Never had a problem here. They are always nice and gave us free popcorn! Sad to see them gone

A dream for anyone with a sweet tooth big or small. Dont bring your kids in here without being prepared to get something, but trying the different crazy popcorn flavors is definitely a treat and the staff Ive met were awesome.Would not recommend getting a gift card though kind of rudimentary pen and paper system that takes a bit.

Spiffy environment, large selection.... You can get the exact same candy at Kens Fruit Market (a Grand Rapids staple for our community) for cheaper by bulk price, but you cant beat their selection. A good place to buy candy if youre an upper middle class teen like much of their clientele. As for me, theres better deals elsewhere. 3 Stars for the aesthetic and selection. Missing two for the up-charge

They have candies of all sorts and its amazing being able to find any kind of candy coming in here. loved the taffy selection and the worker we had check us out was very kind. loved it in here.

Good snacks and stuff but from what Ive heard from a friend of mine, he/she said they treat new employees like bottom feeders. While the experience people are smiling, giggling, talking to customers, new workers is doing their hard work. Like seriously, Ive been working in food for almost 2 years now and Ive seen this type of business happen before. I like the atmosphere, dont get me wrong. Food is fun and great, but it matters most on the inside, not outside.

The store itself is GREAT!!!! The product is spectacular!!!! The owners, fabulous!!!! The store manager ... Well just call her k, is awful forgetful demanding. The new male manager give off creepy stalker vibes. IN A CANDY STORE! Time to make some changes cosmic/pentwater.

Absolute worst company and owners. This company does not care about their employees and the owner John is absolutely clueless to running an organization. I pray for this man daily that the Lord would get a hold of his cold heart, give him people skills to talk to people and care for his employees better.

We had a very enjoyable experience at the Cosmic Candy Company. Lots of unique and hard to find candies. The people there were very friendly.
