Highly recommended place. Joe is great to deal with and is very knowledgeable. We have had 2 stereo systems put in by him, a remote start, headlights on my truck, high and low beam HID bulbs on the wifes 4R. Joes is the only place to go to have it done right.

Highly unprofessional - I’m usually not one to complain, I let things slip often times because I try to be understanding but this place really struck a nerve with me. To make a long story short - I purchased a vehicle from a Ford dealership and put into the purchase agreement to have an auto starter installed. They sent me to Auto Accessories and more a few days after buying my car. I noticed that after the install my car headlights would stay on for 10-15+ minutes. I didn’t know any better but thought this was a little weird. I let it slip as I often do. The first winter I had the car, the battery would completely drain everyday due to the headlights staying on and it being too cold for the car to handle. Thought it was the battery so I replaced it. It made it through the next summer and once again it was dying every day in the winter. I knew then it had to be the auto starter. I contacted the Ford dealership looking for contact info for the business that installed my auto start - Auto accessories and more. I called and spoke to Joe who insisted it was not the auto start but he would take a look. I brought it in and he said it was my headlight switch. I was a little shocked as I really thought it had to do with the auto start. Joe said he would order the headlight switch for me and install it. Of course I said yes please as my car had been dying repeatably for days at that point. A week went by and I gave Joe a call, he reassured me that it was on its way. I understood because I figured it was a back up mail issue. Another week went by and I truly hate to call and pester people but my car was dying EVERYWHERE. The gas station, grocery stores, work. I was late almost everyday to work for atleast a week and a half. I purchased a car jump starter and even that eventually couldn’t jump my super dead battery. So I purchased a car battery charger, which I used to charge my battery every single night so it would start in the morning. But it still had to be jumped everyday after work and forget going to a grocery store. I have a 2 year old and refuse to be stranded in negative degrees with him in my car. Anyways, I called again I’d say maybe 2-3 more times and it seemed like he was avoiding my specific calls so I had my boyfriend call him and he answered. He told my boyfriend he “couldn’t rush Ford” for the part he had ordered. I understood again even though it had then been 3 weeks since he ordered the part. I let a few more days go by until I finally decided to call Ford myself. I asked to speak with a parts guy about the estimated arrival of my part who told me that the last time that specific part had been ordered was in October. I knew then that auto accessories and more never even ordered the part and had been leading me on for 3+ weeks. The parts guy from Ford told me he could have the part in in 2 days so of course once again I said yes, sick and tired of my car being unreliable. The part came in, Ford quoted me over $100 to install. I was over it and just wanted it done. After installing the headlight switch, it did not fix the issue at all. In fact Ford told me they think it did nothing to help the car at all. So my car continued to die everyday. I reached out to the manager at Ford letting him know everything I had been through with Joe from auto accessories and more. After much back and fourth between Ford and I, they eventually offered to disable my auto starter. Even though the auto starter is something I wanted from the beginning and the reason I purchased the car, I agreed and wanted it taken out so this would all end. Immediately after taking the auto starter out, my headlights shut off like they should and not after 10-15+ minutes. I had to purchase a new battery after as well after having to jump it countless times. Ford told me it was definitely the auto starter causing all of my issues. From what I can understand through Ford, Joe continued to deny it was the auto starter through this. I am highly disappointed that I was treated this way and that Auto accessories and more did not care to even apologize.

They did a great job adding fender flares to my Silverado. The owner took his time with me helping to select the perfect style for my needs. The installed took obvious pride in his work when he showed me the finished product. Price was very competitive too. I’m very happy with my experience and will recommend to others.

They dont even have a sign so you cant find the place made an appointment call the guy said he was there get there hes not even there kept calling kept calling no answer

I was very happy with my remote start install. Very friendly staff and high quality workmanship and service all around. I will continue to do all my after market auto needs business with them exclusively. Im very glad to have found them.

I was looking for a back up camera to put on my 2010 F150 I bought a year ago. After doing a little research and talking to a couple different places I was told that I could not install a camera that was compatible to work with my navigation screen and would have to install one that worked with my rear view mirror. Although this was not my first option it was better than nothing. I saw Joe at Auto Accessories who did some checking and came up with similar answers so I decided to have him install the new rear view camera on my truck. When I went to pick it up I was excited to hear that he figured out a way to connect it to my navigation screen and it works perfectly! Thanks to Joe and the team at Auto Accessories for going the extra mile to get me what I really wanted and for doing it at an affordable price. I will definitely be going back for any future work and would highly recommend them to others.

Scheduled an appointment 1 week ahead of time for a hitch purchase and install. Drop off my car on the day we agreed. I get a call about 2 hours later... yea we dont have (forgot to order) the part so you can come pick up your car. I get there and tell them to call me when the part is delivered. 2 weeks later no call. Brough it to Hitches by George... in and out same day and cheaper. I really wanted to support this local business, but they need to be more serious. So far... wasted my time, taxi money and zero apologies...

I purchased the Groupon for a remote starter as a Xmas present for my wife. There was a small extra fee for a bypass switch but I expected this. We found the service to be great and the starter works perfectly. I would definitely recommend using them based on my experience.
