Excellent job! Eric was very helpful throughout the process of getting a piece of granite for our laundry room. It took less than a week from the time they came to our home to measure, to the time it was cut and installed. The installation team was also fantastic. Highly recommended!!

Went into Granite Direct and found the perfect remnant to do my large island. They had it cut, polished and delivered in less than 24 hrs. Talk about amazing service. Mahi and crew were fantastic.

I am surprised by the low reviews. We have spent over $6k with these guys and my father in law has spent over $5k. Extremely happy with the product and very prompt service the last couple of years. Will be looking at them for another project within the next 1-2 months.

Terrible service, Eric told me that the whole process is going to take 1 week but that didnt happen, It took more than 1 month. After he got my first check (half payment) he never picked up the phone, never text me back.I had to go to the office 5 times - imagine 5 times in order to talk to them. I would NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE doing business with this place -NEVER. Thay installed my countertops 2 weeks ago, still waiting for bathroom backsplash, Im tired of him.Eric wants money but no job done

My daughter and I were at the store on Saturday morning at 10:00 am. The store was dark but the doors were open. We ended up speaking with one of the fabricators who called the person who was supposed to work that day. The fabricator was told he was on the way and would be about 20 minutes. We waited 30 and left. (There was also another couple in to actually order but they gave up and left.) We made another stop and went back to Granite Direct to try again. Still no one there. Thats the last time well try.

This was the worst experience with a company I have ever had. Do not go to these people. If you like delays and headaches these people are for you

Purchased Black Pearl Granite from this company and it is one of the hardest Granites there is, but it is chipping in many places along the edge. They said it shouldnt chip unless it is repeatedly bumped over time. This granite chipped in the first 6 months and continues to chip more as time goes on ( 14 months) . I asked them to fix it and they told me to call a repair company. I have many friends who have had their counter for years and it has never chipped.
