would be like this. For costumer service/cashier this was NOT OK behavior. We have been here 7 times and every time this Bill guy is very disrespectful and rude. I hope Bill reads this. This makes me furious I do not understand his attitude. It wasnt even the end of the day! He should get fired. You would think and expect much better respect and service than that. I AM NEVER EVER COMING TO ANOTHER SHERWIN WILLIAMS NO MATTER WHAT LOCATION. I AM done I mean I was shocked at this. Unbelieveable. 2 others in the line left the building. I never recommended going here ever this place isnt even the one star I gave it. If you are thinking about sherwin Williams please go to any of the other locations beside the one on grandville ave sw.
